This hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from both JR Kushiro Station and Kushiro Bus Station. Several convenience stores are nearby, along with a delicious ramen shop right next door. The area is also within a 10-minute walk of popular dining zones. Although the room layout is somewhat unusual, likely due to the elevator, it remains clean and spacious. Breakfast served in the morning...
The airport bus stops right in front- super convenient. It is a 10min walk to the JR station in a straight line and there is a 711 combini opposite the hotel and a Lwason station 100 meters on the left. There is also a very nice izakaya right next door the hotel. The room was compact but with a lot of amenities. The breakfast was amazing and the staff very friendly.
7-minute walk from JR Kushiro Station. 7-minute walk from Nusamai Bridge. Rich breakfast.
We discovered something strange: guests can pack their meals after breakfast.
It's a 20-minute walk from Kushiro Station. It's located on the main road, which is quite convenient. The room is slightly larger than the average Japanese hotel. Breakfast is included free of charge and tastes good. Recommended
Convenient to the station, Hemaibashi, Suehirocho. The room was clean and spacious and I was very satisfied. It was my first time staying at Toyoko Inn, but compared to other major business hotel chains, it was the best fit for me.
I stayed at the hotel above, and since it's Kitami, I thought I'd have yakiniku for dinner, but somehow it got too much hassle, so I ended up here on the first floor of the hotel.
The right choice. The zangi and belly harasu were very filling, and the scallops and hokuriku yakitori were fresh and delicious. The salmon roe bowl at the end was available in a mini size, so it was just the right amount...
I visited my favorite izakaya (Japanese pub) after a very long time.
The all-you-can-drink option is cheap, so I can always get drunk without worrying about the cost.
The staff are all young, but they are all very friendly and helpful, and I was able to enjoy my meal comfortably until the very end.
Also, all the dishes served were delicious, and I ate way too much.
I'll definitely come again soon,...
I visited this restaurant during my trip to Kitami in July 2025. ^ - ^
The hotel I stayed at didn't have a restaurant open in the evening, and while many nearby restaurants allowed smoking, this one was non-smoking, clean, and had spacious, comfortable seats. ♪
I ordered via smartphone, and the tea was brought to me promptly, and the food was also delivered in a timely manner. ^ - ^
Everything was...
Kitami is a very small city. The department store opposite closes at 18:30, the fresh food supermarket has almost no cooked food, and only 3 gourmet restaurants on the 6th floor are open!
The hotel room and bathroom are very small, standard Japanese family space; if you compare the room rate and facilities, it is a bit expensive!
Good quality price ratio for this hotel in Obihiro, glad to be back
Very good hotel, all single rooms, no interference during the whole trip
Facilities: complete
Service: good
Environment: convenient for travel
Good: The staff at Haiyokan were very accommodating. Although I used public transportation, the bus stop was conveniently close. There are also two convenience stores nearby. I loved the facial cleanser provided in the hot spring area so much that I bought some.
Bad: The buffet for both breakfast and dinner was at a different hotel across the street, which was inconvenient as we had to go outside...
Although a bit dated, the hotel is well-maintained. It's very quiet with few tourists, and the rooftop hot spring is a nice bonus. Both breakfast and dinner are served at the new building across the street, which was a great experience. It's also very close to the zoo and botanical garden, and getting to JR station by taxi is super convenient.
This was the last lodging on my Hokkaido trip.
I chose a 10-tatami room. It was very spacious and clean, and even with two futons laid out, there was still plenty of room around, making it easy to pack and relax.
The hot spring on the top floor was also spacious, with hot, normal, and lukewarm water options available in the inner bath, and just one normal-temperature bath in the open-air bath.
The...
I really enjoyed this hot spring hotel. On Mondays, it was so crowded that the entire place was practically reserved. It's said that the former shogunate soldier, Hijikata, bathed there. The water is a saline spring. The dinner was rich and delicious, especially the stew. It was perfect for enjoying a leisurely meal while looking out at the sea.
h is very quiet and clean. This time I stayed in a tatami room. The view outside is also good. You can see the sea. There is a hot spring on one side, which should have some therapeutic effect. From inside, you can see the scenery of the surrounding city, so it is not so isolated.
It has a nice onsen, loved it. Entrance is big and it has own big parking area front of the hotel which was very comfortable.
Spa facilities: Massage, Sauna, Spa and wellness centre
Everything was fine, just the rooms looks a bit old which I recommend to refurbish.
Besides, the men’s public bath should be on upper floor but not lowest floor for more privacy.
Love this , cute room good location and onsen!
Hotel prices in Hokkaido skyrocket during peak season, so luckily I booked early. This hotel's location is unbeatable, right inside 'Li Xiaolu' (assuming this is a specific area or complex). The staff were incredibly warm and attentive. The hotel itself is beautiful, no need to say more. The late-night ramen is a highlight!
Love the hotel, proximity to shopping, airport bus, and easy covered access to the subway and underground walkways. Would definitely stay here again.
Good location near Susukino station right at the Tanukikoji shopping street, near Ichiran & Ippudo if you like the ramen. Not so far from Nakajima park, probably 20 mins walk from Sapporo station, so if you have many luggage probably better take airport bus or just rent car at the airport :)

The independent hot spring massage at the inn was great, and the kids loved it. However, the kettle in the room was rusty, indicating poor hygiene and upkeep. The room heating was insufficient, and breakfast was just average.
Amazing stay with private onsen (selected rooms) and lots of amenities and facilities in an all-in-one integrated stay.
This is a traditional, family-run inn that truly excels in hospitality and personal charm. I booked a room with a private bath; it was exceptionally spacious at nearly 40 square meters, and we had the entire floor to ourselves. Our private bath was conveniently located directly on the rooftop, situated at the highest point of the small hill, offering an amazing soaking experience. The family operates...
The hot spring bath, though it showed its age, was definitely worth a soak. I made sure to go every night of my stay.
onsen hotel a bit far out on the hill but if you are driving than no an issue, free parking tho and the staffs are very friendly. public onsen is big and fun for families, wearing yukata and playing at the game room is just nostalgia, bring back good old memories :) wooden locker key is kinda cool 😎 room size is just nice
The location was a bit out of the way, but the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. What felt a bit unusual was that the room didn't come with any toiletries, and we had to use a communal bathhouse for showering.
Spa facilities: Massage, Sauna, Spa and wellness centre
It's really convenient for getting to Annupuri ski resort. They have a shuttle service that takes you there right away, and the staff are very friendly.
This is our second time staying at this hotel for the ski season. Although it's a bit old, it offers great value for money. The rooms are spacious and come with a kitchen, and the laundry room is convenient and reasonably priced. It's a shame that many shuttle bus routes and stops have been canceled this year; we can only get to the nearest Annupuri, and need to take the Niseko bus to other ski resorts...
The hotel was clean, but the location is not so good for the whole niseko area and their shuttles don’t cover many places.
The service was bad, specially in the restaurant, I always had to have dinner there cause I didn’t have another option during the evening. Everytime I had dinner they wouldn’t even bring forks or spoons to eat even when they already brought the food, they could forget my fork...
spacious room and very clean. the view is to the beautiful mountain.
Dusty room and bad smell, staffs is friendly and helpful. Just next to Ski resort
The room was spacious and perfect for family trips.

Parking and access to the ski slopes are very convenient. The front desk service is attentive; a staff member helped with our luggage and even provided pajamas for the whole family upon check-in. The room facilities are complete and new, with a superb view overlooking Mount Yotei. The breakfast is also quite good.
It was my first time staying at a 4-star hotel, and it was really nice that I could use the private hot spring by making a 40-minute reservation. Dinner was served in the dining area, but I couldn't eat it.
Unfortunately the hotel restaurant requires reservations but without prior notice. The restaurant only occupied by 3 tables. Don’t understand why hotel restaurant not allowing guests to use. There are not many food options around the property. End up walking to the convenience store for food. Staying in a very nice hotel and eating cold sandwiches is not I expected it.
It’s a beautiful hotel, room is excellent. The grounds around the hotel is very pleasant, making strolling around the area refreshing. It’s was during the off peak period, so it’s not crowded, though several businesses were not opened. It’s a good time to enjoy some less energetic exercises like walking around and enjoying the scenery and fresh air.
Been to Niseko for skiing for 3 years. This is honestly the best price-to-value hotel. You get every essential things, location, ski-in-ki-out, and onsen.
Good ski in ski out hotel, nice breakfast and hot spring to fuel us everyday
I was having a lot of trouble in the smoking room that I had accidentally booked and they were super accommodating in helping me find another room.

Clean room, good breakfast, friendly stuff. Thank you, it was pretty good
The hotel is quite far from the city center. The room was fine.
The location is a bit out of the way, but it's acceptable if you're taking taxis. It's a very basic hotel option.
The facilities was excellent, it is a little bit far from Sapporo station but there are some bus stop options to go to Sapporo station. The food was nice as well as the price is much cheaper compared to other hotels. I went there during the peak season of the snow festival.
Spa facilities: Massage, Sauna, Spa and wellness centre
The 8th-floor open-air bath overlooking the hot spring is very small; even five people would feel cramped. The indoor public bath on the 1st floor has poor ventilation, while the rooms are generally okay.
The crab legs for dinner were terrible, the beef jerky was tough, the tempura sweet potato was good, but many other dishes were cold. For the same price, there are better options, such as the Ocean...
Facilities: Both the rooms and public areas are thoughtfully designed. The coffee area in the lobby, in particular, is a very comfortable spot to sit, gaze at the sea, and simply relax.
Hygiene: Clean and tidy, which is reassuring.
Environment: Located by the sea, it's very pleasant to soak in the hot springs while enjoying the ocean view. It's also very close to the Tropical Botanical Garden, right...
For our wedding anniversary, we've been staying in Hakodate for a few nights annually since last year. This year, our trip coincided with the fireworks festival, so we specifically booked this hotel, hoping to be near the launch site, and we had an absolutely wonderful stay. Although our room also offered a good view, the lovely evening breeze enticed us to enjoy the beautiful fireworks from outside...
A comfortable stay. It's very close to the airport. The hot springs on the 1st and 8th floors, though compact, felt very well-appointed. Amenities were plentiful. We had a lot of fun playing table tennis after soaking in the hot spring. You can even spot monkeys from the tropical botanical garden right from the accommodation, which was amusing! :)
The stunning ocean view was incredibly relaxing. The foot bath directly faces the sea, offering a breathtaking vista. The rooftop outdoor hot spring was quite small, which was a bit disappointing. The glass panels were murky and stained, and we could clearly see the rooftops of nearby buildings, which were uncomfortably close, so privacy was a significant concern. In contrast, the hot spring on the...
I highly recommend this hotel! The buffet is delicious, and it's conveniently located right next to a tropical botanical garden where you can even watch monkeys enjoying the hot springs. Plus, it's close to the airport!
We stayed one night before our flight back to hometown and the reception was really nice and kind to accommodate us
Helpful front desk which my daughter missed out her parcel the young man willing to help without any unpleasant, thumb up. Location in between international and domestic hall, free breakfast but I didn't try cos I am too tired to wake up. Room are quite run down, but they did a very good job of cleaning
Cleanliness not complete. Found trash from previous guest on the floor.
Room is decent sized, rooms come with complimentary breakfast. The location of the hotel is very convenient.
The hotel's location is super convenient, right inside the airport near the domestic departures. However, the facilities and room conditions are quite old and a bit dated. It's especially good if you have an early morning flight the next day. Plus, the hotel offers free hot spring tickets, so overall, the experience was decent.
Spa facilities: Massage, Sauna, Spa and wellness centre
Well-equipped facilities, and the hot springs are absolutely fantastic.
very big and nice hotel, near the asari ski resort, onsen is good too, there’s also a bar that provides free drinks
It’s a wow wow wow!!! Close to ski resort. Great breakfast and shuttle service back to Otaru town.
No elevator at my room. Need to manual lift luggage to basement floor. Dinner and breakfast are normal.
Very nice hotel with good view and good facilities. The meals included are also very nice.
The hotel was great. They accommodating all our needs. The room was clean and spacious and the breakfast buffet was delightful! The photos are right out our window. There is literally a resort across the street. The onsen was clean and relaxing. Parking available.
Lobby was big. Rooms were clean and spacious and onsen at 9th floor was also nice. You have to your own amenities at the lobby. Most importantly parking is available.
Booked 2 rooms, Annex and main building side. Good size of the rooms for double beds. Car parking fees at the basement is 1500yen per night.
Room is clean and come with Laundry, reception is helpful help for call the taxi everytime, location just little far abit from town
Close to the arcade undercover trip of Sapporo main tourist district. Decent sizing of rooms. Very handy laundry, dryer level along with spa, sauna and cold plunge. Thoroughly enjoyed the washes which made my day after being out all day. Super market around the corner and under rated ramen store too serving flavoursome chicken ramen. Very happy with stay which was complimented with free coffee in lobby...
room is super big compared to other hotel in Sapporo
Room in new building is new and nice
No need to bring amentes Has all skin care and tea and coffee all day long.
Onsen is no good. too small and no view at all.
breakfast is ok but too small and not much choices.
overall, room is good.
bad thing is too far from Attraction.
but will this price Should not be complain.
It was a perfect getaway spot. Calm, clean and great location walking distance to the main area.
A lot of good food area this area.

Enjoy d stay during my winter vacation in Sapporo.
The service was very polite and the single room was clean and spacious! I would like to stay here again when I go to Hokkaido!
I rented a car. The staff was very friendly and even came out to explain the parking lot to me. There are quite a few restaurants nearby, and the accessibility is convenient.
Breakfast is free, and I was surprised at how delicious the broth was for dishes like Nikujaga (meat and potato stew) and Oyako-ni (chicken and egg stew). There was a wide variety of food, and coffee was available in the room, so I was very satisfied! I would like to stay here again ^ ^
The room was comfortable and the view was beautiful.
The best hotel in Niseko! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We stayed in a 2-bedroom suite, and everything exceeded our expectations. The room was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained—perfect for a family stay. The staff were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made the experience even more special. The location is also very convenient, especially if you’re planning to enjoy the snow and SKI. We truly...
The room is quite spacious with a beautiful view directly overlooking the ski slopes from the window. We could cook our own meals and even bought ingredients to grill outside.
Direct access to the ski slopes right from the hotel entrance.
The hotel service was excellent; staff even drove us to a nearby place to pick up our rented ski equipment.
Hotel well locares close to many facilites and the employees are very good. Definitely I Will come back.
Great location and great service.
Wonderful ski in/ski out location. Lovely family accommodation with everything you need. Close to convenience store and restaurants. Excellent location with high comfortable living conditions.
This is a very convenient ski-in/ski-out hotel. The rooms were clean and spacious enough for our family. There was also plenty of storage in the closets. What we were especially satisfied with was the service, particularly from a Chinese-speaking male staff member at the front desk. He was very patient in answering our questions and providing assistance, giving us a wonderful first experience in Niseko...
Perfect accommodation experience, clean, well-spaced, and well-equipped. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I come to Niseko
It's clean and friendly.
The room is small, but the bed is spacious enough for four people, so you can sleep comfortably. Mount Yotei is visible from the hotel.
Recommended for rental car travelers.
This is our third times to take a break in AYa ,we really enjoy to stay in aya .

I lost my wallet during my stay and the hotel mailed it back to me. Although there were some communication issues and the process took some time, everything was returned intact. Appreciate their help.
Nice big hotel, large onsen area with one complimentary drink. Indoor and “outdoor” onsen with jacuzzi. Parking is 1000yen per day, spa tax 100yen. Can walk around to 7/11 and ramen eateries. Breakfast is not bad with variety.
please pay attention for your hotel booking whether you already paid for your baby/ toddler & keep your booking receipt details to show them for check in, otherwise they will ask you to pay for your kids again. Used 20-30mins to clarify with the hotel booking agency even I shown them my booking is already covered 2 adults & 1 children
Good onsen , nearby railway station, aeon shopping mall & restaurants...
The onsen was very nice and the location was super convenient.
Good place for a nice rest. It has all the facilities.
A good choice in Asahikawa.
Comfortable beds and large (for Japan) rooms. Nice bathroom... although there is a window that looks into the shower, which I found odd. Not sure if that’s the same in every room.
Has an onsen on the 2nd floor.
The hotel is very good location, this hotel is recommended.
The hotel is very good location, this hotel is recommended.
Nice room with big window and big screen. Onsen is very clean and private. Staff service very nice. Breakfast is good even though in trip.com say is 900yen but they charge me 1200yen. Parking need to pay for 600yen per night, i hope it can have more detail on the website. No check out process. Overall very good experience. Will come back again
Clean & compact with free welcome drinks + snack. However some front office staffs not as friendly towards foreign travelers. Only 1 person amenities in the room despite we booked for 2 person.
The hotel is located near the station, with cheap parking nearby and many restaurants in the city center. The rooms of this hotel brand are generally smaller, but clean and tidy. The staff are attentive and polite with friendly smiles. There is also a Welcome drink in the lobby.
The front desk staff were very polite, and the breakfast attendant explained everything to me in detail, and the breakfast was delicious. I ended up eating too much.
Conveniently located. It was the reason I choose this hotel. Went Hakodate for a meal
We stayed here last minute due to some transport cancellations. The location was fantastic, right next to the station. Room was basic but very comfortable. The staff were friendly. Really enjoyed the outdoor bath while the snow fell.
This hotel is right next to Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto JR Station, making it perfect for a layover when traveling by Shinkansen from Tokyo to Hakodate. It's a business hotel, but the facilities and service are excellent, and they even have a hot spring bath.
The room was clean and tidy, a good experience overall.
This is an excellent option if you need an overnight stay between train rides or picking up a rental car near Hakodate. Easy train access to Hakodate city if you want to visit. Very nice onsen facilities and the rooms themselves are pretty big! WIll definitely stay here again if I'm taking trains between Honshu and Hokkaido.
New and next to station, staff are nice and responsive to email requests.

Great location, with a lot of great restaurants in walking distance.
Room is so small that it was hard to open two luggage’s at the same time. But the cleanliness is impeccable.
However, the public bath was kind of disgusting, full of black mold. I decided not to dip myself in the mold soup.
Correspondence of the front desk, explanation were good, too. The surrounding location is good and I would like to use it again.
Economy business hotel with a little bit extra service. Spacious bathroom, public bath onsen spa, laundry area, etc.
Hearty breakfast was also great and especially Natto soy bean from local town Otofuke.
Standard business hotel but wait, what’s that? Fantastic extras. Really lovely. Ochazuke (authentic oriental porridge) Mugi-cha (ancient Brian tea), excellent bicycle parking, lovely spacious lounge. Much better than those noisy, overly designed, flashy, stinky boutique hotels. Don’t fix what’s not broken. The Japanese really knew what was what in 1970.
How seriously do you take yourself?
When you look into the mirror, what do you see?
When I looked into the rather large mirror on the wall of my room at the Grand, I laughed. Because I was tan and healthy.
Hotel is old. Room is small and crammed. Same goes for toilet. Front desk could not quite speak English. Tried to ask for clothes hanger on the phone from our room but the staff could not understand and did not bother to understand, just silence at the other end! Needless to say, service was poor. Breakfast was surprisingly good.

1. The rooftop indoor and outdoor onsen are absolutely amazing! The indoor pool is very large and long, and in the open-air bath, you can even feel planes flying overhead – a truly unforgettable experience!
2. After your bath, you can also enjoy complimentary snacks, ice cream, and drinks (orange juice, water, beer) at the Sky Lounge outside the onsen, all while taking in the superb views of Hakodate...
The front desk service was excellent, and the room was spacious and comfortable. However, there were some large black bugs in the hot spring water in the public bath. Luckily, I noticed them early and wasn't bitten. Everything else was top-notch!
Booked the room with a private onsen and it was an amazing experience! The staff there are also warm and welcoming. Soe showed us our room and patiently explained the different opening hours for lounge and cafe. Breakfast included was a traditional Japanese style course and it was an amazing experience
The room was large, but going up and down the stairs was inconvenient. Unlike Noboribetsu, they didn't offer to help carry luggage to the room.
The duvet cover was too small; the duvet tucked inside, not covering the feet or shoulders—it wasn't designed for adults.
The shower faucet was difficult to turn on and off.
Perhaps because we checked in late, we were offered an early dinner and an early breakfast. Since we checked in late at noon, we managed to request a later dinner, but it was a bit difficult the next morning. If you have a preferred time, I recommend checking in earlier.
The room was spacious and very nice!
Perhaps because there was a bath in the room, the large public bath was empty and we had it...
A typical hot spring hotel, a bit far from the city center, but the rooms have private hot spring baths, which is very convenient! The service was excellent, the environment was nice, and the breakfast was thoughtfully prepared! Recommended!
