Located near the A1 exit, very convenient for those like me who just make a stop along the journey, but the hotel offers much more such as the relaxing swimming pool (in the summer period of course), an excellent breakfast and a nice SPA (pity you have to pay) The large parking lot is very convenient

When I asked about the air conditioning problem, they were unwilling to solve it. The air conditioning was never turned on. The front desk did not speak English well and it was difficult to communicate!

This hotel is not far from the highway. We booked it temporarily on the way from Rome to Venice, and we couldn't reach Venice because of the car

However, the breakfast in this hotel is good, the room is quite large, and the price is moderate. The attitude of the front desk staff was average

Staff ok, although following my request for extra pillows&douvet - there were none in the wardrobe like in ALL the hotels I have ever stayed! - a member of staff entered my room while the "do not disturb" sign was on and just THREW the items on my unmade bed, in a very uncerimonious way, it seemed to me, and I found them on my return from my breakfast

The correct way I would have expected from such a 4☆ hotel, would have been to place them tidely on the table, perhaps, or the chair or the wardrobe!? Not just chucked on the unmade bed! Seemed to me a rather SHODDY way of doing things! Breakfast: totally marvellous! Bar, not used

An excellent hotel with good sized rooms and a great location for the beaches of Viareggio. It's also got a lovely outdoor pool for those days where you don't want to pay to go to the beach.

the FRIDGE was NOT WORKING and had a very bad smell in inside!!! I had my my medications to keep cool in there and realised only on the third day that all was not right! Also, the windows - the hotel being very old - would not open/close easily

Nice location ! this vintage hotel does have style. The decoration does remind you the good old bygone days. The room is on the small side but if you happen to have a Seaview room, the view is quite impressive

The front desk was unbelievably helpful with making reservations at wineries and recommending places to visit in Tuscany. The room was very nice and modern with a comfortable bed and I'd recommend staying here

Stayed here for 5 nights which were very enjoyable. All staff very pleasant and helpful. Nice to have a separate area to sit after a day out in the 40+ degree heat. Our room was comfortable and clean

Enjoyed breakfast but choice quite limited. We were some of the few guests that seemed to use swimming pool which although small it was always easy to get sunloungers and pool itself was very welcoming in the heat

Very difficult to get taxi back from funicular station however but ticket man at the station didn’t give up trying for us, for which we were very grateful as my husband with a recent leg injury would not have been able to walk

This hotel is in the perfect location, a few blocks from restaurants and the main shopping hub. Also, easy walk to the train/bus station, Funicular and Terme Tetttucio, previous spa and noted for their water.

Located in a quiet part of town and yet only a few minute's walk to the center, this hotel has always exceeded our expectations over the many years we have used it for both pleasure and business

Nice hotel with great facilities. Great spa with pool and saunas. Staff in the bar is bad. One gentleman try to sell us empty glasses by delivery to our room.

The spa hydrotherapy was a little weak and the water seemed a little dirty. Hot tub had very weak jets. The steam room was great.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Staff spoke great English which was helpful. I would stay here again.

Pleasant stay at Grand Hotel Admiral Palace. The physical hotel is a bit dated (only sit down tub, no functional shower); but they keep it up very well. The hotel restaurant is excellent with unique menu items

If you like to dive back into the years of old glamour (although witg some signs of age) and want a place as a Base to explore Tuscany - you can't go wrong here. Loved the week and will be recommending it

The location is very convenient & a very short walk to the city center & the train station. Our room was lovely & large as well as the bathroom. The food & service at breakfast was great in a beautiful dining room

The glorious art deco years still live on here. A grandiose 5 star hotel that hangs on to its glory days when it hosted Grace Kelly, Audrey Hepburn, David Bowie and the royal family

The choices at breakfast were very varied and as our stay was in September, we ate outside in the beautiful courtyard setting. Thanks to the staff for their great welcome

Our stay at La Pace in Montecatini was most enjoyable! The staff & service was great. We loved sitting in the lounge each night listening to the live music

Excellent hotel, our room was very dark and from the entrance it smelled like sewage but it was super clean and comfortable. Alessandro the concierge was very efficient, polite and provided excellent service

My wife and i would happily start the day with handmade lattes and delicious assortment of breakfast food. I’m not certain there can be a hotel more centrally located

Every morning between 4-5, the night manager would great me with a genuinely big smile and offer to make me a coffee. He’d also bring me some shortbread cookies

It is so nice to not have to have to leave the hotel to have a cocktail. The bed and pillows were very comfortable

The chief waiter at the breakfast room was also amazing, nice and efficient

We enjoyed a delicious breakfast each morning in the historical Sala Parlamento. The lobby bar was the place to unwind each evening with Franco, who was a delight to meet

Great pools, nice beach and superb overall facility. We dined every evening at the pool restaurant, casual but upscale

The pasta dishes were fantastic and the waiters very nice and attentive despite a fairly full restaurant. The view, setting and food made it uniquely memorable

While the rooms might feel a tad dated, they really are very nice, and stylistically consistent with the hotel’s Elba-Mediterranean architecture. Far more impressive than the other luxury hotels on the Island

We were lucky enough to celebrate the big party on Saturday night and it as brilliant so much fun with a fantastic band! We have thoroughly enjoyed the extensive menu and wine list the food was excellent and caters for everyone! The stunning view from the restaurant is captivating and you can just sit for hours watching the sunset

The hotel is in a great location and has an excellent private, sandy beach. Rooms are very clean and spacious and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The storm caused some temporary power cuts and on the first night my son and I were larking around slumped in a pretend Agatha Christie type ****** at the table when the lights went back up, but sadly no one quite got the joke

Great hotel. Our room had two floors. The kids stayed upstairs and had a great time. We stayed in the main level. The hotel staff were great to deal with. Very nice air conditioning. Comfy beds

For some reason I got an upgrade to a suite which was sensational a lovely complimentary bottle of red wine together with a packet of biscotti. The rooftop pool and bar were sensational with sensational views as well

I can't say enough great things about this hotel. First, the location is wonderful. You can walk nearly anywhere you want to go within 20 minutes, but all the major sights are no more than 10-15

Unfortunately, the room we had didn't have any view apart from some rooftops. However, we were out most of the time enjoying the food, drinks, and sights of the cobbled streets of the town

Great view of the wall at sunset. The panoramic view of the Tuscany landscape can be seen from the rooftop cafe of the hotel. The bus stations are in frontof the hotel. The breakfast was really great

Located in Siena's Old Town, the hotel boasts a superb location. The 7th-floor observation deck is a fantastic spot for watching the sunset

It's easily walkable to all the must-see attractions in the Old Town, and the hotel is quiet and safe. It has its own parking lot, which is very convenient

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment was spacious and perfectly suited for the three of us. Each morning, the buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options to start the day

We enjoyed both taking the shuttle and walking into town, as well as running through the parks and along the boardwalk. The hotel also serves as a great base for exploring Cinque Terre

On our way back to Florence, we stopped to climb the Leaning Tower of Pisa—just a 45-minute drive from the resort. Our three-night stay flew by, and we only wished it had been longer

The soft sandy beach and relaxing cabanas created an ideal retreat, and the beachside lunch restaurant served incredible food with impeccable service

The staff was exceptional, with special thanks to Nina, the concierge, who assisted us on multiple occasions

My stay at Grotta Giusti was absolutely phenomenal! From the impeccable service to the warm and friendly staff, the delicious food, stunning rooms, and breathtaking gardens, it seems like every aspect of your experience was truly extraordinary

The staff was wonderful especially Laura! There was a slight issue with our room, not only were they considerate, they upgraded our room and sent a gift to our room complimentary once hearing about our wedding

We spent our honeymoon here as we were married in San Miniato

We will definitely make this a priority to our next visit!

com didn't transmit our booking – the hotel was fully booked! Countless phone calls later, a solution was immediately sought and found – perfect! The food in the restaurant was excellent – ​​expensive – but absolutely worth the quality! We'll definitely be back

I have stayed at a lot of beautiful hotels over the years, and the staff has been great. However, almost all the staff I encountered had gone above and beyond to help make our stay incredible

They were extremely helpful and accommodating. I’d like to particularly reach out to Serena in the Spa for organising hair appointments for us on a Sunday for a special Event. She even dropped us off and picked us up

The hotel is beautiful – modern but not impersonal – the staff is very friendly and tries to make things right when something goes wrong

If you are in the area, this is a good choice. The breakfast is good and the place is bright. There are only a few rooms, but this is common in Europe. It is close to the beach and several good restaurants.

Be careful with rooms located opposite the elevators. There's a service entrance nearby, so it can be quite noisy.

The pool area was large and comfortable, and we liked that it never felt crowded, there was always plenty of space to relax. Breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety and great quality

It has a great layout with stunning views, which made the experience even more memorable. Overall, our stay exceeded expectations, and we would definitely be happy to return

After a busy week in the Montepulciano area of Tuscany (incredible), we stayed for several days at the Argentario Resort, and it was perfect in many ways

We also ate at the Golf Club restaurant and enjoyed the meal. We played a round of golf during our stay, and the course was another highlight

The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the hotel itself has a beautiful and distinctive design that made the stay feel special

The rooms are well appointed, very clean, and have everything necessary to completely relax. The property is safe, well taken care of, and has a great spa and exercise area with both indoor and outdoor pools

We were in Italy for our Honeymoon! This hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff are so friendly. We had this hotel included in our Costco Travel package and we are so grateful to have had this hotel

The excellent room, outstanding service, and above all, the warm hospitality you showed in celebrating our family’s special occasion were beyond anything we have ever experienced at any hotel

They called cabs whenever we needed, offered excellent local recommendations, and always greeted us with warmth. A special mention goes to Chiara at the front desk, who was the cherry on top

I can’t recommend **NH Collection Firenze Porta Rossa** enough—I'd come back in a heartbeat! And whatever you do, don’t skip the breakfast—it’s absolutely delicious!

Incredible views from the huge rooftop bar/pool deck. Wonderful breakfast buffet with many hot and cold options. Main level bar is beautiful and the seating areas are both well-appointed and comfortable

We had rooms with views of the river, and the hills beyond, quiet and super clean, and used the pool daily

Also, pool is just a box and more of a cooling down pit, you can’t swim in it! Nice bar area too and lots of places to sit

I cannot recommend, and thank the people who work there enough- Tomas, Luka, and our lovely housekeeping staff, everyone just made the stay feel comfortable, and the hotel feel like a sanctuary after days spent climbing bell towers, and visiting Cyprus lined hills

Wonderful and clean room. Staff were friendly and helpful. 25 minute or less walk to major sites. Was nice to feel at the edge of the city for less noise and view of the river but still walkable to everything.

From the reception staff, to the wonderful Guest Relations team (especially Nicola!), and even the General Manager spend several hours of his time helping us with the situation

She didn't show any interest in explaining how to get to our room, she didn't even give us the most basic thing used in the hotel, which is the band to get into the pools, such a pity for a face of the hotel

We experienced a significant issue on arrival in Italy, and although it was nothing to do with the hotel, the staff could not have been more dedicated to helping us

Breakfast was very rich in options; we needn't mention Ibtissem; she was very professional and friendly, hotel needs more people like her

Maybe a wee bit tired but a fantastic room and excellent value. The hotel has inside and outside pools, we sat by the pool a couple of days but as we were touring, no real time but very nice anyway

We popped our heads into the inside pool and spa but that's as far as we went

Breakfast were either very busy or quiet depending on when you went, always plenty to eat rolls, pastries, eggs, bacon etc and no complaints from either of us

Sometimes a bit hit and miss - very good mostly but last night wasn't that good, steak was a but on the tough side and too much salmon with the salad

most people at the hotel were there for breakfast only Evening dinner was a choice of 3 starters, 3 mains and usually 3 deserts served from 8pm

Rooms were cleaned to a high standard and all staff throughout the hotel were friendly and efficient

The check in was smooth and I got the room with a nice terrace and a view on the garden with pool. Room was spacious, nice decorated, with a welcome plate of fruits and cakes

We stayed in that hotel for a week with our two children. This is a very nice hotel in a fantastic location. The plus are clearly the beach and the swimming pool

I had a nice stay although I prefere old historical buildings. But surprisingly I found some old rustic pieces of furniture on the halls of the hotel and I also liked pictures of old ships on the walls

A memorable stay at the Gallia Palace. Charming hotel of character, which stands out from the often cold and standardized tone of large hotels, great service. Spacious and very pleasant rooms

Breakfast was great, lots of selection, attentive waiters, Parking space is in shadow of big trees. I surprisengly found out they are cork oak trees. I didnt spend much time on the beach

But it is just a short walk away (5 min). And if you dont feel to walk, there is a nice option - shutle in form of an old historical fiat converted in to open roof car

The thermal pools were the highlight of our trip—we spent entire days enjoying the warm, relaxing waters and the luxurious facilities

The spa was amazing, with so many different pools to enjoy, and the salt bath was absolutely incredible

Many lamps were out, there were bandaids along the sides of the pools, and the overhead fixtures over some of the pools needed covering/cleaning/fixing. The robes were rough and overused

Specifically, the robes and some of the fixtures around the spa. While using the pools it was clear there were some areas that needed some looking at

We also travelled to Pisa from the local train station, which was only a 5–10 minute walk away. We saw the Leaning Tower, and the travel was very easy, making it nice to come back and relax at the hotel afterward

We had an absolutely exceptional stay at this outstanding boutique hotel near Pisa. I traveled with my two sisters, and from the moment we arrived, we were amazed by the beauty and atmosphere of the place

Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and helpful. We spent a lot of time at their adults-only pool, which was quiet and had plenty of seats

This place offered an ideal Tuscan escape. It's surrounded by gorgeous countryside and is only a short drive to a sandy Mediterranean beach, where you can reserve chairs at the hotel's partner beach club

What an amazing place I hope to get back here next year again everybody was super nice. Great food apparently a great wine as well but I don’t drink. I highly recommend anybody to go

Just 10 minutes from Castiglione delle Pescaia if you want to explore downtown, or 30 minutes from Cala Violina boat tour, we had the absolute best time and can't wait to return

I love to swim for exercise appreciated that the pool was long enough to do laps. The spa was very well-appointed with a sauna and a lot of different water experiences

We normally stay in a junior suite which overlooks both main swimming pool which is very comfortable. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and we will be back again next year during our yearly trip to Italy
