Great pool area and nice breakfast. Rooms were small but efficient and well-designed. Wifi is VERY spotty and attempts to rectify this met with deaf ears

The staff were very friendly. Resort provided a great quiet get away from the hectic tourist activities of the rest of our trip.

Nice staff and good location, excellent food

The views from the property were beautiful. There is a restaurant on site but we only had breakfast there and ate out the other evenings. It is about a 8 minute walk to the town center

The staff were awesome they did everything I even questioned if they ever went home - they work very hard and do many different duties. I would stay here again in a minute

Not very large but functional terrace with 2 chairs and comfortable drying rack for drying costumes, towels and small laundry. Air conditioning well ADJUSTABLE to the desired temperature

Beautiful sea view with Balcony, semi private beach and safe waters for swimming. Excellent Breakfast, 2min drive to Porto San Stefano- great bars and restaurants. Very clean facility with comfortable rooms.

The hotel and sea view location was great.

The first day we went they told us that the beach doesn't open before 9:00 and the place has a "first come first serve" rule (it's right to set a time to avoid hotel guests going in beach early to reserve seats with your own towels)

Only later, seeing several "reservations" of sunbeds with beach towels, and having asked for explanations, were we told that only those who stay for at least 8 nights have a fixed and reserved place

This hotel was incredible! Arrange for a room with the sea view. The staff is friendly and Piero will make you a nice cappuccino, sit on the front porch looking out over the sea and listen to the waves

Checked in and the front desk was extremely helpful and pointed out tourist pinpoints and times/prices. Keys are electronic so you just need to swipe. Bedroom and bathroom is bigger than other European hotels

Best of the best hotels during our stay in Italy. At first, we sent an email to the hotel before the trip, informing them of our honeymoon stay in Firenze, but got no reply

Front desk is friendly and helpful, breakfast is an added value, location near train station, easy access to other city nearby like Pisa leaning tower, walking distances from place of interest in Florence.

But how they treated us has proved that they had been aware. We got very very well taken care of. The room was good, and the breakfast was fabulous. The stuff there were all professional and kind

Very convenient location but might not suitable for those who like quietness. However, despite the fuss the hotel is well-designed, very clean, helpful staff, adequate amenities and good breakfast!

The location is fantastic, very close to the train station. I chose a room with a terrace, and it had a separate small door, making it super quiet and secure.

If its your first time to come to siena , you should stay in this hotel because its easy to find , comes with breakfast and so close to public transport , shopping mall and train station

Well - depends what are your expectations. It’s an Italian hotel which is always a little bit different than rest of Europe

But if you're want something a little calmer, I'd recommend staying outside the city center. That said, we definitely would stay at the Hotel Paris again. Thank you, staff, for making our Italian vacation extraordinary!

While in the shower, I felt like I was in one of those vacuum tubes banks and Costco used to use - haha! I'm a bigger lady, and was able to use it just fine, but I think any husky or beefy men or women over a US size 20-22 may have a problem fitting in it

Hotel Paris exceeded our expectations, and our expectations were pretty high. It included A/C, a sitting room, good-sized bathroom, giant stone fireplace (non-working), and beautiful old furniture and chandelier

If this is your first time to Florence, then Hotel Paris is the perfect spot. , the Duomo -- are within easy walking distance. Countless restaurants and cafes are close by. Banking and shopping is nearby, too

Had a great time! Had an issue with our tv to start but with Massimo, Annika and the staff got It corrected. Moved us to a nicer room, fantastic! Highly recommend this property. Also thanks to Vittorio !

the hotel is located in a very busy neighborhood. There are lots of people, lots of noise, and lots of bustle. This is what we were looking for, so we had no complaints and the location was perfect

The grounds are great and very relaxing, particularly the small terraces, shaded outdoor lounge areas, and the pool and jacuzzi area

Structure located in an enviable position, exactly halfway between Porto Azzurro and Porto Ferraio

From the pool terrace, from the dining room but also from the balconies of many rooms you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the gulf of Porto Ferraio. Many common areas including a billiard room are available to guests

Just get there early to ensure you get a sun lounger! The tennis courts weren't in great condition but we saw people using them most days, which would indicate that they are certainly useable! The location of the hotel is perfect for those who want to get away from the bustle of the island; perched on its hilltop, the views across the bay are spectacular and the lush gardens provide a welcome contrast...

We were delighted with our stay at the Relais delle Picchiaie; from the moment we arrived, the service was excellent and on a par with much more expensive and higher-rated hotels

We are just back in the USA after having spent a month traveling throughout Italy and some of our very favorite food anywhere was the welcome dinner. The carbonara with truffles was the best carbonara I have ever had

We had the pleasure of working with the Relais della Rovere as a hotel for some wedding guests and also for a welcome dinner. We highly recommend them for both! The relais was a wonderful place for guests to stay

It is a compelling, historic structure so rooms and layout varies greatly. That was just fine for us as the charm of a historic structure is what we preferred

The wine (especially the Marchesi Mazzei Siepi 2019) were all outstanding. We pre-purchased many bottles of wine before the welcome dinner, but Roberto was kind enough to have extra on reserve for us

The location is truly excellent. I walked from the hotel to the cathedral and Uffizi Gallery, and explored the surrounding piazzas along the way – very convenient. It's only a 7-minute walk to the train station

The room had a radiator, and the bathroom provided shower gel and slippers, which is quite rare for Italy

What made it even better was that it was so close and surprisingly free of Korean tourists, which I loved! Plus, there are a few Chinese restaurants on the same street, which is a bonus if you enjoy Chinese food

beautiful place, the view is amazing. The apartments are so nice, you have everything you need. Breakfast , aperitif.....the best! also the swimming pool is so beautiful. The most beautiful sunset of Tuscany.

There are two huge pools and an incredible playground for kids of all ages. The breakfast is amazing, with many different fresh pastries, fruits, meat and cheese and everything was always in a really good quality

Very friendly staff, great breakfast, comfortable and clean room, wonderful setting, child-friendly (great playgrounds, secure pool areas), car-friendly (nice covered carports and plenty of free parking space).

In addition the town was fantastic with just a few minutes drive to get to the beach. We even cooked steaks on their provided grill one evening, using what I think was trimmed olive branches to burn (great flavor)

I cannot praise this place enough. My wife and I were traveling Central Europe for 2-1/2 weeks then stopped here for 3 days. The property and room were fantastic. It was super nice to cook our own food for a bit

Finally found a place where you can relax even with small children. Very well equipped and friendly common areas in this respect as well as good nutritious food for everyone.

The hotel itself is lovely, clean, and comfortable, but it’s people like Alexandra who make it special

The only disappointment was the room for how much I paid for it. I was expecting it to feel a bit more high end. The bathroom was tiny (if you are using the toilet your legs are pretty much touching the shower)

Great Staff The location was great - just a 10 min bike ride into town. The staff were top notch - they were all so amazing to deal with and really took care of you

The lobby and breakfast and pool areas were nice and lots of bikes to rent. There aren't any taxis in this town so if you plan to go anywhere outside of a bike ride you should note (including to and from train stations)

Here again a very nice surprise about forty kilometers from Florence. A beautiful Florentine villa with baroque decoration, shaded parking and a huge swimming pool available

They have about 50 bikes available for guests to use during their stay, these were critical for getting around Forte Dei Marmi as the locals do. Overall it was a great experience and excited to go back!!!! Prego!!

Very friendly staff . perfect location. Place is lovely. The pool is clean and beautiful. Acoustic problem, noisy at night in rooms. You can hear any person walking the corridor like sharing a villa.

If we were not in our 80's and were able to travel to Montecantin Terme again we would love to return and stay again in room 116 on the second floor

The hotel is very well maintained for its age. Our room was very roomy and the AC works well. There is a nice pool area, although we did not have time to use it. The staff is very professional.

The front door staff was excellent and by the second day they knew what our room number was and had the key ready as we walked in from out side. The included breakfast buffet was excellent as was the restaurant staff

We were supposed to have either adjoining or rooms across from our children and they didn't provide it. Our children were placed down the hall from us. When we ask to be moved they were booked and couldn't do it

I traveled to Il Pellicano with my 2 adult daughters. We stayed in a garden suite that was so spacious and comfortable and had a beautiful courtyard too. This is by far my favorite hotel

Wonderful place to stay to soak in the views of Tuscany. The pool area with views are gorgeous. Rooms were clean, property was quiet. There are a lot of dining options a 10 min drive away in the town of San Casciano

One of the best Hotels in Tuscany This magnificent Hotel exceeded all our expectations. The rooms were very generous is size and the beds were so comfy. Breakfast was exceptional too

Maybe the place could be modernized a bit, but that's fine too. In the summer with the great heat, the two swimming pools, adults (25m) and children, are excellent for families with children

The catering services, breakfast and, if desired, all meals are very good. Apparently a little out of the way, you shouldn't be scared by the navigator who makes you take absurd turns

I truly enjoyed my stay at the Boutique hotel. Forte Dei Marmi is a very exclusive and amazing beach town. That comes with a price tag to finding a hotel. This hotel is very modern, clean with an amazing breakfast set
