Authant hotel is a very classic n posh hotel in Otaru. Only 8 mins walk from otaru station. Room is spacious, clean n amenities provided are top class. Also Onsen is really nice. Highly recommended if anyone plan to visit Ptaru and stay for a night or 2

The hotel is a 10min walk from the train station so it was hard to get there in snowy and icy conditions. The room was small and comfortable but clean.

Very close to Otaru Canal and Otaru Station, with plenty of food options nearby. It's also incredibly close to Tenguyama Ropeway Station! Everything was super convenient. The breakfast buffet was excellent too. A fantastic stay overall!

The hotel is a bit old but well-maintained. The Western breakfast was just okay and not really worth the price. The staff, however, were excellent – very friendly and proactive in opening doors and helping with luggage. The back entrance only has stairs, which was a real pain with all the luggage.

The location is fantastic, right above JR station. It only takes 5 minutes to get from my room to the platform. Check-in and check-out were both very fast. Plus, there's a public bath on the 5th floor, which is incredibly relaxing after a day of exploring.

The most convenient place to stay in Asahikawa! It's literally a 5-second walk from the station, so check-in was seamless. Plus, it's connected to Aeon Mall, and the front desk staff even speak Chinese. It's super easy to get anywhere from here, and the room design is great too. Highly recommend!

The location is superb! You can get there directly from the JR station via Aeon without even stepping outside, and there's a large supermarket right downstairs. The hotel room was a bit small, but the hot spring was fantastic. The location right in Tanukikoji 6 was super convenient. Booked this last minute, and it was the only small room left. Even in late March, near the end of the snow season, the hotel was fully booked. It's really beautiful, and the location is quite convenient. However, there wasn't enough snow for skiing, so we couldn't ski anywhere. The hotel didn't offer any compensation, and we had to drive to another ski resort (3.5 hours round trip). But trip.com was very helpful and resolved the issue for us.

The hotel's location is super convenient, right inside the airport near the domestic departures. However, the facilities and room conditions are quite old and a bit dated. Stayed at New Chitose Airport Hotel again. It's really easy to find, as soon as you reach domestic departures Gate E, you'll see the hotel sign. The room locks have been upgraded from keys to key cards since last year. The hotel's breakfast and complimentary large public bath service are excellent; it's a shame I was in a hurry this time and didn't get to enjoy the public bath.

Perfect location for one night stay, just a little bit confuse when check it, i went to the 2nd floor (beside domestic departure) and found entrance for a lift to 3rd floor lobby. Breakfast is provided and if extra time, u can visit the onsen on 4th floor which are quite far away from the hotel. Pls take note that the domestic terminal will close after 11:30pm and u cannot walk around in the terminal

Good price with a hot spring, the location isn't the most convenient but still within a 10 mins walk to the bus/train stops we needed to use. The rooms looked a little bit outdated but have all you'd need. Good for just staying for skii trips or short visit in Sapporo.

I love the hotel’s design, and most importantly, it is impeccably clean, kudos to the housekeeping team for maintaining such high standards. At the concierge, I was warmly greeted by a very courteous male staff member who even offered to carry my bags to the room while I checked in.

It was very conveniently located near Obihiro Station. There was a parking lot on-site, so I was able to quickly leave my car at night. The hot springs were very relaxing, so I enjoyed them both in the morning and at night. I would definitely stay here again if I have the opportunity to stay in Obihiro.

It is an old hotel, but the service is good, the space is spacious, suitable for the whole family, there are many kinds of hot spring pools, and the meals are cheap and delicious. I would like to visit again if I have the chance.

This was a hotel that the whole family could enjoy, with a shampoo bar next to the front desk and events for children. The only drawback was that there were not many elevators given the hotel's size, so wait times were long. Other than that, I would definitely recommend this hotel.
