Not as bad as I expected. The room and bathroom were basic but clean. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was worth the cost. Location is good and very close to the beach and restaurants.

We stayed there for 3 nights and 4 days. Our room has a great view. The housekeeping were great, they always clean the room everytime we go out. The breakfast was fair. The staffs are kind. The aircondition is functioning very well, just make sure to close the blinds (taparella) and the curtain so the room will get cold faster.
We’re just a bit disappointed about the beach because when the afternoon arrives, the water has many sea moss and there were some dead jellyfish also. But our experience with this hotel was very great!!!! 🥰🥰🥰

Very dirty rooms. A lot of dust. Nobody clean under the beds. Do not recommend to people with allergies.

We loved this place! It is directly across the street from the beach and shops. We stayed in #202, huge room, nice staff, great breakfast. I don't get what the negative reviews are about. Would definitely suggest staying in Viareggio and doing the 30 minutes drive to see the sights in Pisa.

Rooms look like they are from the 1930s, 1 plug socket in the whole room, noisy and dirty, tv didnt work bed was horrid might aswell have slept on the floor. wouldnt stay here again if you paid me

Hotel has 2 sides where one part has view on the sea and the other on the wall and hotel kitchen. So the photos on internet do not meet the real circumstansces of what you will pay for. Even the receptionist says the other part is booked which clearly is not. So either there are two standards and the three stars hotel has a better part of three stars and a worse social part where you land when group trip is ongoing.
