It's a bit out of the way, but a very new and trendy hostel. The hot springs have both indoor and outdoor sections, which is quite amazing. The food is also quite good. The breakfast has a wide variety of options. You can only get a hot spring bath after 10 am.
Although it was a course meal, there were some meats I couldn't eat, so perhaps a buffet would have been better ♥️

There is a microwave in the lobby on the first floor. I used it again because I had a very good memory of my last stay (5 years ago). The service from the staff at the front desk and breakfast restaurant is very pleasant. The bath is smooth. They bring you a tray for breakfast. It's a rich feeling that's different from a buffet. I will use it again when I come to Wakkanai.
It's close to Minami-Wakkanai Station, so you won't have any trouble finding somewhere to eat or drink at night. The hotel is old, but it's clean and reasonably priced.

The hotel is a 6-minute walk from the station. The room is spacious and very clean, perfect for Chinese travelers. It has a microwave and cooking utensils, so you can prepare your own meals. It's a great hotel. Plus, the Hakodate tram is quite famous, with over 100 years of history.

I especially loved that the room had an oil heater! I'm sensitive to air conditioning drafts, so that was a huge relief. Even without the AC on, it stayed warm and cozy, even when it was below freezing outside. Although the building is old, the facilities and plumbing were new and clean, which made my stay very satisfying!
Super comfortable stay for 4 nights, Japanese style room is not big, but enough for my 4 adults. The breakfast was delicious and absolutely great value for a wonderful start to every day of my trip. On the last day of my trip, I wanted to experience one of the top 100 hot spring hotels. Upon entering, staff knelt to greet me, and I was offered homemade matcha and cookies.
