Too bad though that the chairs in the terrace were uncomfortable and rusty. The pool and hotel terrace view are much smaller than the pictures but they are well maintained

Our room was spacious and clean with comfortable bed and pillows, housekeeping did a wonderful job. We enjoyed the breakfast, there's a good variety and the staff very attentive and polite

It was not good that the shower room was flooded. The light in the bathroom did not work, which was a problem. The water was sometimes cloudy

You can easily walk to all the tourist attraction sites, and there are many restaurants nearby

Hard to explain the sound and feel if I’m honest, all three of us had the same experience with this saying in three separate rooms) it was the same sort of sheets they use in Venice so might have something to do with there brands? The room size was nice but not memorable, there also weren’t any plug sockets by the bed which I thought was strange! We had to unplug the lamp across the room to use one...

The staff is very kind helping me to change room immediately because my next door teens are so noisy.

The front of house staff and restaurant servers were lovely, polite and professional! The tourist tax was also very cheap in my opinion, only 3 euro a night which we were allowed to pay upfront so no messing around during check out! However the only slight downside was the room there was constant nose coming from the fridge every 30 minuets or so, which as a person who likes back ground noise it was...

Do keep in mind there is no seating outside the hotel though so you do have to stand if you want to have a smoke or even get some fresh air which was a little disappointing considering we didn’t have a balcony so couldn’t sit and enjoy the evening weather, but you can cross the road and sit on the benches opposite the station🤷🏽‍♀️

They also serve breakfast from 7:00 - 11:00 which was soo nice as didn’t have to stress about waking up early to eat! The layout of the hotel is nice and very welcoming when you walk in and they also provide free drinks at the side of reception to help yourself

We pre paid for our breakfast as well when we booked through loveholidays so didn’t have to worry about that, the selection of food is good and tasted nice so would always find something to eat

A wonderfully tasteful stay at Palazzo Belvedere. The palazzo has been transformed into a haven with stylist decor while retaining some unique architectural features

Arrived by train for short visit Montecatini. Basically everything was normal.

Throughout my stay, I felt nourished not only by the exquisite food prepared by an excellent chef and catered by wonderful waiters and wellness offerings, but also by the genuine connections formed with the staff

The only slight disappointment has been the breakfast, I find it annoying to come to a five star hotel with breakfast included and to have to pay extra at breakfast most cooked options

A spa hotel that looks impressive on the outside, and provides a warm welcome, after cycling from Lucca the welcome drink was very welcome! The spa is just as extensive with indoor and outdoor pools steam room and sauna to name just a few of the facilities

I suspect that the bathroom in my room had not been redone for many years; I have never before seen rusty plugs in a hotel sink or bidet, for example, and the shower worked well but the control was also rusty and the base leaked badly, tricky in what was a really quite small bathroom with limited storage (as you couldn’t put a toiletry bag in the only available floor space due to the leak, so the only...

There was a fridge, which was good, but the safe which should have been there, wasn’t. Breakfasts were adequate if, again, quite basic. There was no variety at all during the week’s stay so they became quite monotonous

The bed was quite hard but comfortable; the room was quiet but stuffy with the window closed but noisy at times with it open. The air con didn’t seem to be working, probably because of the time of year

The storage was fine although two of the coat hangers in the wardrobe broke just putting things onto them! (They were a mixed assortment of what looked like plastic ones from shops

) Being,I think, one of their single rooms, there was one desk chair and nothing else to sit on. The room would have been very cramped with two people in it

We stayed here for the weekend. There was sauna, jacuzzi and rooftop pool and bar. Very good place to have a relaxing time. Our room was warm and small and the first night we basically couldn’t sleep

I was happy to see there was an electric kettle and coffee maker in the room with tea bags because my tea and coffee are very important to me. The staff were very friendly and helpful

We left the window open and of course in the morning it was too bright and noisy. The AC was under the table and that must have been the reason

Great hotel in the heart of Florence. It has a modern style decoration. It is good if you don’t enjoy very romantic and traditional decoration which is very common in Florence hotels. Bathrooms are particularly spacious

Super clean, staff is very helpful. There is valet parking (before 00:00). Very secure, locks the doors in the night and during the day entrance is via room key

And speaking of relaxation, the bedsheets were incredibly comfy - easily among the best we've ever experienced at a hotel

I personally feel that this price is very cost-effective, and it takes 20 minutes to get to the city center by bus. It feels great to have breakfast by the swimming pool every day.

The official photos did show the poolside breakfast, but the hotel exterior and lobby were old, with stained and damaged walls, a stark contrast to the pictures I saw when booking

We have just spent 5 days at The Grand Panoramic Hotel in Montecatini Terme. We really enjoyed our time here. The staff were very friendly, especially the girl who worked in the Bar/pool area

What an amazing hotel! I read the past reviews and can’t understand how it’s not getting 5 stars for its price! It is central, has air conditioning, has amazing customer service (Joana was amazing at accommodating us through all of our trip and Alice , the bartender that day, was great at the bar)
