We had a really beautiful room with balcony. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pool was not on top of the hotel, but on top of another building next to it. Was really nice to take a swim there after a hot day

The hotel and the stay was great. Good location and breakfast. Room was clean and service was friendly. 

Everywhere was immaculately clean and the staff were all delightful. Due to Covid, obviously some tings were different, eg, a reduced menu & hygiene measures but everything possible was fine to make you feel safe

All very efficient & well organised. Lovely roof pool with beautiful views. Ideal location for the station. The staff in the dining room were friendly and efficient & contributed greatly to our sense of well-being

The air conditioning failed, and they said there was nothing they could do. I went down to the reception desk to sleep. The night watchman offered me a room with working air conditioning

Something that truly touched our hearts was when the hotel staff took it upon themselves to help guests who had - on various occasions - missed the pre-arranged shuttle buses to the wedding venues

Our guests felt completely at home during their stay, and we owe that to the incredible efforts of Giorgio, Stefano, Daniel, and Giada. They made the weekend comfortable, memorable, and seamless

Instead of calling a cab or leaving it to the guest to solve the problem, they elected to DRIVE THE GUESTS THEMSELVES! This level of thoughtfulness and care is something we will never forget

Coordinating accommodations for over 100 guests from around the world—Dubai, New York, London, and Melbourne—was no small task, but the team made it look effortless

Giorgio and his team went above and beyond by preparing personalized snack bags for each guest and putting together a beautiful brunch on the day of the wedding

Also, in the future , this might be one of the reason to visit Italy again and stay at the same hotel when i visit the same area again

The property was well kept by staff. It was clean and the breakfast every morning was fantastic

Really nice location with beautiful view and swimming pool and also reasonable price for staying few days and going in San Gimignano and Siena! It was amazing experience unexpected! All our crew enjoyed the two day trip with blast! Definitely will come back again!

It's a beautiful and relaxing place with panoramic views and a good pool with comfortable sunbeds. Be careful while choosing the room because not all rooms look freshly renovated

I stayed at Cappuccina Resort few days ago and was thoroughly impressed by every aspect of my experience. My room was spacious and clean. The swimming pool area with stylish loungers was the highlight of the hotel

This resort has a rich breakfast and a large swimming pool, which is very suitable for summer vacation

We selected a 7:30 delivery so we could start our travel day early, but nothing arrived until 8:15 for my parents and 8:25 for us, and half of the items were missing. Eggs arrived later but they were overcooked

Also, we booked this resort specifically for the spa in winter, and it was closed for renovations with no notice on the website and no compensation offered. Breakfast the next morning was the main issue

the check in process is slow as the counter guy will be busy talking away with his colleague and taking his time while doing your check in (it was the same for every guests) the shower head is very heavy and falls off easily and the towels were dirty

The hotel is very close to the train station, just a 5-minute walk away. It's also conveniently located within a 10 to 15-minute walk of attractions like the Duomo and the Accademia Gallery

The next morning, it was less than a 2km walk to the Uffizi Gallery, where we managed to get early bird tickets for 8:15 AM. The room was spacious, and the breakfast was excellent

Hotel is very close to Florence S. M. Novella Station. Our room, which is a triple room, is spacious and has a balcony. Staff are polite and professional. Good breakfast.

This is the loudest hotel I've ever stayed in. I didn't get any sleep all night and woke up with a terrible headache. There's a railway right outside the door

It's incredibly noisy, and it's that low, vibrating kind of sound that's hard to describe. The breakfast was delicious, but I'll never stay here again

Swimming pool isn't allow when you have basic room pack. Everything else is ok. Really clean rooms and helpful staff.

After a short while there was a bang on the door similar to how l imagine a Police raid starts! It was the lady in charge ,she did not say Bonjourno or Good Morning, nothing, just came in and proceeded to set the safe and then got rather sharp with my husband when he pressed `b` instead of `a !! We were part of a group, TS Tours in our joining instructions, it said `There is a Spa at your hotel so...

Really friendly and helpful staff. Yummy food in the restaurant and super friendly staff there - they made the trip extra special. Lovely spa - spent a nice relaxing afternoon in there

Enjoyed the morning in the soa, but would have linked the robes and slippers included, as they were an extra €25 for two, making a 2 hour swim €75 for two people - however very relaxing

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. A huge plus for a European hotel was the excellent air conditioning in our room. There were a couple of tiny hiccups

I loved staying at Atlantic Palace. The receptionist was very polite and friendly. I also really liked the location — it’s very convenient and within walking distance to the main attractions

The welcome was excellent, we never encountered any difficulties, from the beginning to the end of our stay. The reception staff, as well as the Rooftop staff, were more than up to the task

This is a really beautiful hotel. Rooms are comfortable, cleaned every day, towels (large and luxurious) are changed every day. There is plenty of comfortable seating, chairs and settees, in the hotel, and also outside

Good facilities and reception staff lovely. Dinner menu changed daily with 3 choices of pasta and main course. Breakfast choices were same every day!! although range of food was quite good

My room 401) was cold as east facing. Sadly sunshine never reached the balcony because of roof overhang

The evening meals were not ok. On our first night, it was crowded because of a tour party. After placing our orders, it took 50 minutes for the first course to arrive; not what I had ordered (gnocchi)

Other meals followed the same unsatisfactory pattern, a pity as they promote themselves as traditional Tuscan cuisine. If they could just get the food right, it would get 5 stars

I was told that they’d run out of that, so what I got was penne with a sticky tomato sauce, which ( the sauce) made several more appearances during our week’s stay

I don't know what I enjoyed most: the huge pool, the ocean view from the terrace in our room, delicious food at the restaurant

I explained that I was looking for a deep tissue massage due to an injury (as best I could being an American who doesn't speak Italian) and the gentleman took the time to understand and call up a local physical therapist who gave me the best massage of my life

(The dinner menu is supplemented by an open appetizer buffet stocked with an unbelievable variety of fresh seafood dishes, antipasti, and other treats. ) Another very valuable amenity was the free on-site parking

Massimo at the front desk summoned a doctor to come to the hotel. I got three stitches, and we had time for a wonderful dinner before we enjoyed a leisurely three-minute walk to the theater

The hotel staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. We were in town for only one night, but they made us so welcome and relaxed that we would have stayed longer if possible

We loved every minute (almost) of our stay at the Versilia Palace. Thanks to Massimo and the entire staff, what could have been a catastrophe became a temporary delay in our plans

The food was excellent, service was good, staff worked very hard looking after 3 dining locations. The grounds were large and beautifully maintained, the pool area is exceptional with wonderful views over the countryside

The room was massive, beautifully appointed, good bed, whirlpool bath, there was an additional room with multiple function shower/steam room and Massage beds which lead onto a spacious terrace, it’s a unique room

Pool bar is well worth a visit, good choice of food and drinks

The only issue I had with this hotel would be the location, it is pretty far away from everything, if you want something more convenient, you should stay somewhere near the train station / shopping district.

The hotel is quite close to the Accademia Gallery, but it's a bit of a walk from the city center, like the Duomo. The room and service were both great

Best choices for family! Staffs are very friendly, guests get 10%discount for restaurant ad their food are very nice especially the pizza! Enjoy in living there!

This hotel exceeded my expectations! The facilities are brand new, and they provided a generous amount of complimentary snacks and drinks

Bit of a longer walk to the river. Tram stop right outside, which goes to the train station and airport! Lovely staff, we’re so kind and smiling! Free minibar was a bonus

I dont recognise the other reviews about the food, there was plenty of choice and the dinners hot. The only disappointmnent for me was the lack of channels on the tv and lack of instructions in the room period

There is plenty of room around the pool. Our room had a very large and well equipped bathroom. The bedroom was quirky but housekeeping was good. There was no kettle and no English language channels on the tv

The hotel was charming, staff friendly and attentive- nearly all fluent in English to offset my poor Italian! We were on a half board package; breakfast was a generous buffet with everything you could need, from cereal and fruit to ham, local cheeses and a wonderful assortment of rolls, bread and cake!They also offered us Eggs and bacon

WOW, what a highlight of our 2-week trip through Italy & Switzerland. Going to Elba Island is one of the best decisions we've ever made, and we couldn't have picked a better place to stay than Hotel Baia Imperiale

We have spent three days in this hotel in July and we loved its location. Perfect and easy walk down to the beach (white sand and very clear water). At the beach there are two beach restaurants / bars

The included breakfast is fantastic and we decided to have dinner in the dining room on 2 of the 3 nights we stayed. This is a very service-first oriented place and they're at the top of their game

The hotel has a very nice terrasse where you can eat your breakfast enjoying the view on the beach or enjoy a drink in the evening. Dogs are welcome in the rooms and the terrasses

We booked this room because it was listed as looking onto Florence's Piazza della Repubblica, but out the other window we also had an amazing view of the Duomo and Giotto's Bell Tower! What a bonus for us! This hotel is a boutique gem located in the center of historic Florence: it's perfected situated between Piazza della Signoria/Ponte Vecchio and the Duomo

Great hotel! We got there and were greeted with a Mimosa social hour they have most days around 5pm. The front customer service was exceptional. Very friendly staff and cleaners. I seldomly sleep well while traveling

Spent few days here with my family, absolutely enjoyed the stay. Staff very friendly and helpful, shout to Vittoria; rooms are clean and the view is breathtaking. Not to mention the breakfast that is one of the best ever

They even had Chia seeds for your granola. So creamy! And why not have another mimosa. The pastries were good but not my favorite. I’m still dreaming of the plain croissants here. The staff were quick to replace items

It's what I would call a "boutique" hotel in an older building. The room I was in showed slight wear, but this did not detract from my experience and the property was otherwise immaculate

Rooms are very well appointed, breakfast is great and the location is within a 1-1 1/2 km walk to most key sights in the city, but also right on the tram line in case walking isn't desired

The Dependence suite is awesome, so big and 2 bathrooms located just across the street from the main hotel adjacent to one of the Towers on the wall! Free bikes for riding around the walls were easy & fun

This is an outstanding hotel in every way. The location, just inside the city wall, is perfect. Rooms were comfortable. Excellent breakfast and onsite parking was a plus.
