Location is a little bit away from the ski lifts but they do have a shuttle bus although I wish there were more bus timings.
Staff were friendly and helpful although not all speak English.
Buffet breakfast was nice. We tried the dinner on two nights and they were quite similar. Dinner was a bit on the expensive side so would not recommend eating there mutiple nights in a row due to the lack of variety...
Amazing! We loved hotel Kanro no morí so much and will definitely be back!
Great spot excellent food and service easy access to hirafu by bus and quiet location
The cleanliness was just okay, not exceptionally good, because I stayed for 5 days and the room wasn't cleaned once. The facilities weren't great, but it offered pretty good value for money.
The location is quite remote, and it's inconvenient without a car.
hotel lobby looked very grand, but room was old style toilet had a constant pee smell but other than that everything was clean, and the hotel had a free shuttle bus to annipuri ski
Location is good for snowboarding in Annupuri Ski resort. The hot spring or Onsen is also great! The staff member are really helpful and kind.
However the room had a bad Oder, when we requested to change rooms, we found all rooms has bad Oder…. Which is troubling…
All the faculties except onsen needs payment. NOT FREE.
The food is okay… not recommended if you don’t eat Pork. Most of the dishes...

It's located in the center of town, making it easy to get around. There's a convenience store right in front, which is convenient for shopping at night.
Pretty good location. Nicely decorated. The rooms are small, too small. I can't a place to open my travel suitcase.
It's near the JR Sapporo station and bus station. Also, the staff is quite nice and know to speak a little bit English. The room is tidy.
The rooms are small, but affordable. It has everything you need for your stay, wifi included. The staff is very professional and spoke english when I had some problems understanding.

The hotel is very good location, this hotel is recommended.
Nice room with big window and big screen. Onsen is very clean and private. Staff service very nice. Breakfast is good even though in trip.com say is 900yen but they charge me 1200yen. Parking need to pay for 600yen per night, i hope it can have more detail on the website. No check out process. Overall very good experience. Will come back again
Clean & compact with free welcome drinks + snack. However some front office staffs not as friendly towards foreign travelers. Only 1 person amenities in the room despite we booked for 2 person.
The hotel is located near the station, with cheap parking nearby and many restaurants in the city center. The rooms of this hotel brand are generally smaller, but clean and tidy. The staff are attentive and polite with friendly smiles. There is also a Welcome drink in the lobby.
The front desk staff were very polite, and the breakfast attendant explained everything to me in detail, and the breakfast was delicious. I ended up eating too much.
Newer hotel. Friendly service at front desk. Enjoyed the complimentary bar with mixed nuts, raisins n a spread of flavors for mixing with carbonated water or alcohol. It’s a pity it closes at 9pm. Parking is at building next to it. Fees are charged to the room with in and out privileges through front desk validation. My only issue is with the narrow access to the twin bed next to the window....

Hokkaido, Kitami, 2 Chome-7-1 Kita 4 Jonishi 🧭 Map

A high value hotel that gave us a lot of surprises on onsen and breakfast. Will stay here again elsewhere.
We arrived late and had free ramen for supper. Helped ourselves to some ice cream after onsen too. There was a shelf of comics like Demon Slayer available for reading too. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
The location itself was a bit far, but it was not a big problem to walk even when it snowed.
In addition, the soba service and the large bathhouse with ice cream, yogurt, jelly, and water were great.
However, it might be a bit difficult to move around with a carrier, so please note.
There were also many Genghis Khan restaurants right next door.
I'll attach a photo as well.
We stayed here on a trip to Abashiri and Kitami. Breakfast is included for about 8,000 yen per night from Abashiri.
The shortcut from Kitami Station on Google Maps was difficult even for a short distance due to the snowy roads, but it is convenient to use the roads with roofs on the shopping streets.
The station and bus terminal are nearby, and there is also a pub and a yakiniku restaurant, so the...
This was my first time staying here. It was close to downtown so I had no trouble finding dinner. The room I stayed in this time only had a shower, no bathtub. I had no major complaints and would definitely stay here again if I had the chance.
The hotel is located with lots of great yakiniku places within minutes walking distance. There is sufficient parking at the hotel nearby areas too! There is a fabric spray in the room as well! The hotel as a sauna, onsen and some snacks available:) The room perhaps is a little small but for the price and convenience it is worth it.

First of all, would like to give a big thumbs-up to the staffs at the front desk 🥹 I think one of them is their manager or leader too. They are so so helpful when we encountered some issues with the parking machine even the parking lot is not under this hotel.
And for the hotel, everything is good too.
Clean and big room, friendly staff, good location too. It’s just a few mins walk to the canal river...
The room was a normal size and very close to the canal, within walking distance of all the attractions. The service was excellent; we arrived in the morning before check-in, and they stored our luggage for free. By the time we checked in later that afternoon, our bags were already in the room. Overall, it was great, and I'd book this place again if I ever go back to Otaru.
Counter staff extremely friendly and patient with our booking. Easy to move around city area. Nice place to visit. Staff recommended best sushi in town.
Booked room with breakfast. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is so good and you have to select a time slot to avoid over crowded in the restaurant. Location of the hotel is far from JR Station. If there is a heavy snow fall it will be quite challenging to bring your luggage to the station. Overall, location of hotel is near to the Canal and restaurant.
Overall, the hotel's design is quite good. The exterior and some decorations incorporate the distinctive red brick architecture of Otaru, giving it a strong local character, which is definitely a highlight. The location is also decent, about a 10-minute walk from the station, which isn't too far even with luggage, and it's right next to the canal. The staff's service attitude was excellent; they were...
Pros: The price is quite reasonable, over 700 for a night with three beds. You can grab toothbrushes and toothpaste from a small table next to the front desk. There's a convenience store right next to the hotel, which is handy for buying things. Although the breakfast area is small, the breakfast itself is actually pretty good, and the restaurant staff are quite friendly. They also write little tips...

Located right across from Abashiri Station, this hotel boasts excellent transportation access. It features a relaxing public bath, a decent breakfast, and great value for money. The service is excellent; they even provided complimentary drinks and housekeeping. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, with a river behind it offering stunning views in the evening.
The hotel is conveniently located just across the street from the train station.
While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, it was nutritionally balanced and tastefully presented.
The hotel also has a large public bath, which is incredibly relaxing after a long day of travel.
Location is across train station as main attraction.
Nearby are good restaurants but convenience store about 15 to 20 minutes distance. Would prefer improved bed as mattress hard for senior citizen like me. Breakfast is ok. Amenities for the price is acceptable.
It's right across from JR station, convenient for getting around, and the service is friendly, though the facilities are a bit old.
Clean and good rooms with 2 parking lots which is good when the parking is full

The room layout was a bit odd, with a partition in the middle, which I wasn't entirely happy with. For dinner, we had French cuisine. I saw reviews on Xiaohongshu saying it wasn't good, and while it wasn't amazing, it wasn't bad either. Breakfast options were also limited. The outdoor hot spring was a bit cold, but the scenery was nice. The best thing about this hotel is definitely the view; it feels...
This was our 2nd time to stay at La Vista , a wonderful hotel with great service and foods. The environment is so amazing. Definitely recommend and we will come again next year.
Service: The staff were very dedicated, making guests feel that they were getting good value for money at a high-end hotel.
Environment: My daughter said the room was like something out of Harry Potter and she loved it. The facilities are a bit old but well-maintained. The hot springs are natural (though water is added). This is the first time I've encountered a Japanese hotel where you have to bring...
Excellent, excellent, excellent! Beautiful scenery, great service, and dinner was fantastic value for money.
The snowy mountain scenery is beautiful, and the view from the window is also great. The room was quite comfortable and quiet. The service, however, was very, very average. As for the snacks and ramen they supposedly offered, they were gone after a short while, and some I didn't even see where they were located. The open-air hot spring was good. The hotel looks a bit old inside but it's been recently refurbished.
Since I wanted to make the most of Rebun, I decided to book for 5 nights. I had no other choice but to reserve a bedroom with breakfast and dinner included. Also, the price for one person was the same as for 2. So in the end it was very pricey.
I chose the least expensive type of bedroom, with no view, but it wasn't an issue.

This is one of the more upscale hotels on the island, very close to the harbor and the observation deck trail, offering a great spot for photographing Mount Rishiri across the water.
A very comfortable Japanese-style inn. The rooms are spacious, with sofas in addition to tatami mats. The restaurant faces Rishiri Island. We had breakfast there, enjoying the view of Mount Fuji over the sea. Although the peak was partially obscured by clouds, it was still very pleasant. Today I stayed at the Rebun Kanko Hotel Sakuryo, located near the ferry terminal on Rebun Island.
The hotel is extremely clean.
It was also very well-maintained, which was great.

The location is near the pier, so you can see the boats as soon as you disembark. The buffet breakfast and dinner are of good quality. There are many narrow streets in Rei-man and Birishiri, so drive carefully, but overall it's a good place. 👍
This modern hotel is located in the Kafuka Port area of Rebun Island, within walking distance of Kafuka Pier. During the off-season, the hotel upgraded to a high floor room. The service was good and responsive. The hot springs were great and private. It is incomprehensible that such an expensive hot spring hotel does not include dinner. Since it is expensive, it should provide value for money and provide breakfast and dinner. Instead of saving dinner costs, there are no other good places nearby.
The room is very large, with floor heating, a separate hot spring bath, separate wet and dry bathrooms, pajamas, socks, and home clothes that can be worn in the hotel. Full butler service, free shuttle to the airport, separate private rooms for dining, waiters will introduce the dishes one by one, and there will be a different menu every day, which is worth recommending!
The price is the most expensive hotel in Zhiqian Lake, and the hardware conditions are OK! It has everything it should have! But it is not worth coming!

This is an excellent 4-star hotel to stay in Hokadate. Almost as good as the 5-stars but at the 3+star price. Rooms are big and clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The location is midway between the station and the harbor where most people spend a lot of time and the only Starbucks in town is located.

The location is fantastic, and it comes with breakfast and a hot spring. You can just ski right out of the hotel. The only downside is that the hotel is a bit old, but the price is great, offering excellent value for money. It's also very close to the supermarket.
Amazing experience, all the staff was so nice and helpful. They really made me and my friend feel at home for my birthday week. Private onsen in the room, used it twice a day for 4 days. Ski in ski out, ticket booth right next to hotel. Couldnt have asked for anything more. 5 stars niseko prince for the win! Arrigato!!!!! 🙌🙌🙌
This is probably the cheapest ski-in/ski-out hotel in Niseko, and ski-in/ski-out is truly essential! Carrying ski boards uphill is just too tiring. Plus, there's a hot spring on the first floor of the hotel, which feels amazing.
The location is ideal, right in the center of town. However, getting to and from the slopes (ski-in/ski-out) requires navigating a very long and slippery staircase. The private hot spring in the room was a great perk.
This is the best choice for solo travelers looking for a quick in-and-out stay. Although it's been open for a while, the facilities and hot spring quality are still above the average for Japanese hotels. Do note that rooms are not cleaned daily, and the connecting staircase between the first floor and the family course is quite long, so please be careful.

Conveniently located. It was the reason I choose this hotel. Went Hakodate for a meal
We stayed here last minute due to some transport cancellations. The location was fantastic, right next to the station. Room was basic but very comfortable. The staff were friendly. Really enjoyed the outdoor bath while the snow fell.
This hotel is right next to Shin-Hakodate-Hokuto JR Station, making it perfect for a layover when traveling by Shinkansen from Tokyo to Hakodate. It's a business hotel, but the facilities and service are excellent, and they even have a hot spring bath.

Parking and access to the ski slopes are very convenient. The front desk service is attentive; a staff member helped with our luggage and even provided pajamas for the whole family upon check-in. The room facilities are complete and new, with a superb view overlooking Mount Yotei. The breakfast is also quite good.
It was my first time staying at a 4-star hotel, and it was really nice that I could use the private hot spring by making a 40-minute reservation. Dinner was served in the dining area, but I couldn't eat it.
Unfortunately the hotel restaurant requires reservations but without prior notice. The restaurant only occupied by 3 tables. Don’t understand why hotel restaurant not allowing guests to use. There are not many food options around the property. End up walking to the convenience store for food. Staying in a very nice hotel and eating cold sandwiches is not I expected it.
It’s a beautiful hotel, room is excellent. The grounds around the hotel is very pleasant, making strolling around the area refreshing. It’s was during the off peak period, so it’s not crowded, though several businesses were not opened. Although it was a course meal, there were some meats I couldn't eat, so perhaps a buffet would have been better ♥️
Breakfast was great ♥️

We were late to the hotel due to traffic jam and missed dinner, but luckily the hotel staff, Mr. 塩谷, was very kind and helped arrange for dinner to be delivered to our room. We really appreciate that!

As someone who appreciates home decor, I absolutely loved the small cabinets and ornaments throughout the hotel; they felt carefully selected. There were also welcome drinks near the front desk, and a certain milk tea was delicious – definitely worth trying!
The hotel...
