Inexpensive accomodations in Tuscany

The wifi signal is inconsistent, and problems can happen, but since we were on vacation, it was the perfect place to unwind! A week of absolute relaxation

The rooms/studios are well-equipped, clean, with air conditioning and mosquito nets. The kitchenette is minimal but well-equipped

Extremely quiet, equipped for relaxing holidays without frills, welcome from "old friends" from the first time.

Wonderful place, surrounded by greenery, very quiet and cool. Very beautiful structure, with a rustic charm

Really fascinating place, perhaps due to the lack of water a little left to itself, some youthful mistakes in the maintenance, but really nice, to live in company, possibility of outdoor barbecues, peace and tranquility guaranteed

Some small technical problems, due to the fact that we were the first guests of the apartment of the summer, however solved immediately from the owners. Such a place deserves a swimming pool

We stayed a week in early August. Atmosphere and kindness of other times. Supplied with 2 director's chairs and umbrella for the very comfortable free beach. Large spaces for breakfast and a terrace for packed lunches

but who cares! Facing the sea, as soon as you wake up you see a spectacular view, good breakfast outdoors, terrace for hanging out, daily towel change, clean and friendly staff. what else? 5 minutes from the center

Although a little dated, we were fine, services only buffet breakfast with bag of fresh fruit to take away. Very clean and helpful and nice staff, recommended for those who have no pretensions!

Owners always available and polite. There is no fridge in the room, the only flaw that I recommend to integrate. Air conditioning and TV available and wifi in the lobby

Although a little dated it is very clean The only thing that disappointed me a bit is the breakfast, there is neither salty nor fruit

My sister, for example, needed to make some work calls, and they provided a table in the park near the power outlet so she could work. The park/pool area is truly beautiful and well-maintained, and there's no noise

The attention to cleanliness and customer service are the real highlights of this family-run hotel. The option to choose half-board each day is also excellent

From the moment we arrived, we were made very welcome by all the staff. Rooms, public rooms, garden and pool were kept scrupulously clean. Breakfast was good, ample choices and fresh. Only 5 minute walk to the sea

This family-run hotel is located in a quiet and convenient location, just steps from the sea and the center of Castiglione. Alessandro and Matteo are very kind, welcoming, and always available

This option consists of a single dish (there are three options), always prepared with great care and using excellent ingredients. It's no coincidence that we always ate dinner at the hotel

Elisa created a wonderful atmosphere specifically for us, kindly allowed to check in 2 hours earlier than the official check-in, at the same time she hurried to quickly clean the room after other tourists just for us and hospitably wrote to us on WhatsApp that the room was ready

The bed linen is perfectly clean, the beds are comfortable, the TV, AC and fridge worked without interruptions. A nice bonus was the presence of a kettle, coffee, tea and delicious sweets offered by the hotel team

Then she even showed us to the room and explained all the details. Everything in the room is ergonomically designed, functional, the room is modern, the shower is quite spacious

It was very nice to walk to the center of Tirrenia, and across the road from the beautiful beaches, where you can buy an umbrella with sun beds and enjoy a nice time at the sea

We want to come to you next time and definitely for more days, probably even for 1 week. Super accommodation, we recommend

The place is just 10 min away by walking from Pise Centale train station. The room was so pretty and furnished with old style, clean; bed was very comfortable. It's the smallest but useful and cuties room I have ever had

I've got the cheapest room, for that price not bad, but watching the pictures on booking I was expecting a bit higher standard.

By 15 min walking to Sesta Porto bus station, in around 30-40 min you can arrive the amazing Tirrenia beach! What can I say more, i don't know but I really enjoyed! Highly recommended! Thanks a lot! :)

There was a working air conditioner as well. Except the noise from outside in the early morning (around 6am), everything was good. The person in the reception is also kind, helpful and Cheery

This hotel is almost like a museum. We choose this hotel due to its being on the center of attractions. Conveniently located, enough breakfast for the morning and run by beautiful people

We booked the Attic room which was absolutely huge. Room was clean and tidy, staff were very helpful, and the breakfast was also great. Ten minutes or so walk from Pisa Central Station

Been to this hotel 2 times. Staffs very friendly and able to speak some English. Price is the cheapest in the area but with good service~

We stayed at ‘Le Camere di Monia’ for 4 nights and we loved it! The rooms are very charming and beautifully decorated with romantic Tuscany interior. There was a back porch where you could sit in the evening

The breakfast was really good, with a great variety of sweet and savoury and it was served by two girls who were really kind and sweet! The place where you have breakfast is cosy and feels really homey

Yesterday's lunch confirmed everything: homemade stuffed pasta—they present it as tortelloni, though they're actually large spinach and ricotta ravioli—full-bodied yet delicate, topped with butter and thyme; fettuccine with porcini mushrooms, perhaps a little thin but delicious and, above all, with fresh porcini mushrooms (for days, elsewhere, always in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, we'd been served...

If there's any criticism to be made here, it's Mother Nature, who recently has been frequently producing boletus edulis in miniature sizes compared to the ones we were used to a few years ago, not to mention the cost of larger "creatures," which would force the restaurateur to charge significantly for a dish featuring them as a primary ingredient

The food was delicious, but also healthy—and how we realized this a few hours later, having digested it all without any difficulty!—the fair bill and the owner's gracious courtesy made a brighter day on a rainy and stormy day

The ingredients are excellent and almost all homemade. 🕒 The wait time is very short, because the dish arrives in just a few minutes. 💰The quality/price ratio is excellent. Unfortunately, we didn't stay at the hotel 🏨 😢

Returning to our lunch experience yesterday, the wild boar my husband chose was also excellent, accompanied by small tiles of fried polenta. We finished with a portion of delicate tiramisu, also made by the kitchen

During the summer there can of course be some insects (wasps, mosquitos) just like everywhere in Europe so bring some anti-insect-spray. We would really recommend the wine tasting which was the highlight or our stay

The houses are a bit old (but their history makes up for it) but spacious and well equipped. There are some nice restaurants in the area and the supermarket is a 5 minute drive down the hill

The scenery is beautiful and the owner is super friendly, speaks very good English and is working really hard to make sure everyone enjoys their stay

Francesco is just a nice host, his stories are amazing and his wines delicious. We stayed 4 nights in september which was perfect for us

The view is astonishing and to get there is kind of an adventure, but it is definitely worth. Surrounded by the silence in nature are cozy apartments with all the essentials. Also for big families or group of friends.

I was comfortable taking the bus to the city center sights. And appreciated the value of this nice place to stay at a very reasonable price. There was a wonderful caffe within 3 blocks and other conveniences closer

Location is close to campo di marte station however a little away from the main Florence hustle however a bus station is fairly which connects you to Florence centre every 10 minutes

A really nice property with a super hostess at the Front Desk. Room clean and spacious as well. Able to drop off our luggage a few hours before check-in. Very easy walk to the local train station, 10 minutes or so

It’s a great place to stay. The owner is great, the Duomo is very close, and feels very rustic. The rooms and the building are quite old but maintained very well. Very clean. Definitely recommend!

The hotel has a terrace and a garden where you can relax in the evening. Very clean rooms, everything works, plumbing and furniture in excellent condition. I recommend this hotel to everyone

There is free parking nearby, a bus stop is 5 minutes away, buses run every 10 minutes and after 15 minutes you are in the center of Florence, very convenient

Super clean, spacious renovated rooms, helpful friendly owners

Restaurant is excellent and it seems people come from outside just to eat. Fresh seafood, delicious spaghetti vongole, take away pizza if you stay in the bungalows. We tried the luxury bugalows with 2 bedroom and terrace

Accommodation price ranges can accommodate for all. The pools are the main attraction. You won't even care about the beach with these pools. The restaurant is fairly priced considering lack of local options.

Some are great some are a bit squeezed with terraces facing the neighbours wall, but you don't come here to spend your day in the bungalow. Beach with restaurants and lounge chaires are just 10min walk away

First visit was in 2014 and just now in May 2022. The swimming pool and the restaurant is definitely the highlight. Shallow area for the little ones, deep area to have a real swim

It was a good time with family. Its good that you have outdoor activities like a gym footballfield and the pool usw.

There is a parking for the guests, free Wi-Fi, some logic puzzles you can try to solve. No more than 20km south there is a lovely White Beach - perfect place for sunbathing and swimming. We had a really great time here

Beautiful view at the sea from the terrace where you can eat breakfast prepared by the owners: Daniela (she makes the best cappuccino!) and her husband Ricardo - they both are really nice and helpful

We stayed in one of the old fashioned rooms with a big double bed-really comfortable one. The room was cleaned everyday while we were eating breakfast

Lovely friendly staff, nothing was too much. An excellent continental breakfast, eggs were offered each morning if you required something hot. Free bike hire to ride around the walls which was an added bonus

What a hidden gem in the center of the walled city of Lucca! Reserving the room directly via email was smooth …. every email was answered promptly and professionally. Silvia was engaging and helpful

Bikes were available, and so were umbrellas, which unfortunately were needed when we took our walking tour of this charming town. Our stay was all too short, but we hope to return and stay here again on our next visit
