The airport bus stops right in front- super convenient. It is a 10min walk to the JR station in a straight line and there is a 711 combini opposite the hotel and a Lwason station 100 meters on the left. There is also a very nice izakaya right next door the hotel. The room was compact but with a lot of amenities. The breakfast was amazing and the staff very friendly.

Convenient to the station, Hemaibashi, Suehirocho. The room was clean and spacious and I was very satisfied. It was my first time staying at Toyoko Inn, but compared to other major business hotel chains, it was the best fit for me.

I visited my favorite izakaya (Japanese pub) after a very long time. The all-you-can-drink option is cheap, so I can always get drunk without worrying about the cost. The staff are all young, but they are all very friendly and helpful, and I was able to enjoy my meal comfortably until the very end. Kitami is a very small city. The department store opposite closes at 18:30, the fresh food supermarket has almost no cooked food, and only 3 gourmet restaurants on the 6th floor are open! The hotel room and bathroom are very small, standard Japanese family space; if you compare the room rate and facilities, it is a bit expensive!

Good: The staff at Haiyokan were very accommodating. Although I used public transportation, the bus stop was conveniently close. There are also two convenience stores nearby. I loved the facial cleanser provided in the hot spring area so much that I bought some. Bad: The buffet for both breakfast and dinner was at a different hotel across the street, which was inconvenient as we had to go outside...

Although a bit dated, the hotel is well-maintained. It's very quiet with few tourists, and the rooftop hot spring is a nice bonus. Both breakfast and dinner are served at the new building across the street, which was a great experience. It's also very close to the zoo and botanical garden, and getting to JR station by taxi is super convenient.

This was the last lodging on my Hokkaido trip. I chose a 10-tatami room. It was very spacious and clean, and even with two futons laid out, there was still plenty of room around, making it easy to pack and relax. I really enjoyed this hot spring hotel. On Mondays, it was so crowded that the entire place was practically reserved. It's said that the former shogunate soldier, Hijikata, bathed there. The water is a saline spring. The dinner was rich and delicious, especially the stew. It was perfect for enjoying a leisurely meal while looking out at the sea.

h is very quiet and clean. This time I stayed in a tatami room. The view outside is also good. You can see the sea. There is a hot spring on one side, which should have some therapeutic effect. From inside, you can see the scenery of the surrounding city, so it is not so isolated.

It has a nice onsen, loved it. Entrance is big and it has own big parking area front of the hotel which was very comfortable.

Everything was fine, just the rooms looks a bit old which I recommend to refurbish. Besides, the men’s public bath should be on upper floor but not lowest floor for more privacy.

Hotel prices in Hokkaido skyrocket during peak season, so luckily I booked early. This hotel's location is unbeatable, right inside 'Li Xiaolu' (assuming this is a specific area or complex). The staff were incredibly warm and attentive. The hotel itself is beautiful, no need to say more. The late-night ramen is a highlight!

The independent hot spring massage at the inn was great, and the kids loved it. However, the kettle in the room was rusty, indicating poor hygiene and upkeep. The room heating was insufficient, and breakfast was just average.

The location was a bit out of the way, but the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. What felt a bit unusual was that the room didn't come with any toiletries, and we had to use a communal bathhouse for showering.

It's really convenient for getting to Annupuri ski resort. They have a shuttle service that takes you there right away, and the staff are very friendly.

This is our second time staying at this hotel for the ski season. Although it's a bit old, it offers great value for money. The rooms are spacious and come with a kitchen, and the laundry room is convenient and reasonably priced. It's a shame that many shuttle bus routes and stops have been canceled this year; we can only get to the nearest Annupuri, and need to take the Niseko bus to other ski resorts...

The hotel was clean, but the location is not so good for the whole niseko area and their shuttles don’t cover many places. The service was bad, specially in the restaurant, I always had to have dinner there cause I didn’t have another option during the evening. The room was spacious and perfect for family trips.

Parking and access to the ski slopes are very convenient. The front desk service is attentive; a staff member helped with our luggage and even provided pajamas for the whole family upon check-in. The room facilities are complete and new, with a superb view overlooking Mount Yotei. The breakfast is also quite good.

It was my first time staying at a 4-star hotel, and it was really nice that I could use the private hot spring by making a 40-minute reservation. Dinner was served in the dining area, but I couldn't eat it.

Unfortunately the hotel restaurant requires reservations but without prior notice. The restaurant only occupied by 3 tables. Don’t understand why hotel restaurant not allowing guests to use. There are not many food options around the property. End up walking to the convenience store for food. Staying in a very nice hotel and eating cold sandwiches is not I expected it.

It’s a beautiful hotel, room is excellent. The grounds around the hotel is very pleasant, making strolling around the area refreshing. It’s was during the off peak period, so it’s not crowded, though several businesses were not opened. It’s a good time to enjoy some less energetic exercises like walking around and enjoying the scenery and fresh air.

Been to Niseko for skiing for 3 years. This is honestly the best price-to-value hotel. You get every essential things, location, ski-in-ki-out, and onsen.

The facilities was excellent, it is a little bit far from Sapporo station but there are some bus stop options to go to Sapporo station. The food was nice as well as the price is much cheaper compared to other hotels. I went there during the peak season of the snow festival.

The 8th-floor open-air bath overlooking the hot spring is very small; even five people would feel cramped. The indoor public bath on the 1st floor has poor ventilation, while the rooms are generally okay. The crab legs for dinner were terrible, the beef jerky was tough, the tempura sweet potato was good, but many other dishes were cold. For our wedding anniversary, we've been staying in Hakodate for a few nights annually since last year. This year, our trip coincided with the fireworks festival, so we specifically booked this hotel, hoping to be near the launch site, and we had an absolutely wonderful stay. A comfortable stay. It's very close to the airport. The hot springs on the 1st and 8th floors, though compact, felt very well-appointed. Amenities were plentiful. The hotel's location is super convenient, right inside the airport near the domestic departures. However, the facilities and room conditions are quite old and a bit dated. It's especially good if you have an early morning flight the next day. Plus, the hotel offers free hot spring tickets, so overall, the experience was decent.

I rented a car. The staff was very friendly and even came out to explain the parking lot to me. There are quite a few restaurants nearby, and the accessibility is convenient.

Breakfast is free, and I was surprised at how delicious the broth was for dishes like Nikujaga (meat and potato stew) and Oyako-ni (chicken and egg stew). There was a wide variety of food, and coffee was available in the room, so I was very satisfied! I would like to stay here again ^ ^

The room is quite spacious with a beautiful view directly overlooking the ski slopes from the window. We could cook our own meals and even bought ingredients to grill outside. Direct access to the ski slopes right from the hotel entrance. The hotel service was excellent; staff even drove us to a nearby place to pick up our rented ski equipment.

It's clean and friendly. The room is small, but the bed is spacious enough for four people, so you can sleep comfortably. Mount Yotei is visible from the hotel. Recommended for rental car travelers.

Nice room with big window and big screen. Onsen is very clean and private. Staff service very nice. Breakfast is good even though in trip.com say is 900yen but they charge me 1200yen. Parking need to pay for 600yen per night, i hope it can have more detail on the website. No check out process. Overall very good experience. Will come back again

The hotel is located near the station, with cheap parking nearby and many restaurants in the city center. The rooms of this hotel brand are generally smaller, but clean and tidy. The staff are attentive and polite with friendly smiles. There is also a Welcome drink in the lobby.

We stayed here last minute due to some transport cancellations. The location was fantastic, right next to the station. Room was basic but very comfortable. The staff were friendly. Really enjoyed the outdoor bath while the snow fell.

This hotel is right next to Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto JR Station, making it perfect for a layover when traveling by Shinkansen from Tokyo to Hakodate. It's a business hotel, but the facilities and service are excellent, and they even have a hot spring bath.

This is an excellent option if you need an overnight stay between train rides or picking up a rental car near Hakodate. Easy train access to Hakodate city if you want to visit. Very nice onsen facilities and the rooms themselves are pretty big! WIll definitely stay here again if I'm taking trains between Honshu and Hokkaido.

Great location, with a lot of great restaurants in walking distance. Room is so small that it was hard to open two luggage’s at the same time. But the cleanliness is impeccable. However, the public bath was kind of disgusting, full of black mold. I decided not to dip myself in the mold soup.

Economy business hotel with a little bit extra service. Spacious bathroom, public bath onsen spa, laundry area, etc. Hearty breakfast was also great and especially Natto soy bean from local town Otofuke.

Standard business hotel but wait, what’s that? Fantastic extras. Really lovely. Ochazuke (authentic oriental porridge) Mugi-cha (ancient Brian tea), excellent bicycle parking, lovely spacious lounge. Much better than those noisy, overly designed, flashy, stinky boutique hotels. Don’t fix what’s not broken. The Japanese really knew what was what in 1970.

How seriously do you take yourself? When you look into the mirror, what do you see? When I looked into the rather large mirror on the wall of my room at the Grand, I laughed. Because I was tan and healthy.

Hotel is old. Room is small and crammed. Same goes for toilet. Front desk could not quite speak English. Tried to ask for clothes hanger on the phone from our room but the staff could not understand and did not bother to understand, just silence at the other end! Needless to say, service was poor. The front desk service was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable. However, there were some large black bugs in the hot spring water in the public bath. Luckily, I noticed them early and wasn't bitten. Everything else was top-notch!

The room was large, but going up and down the stairs was inconvenient. Unlike Noboribetsu, they didn't offer to help carry luggage to the room. The duvet cover was too small; the duvet tucked inside, not covering the feet or shoulders—it wasn't designed for adults. The shower faucet was difficult to turn on and off.
