Good service, clean and modern with nice view over the Harbour
It’s nice and rare to have an electronic piano (Casio) in the room.
The service is really nice
Breakfast was amazingly good
Overall was ok, location was good. Just few employees love to give funny faces to foreigners.
Excellent! The staff were all very patient and attentive. I really enjoyed listening to the piano in the lobby a few times. The room size was good, and while the gym was a bit small, it was clean. The location is superb. Highly recommend staying here when in Tokyo.

A truly excellent experience. From the guest rooms to the lobby, all the services made guests feel right at home. The hotel is luxurious, elegant, and comfortably warm. I will definitely be coming back.
The room facilities were all great, and the outdoor courtyard even had a beautiful evening performance. However, there were only two restaurants available without a reservation, and the à la carte options were limited and a bit pricey. Since we had an early morning flight on our second day, only one restaurant was open for breakfast, and the selection was quite limited.
Staying at Hotel Chinzanso Tokyo, which blends a century-old Japanese garden with lavish decor, was an experience of a unique 'urban oasis' environment, exceptional service, and rich culture. The garden views are stunning, with mist released at various times, creating a dreamlike 'sea of clouds' effect. The rooms are spacious, combining European classical style with subtle Japanese aesthetic details...
The most undervalued 5 star hotel in Tokyo. It has everything youd expect from a 5 star and service is impeccable
The room was spacious with a lovely view of the Japanese-style garden, which was very picturesque and not too crowded. The environment was excellent. Getting to Shinjuku by bus was very convenient. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance. The only minor downsides were that it's a bit of a walk to the subway, about ten minutes, and there's an uphill slope. Otherwise, everything was great
This is my second stay at Hotel Chinzanso this year. It's an established hotel with excellent service and beautiful surroundings. The only downside is that transportation isn't very convenient, but it's incredibly quiet. I'll definitely stay here again next time.

My husband and I were very happy with the room layout and the overall service. We even received pastries and small gifts for our New Year's Day check-in. We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Tokyo.
I come to Tokyo several times a year, staying a fortnight or more each time. This time I spent seven nights at The Capitol Hotel Tokyu.
The room faced Hie Shrine. Through the floor-to-ceiling windows I could see the shrine's copper roof and half of Tokyo's skyline. The décor was modern without excess; the layout flowed easily, Bose speakers hidden in the walls, another set in the bathroom ceiling...
I personally feel that the Capitol Hotel Tokyu offers the best value for money among Tokyo's luxury hotels. Safety is, of course, a given, located in the very heart of the government district. Getting around is incredibly convenient, with direct access to Tameike-sanno Station. This station is rarely crowded, making commuting easy and stress-free. For shopping, you can take the Ginza Line directly...
The hotel's overall scent, which was replicated in the rooms, had a slight spicy note that I wasn't a big fan of. It wasn't crowded and was very quiet. The location was also excellent. You can access the subway directly from the hotel's B2 level, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. It's just one stop from Akasaka Station, and you can easily walk to its commercial street for dining. I originally...
Having enjoyed a previous stay in February, I chose to return this July. I requested an east-facing room and was delighted that my wish was granted. The sunrise view towards the Skytree and the National Diet Building around 4:30 AM in summer is absolutely breathtaking, easily rivaling any dedicated observation deck experience. The Japanese set breakfast was both substantial and delicious, and the serene...
Located right next to the Prime Minister's residence, the security here is, understandably, top-notch. However, dining options within walking distance are quite scarce, with only a single Chinese noodle shop available. The swimming pool is rather small, meaning guests often have to take turns. On the upside, direct access to a subway station downstairs makes getting anywhere incredibly convenient.

I have read many amazing things about this hotel, but honestly, it fell a bit short of my expectations. The cleanliness of the hotel is not good for the price point- we had to wipe down the drawers and closets because they were so dusty. There was a small dust bunny in the shower. Otherwise, the room & view was nice and service was great...

Excellent location, great views. Underwhelming breakfast. Some annoying room features. Reception is on 36F.
👍The Good:
- Location is near two metro stations and close by several attractions.
- Concierge is great. Definitely leverage their help for reservations.
- The view is wonderful. Watch the sunrise or sunset over Tokyo.
- Rooms have modern features to control everything. Bathtub is huge and comfortable...
I had a wonderful stay here, and it was a big highlight of my trip to Tokyo. The location is great and near many train lines, allowing you to go to many places around the city. The staff were wonderful, allowing me to check in early and check out late. I loved the truffle scrambled eggs in the Oasis Garden breakfast buffet and having a cocktail admiring the view of Tokyo Tower at Sky Gallery Lounge...
We had an amazing stay! Our room was huge, quiet, and airy, and the staff made us feel right at home. Dinner at the hibachi was a total show, flavorful food and chef skills that wowed us. Later, the bar blew us away with some of the freshest, most creative drinks ever, made with house-made garnishes and fresh juices.
Only tiny hiccup: the elevators were a bit confusing at first, but we got the hang...

A beautiful hotel with amazing classic feel. The interior felt very posh and comfy. Had some tea with my friend and was surprised with their lovely ambience.
Checked in around 2 PM on arrival day, but didn't get my room key until past 4 PM! On check-out day, after lunch, I went to retrieve my luggage after 12 PM, only to find my room key didn't work. The floor attendant spent ages on the phone but couldn't help me open the door. I had to go all the way back down to the front desk and deal with that hassle for quite a while. Such a frustrating experience
Good location and services, highly recommended this hotel!
This is a very good hotel in the center of Tokyo, close to Shinbashi Station and the Shinbashi entertainment area. The hotel has full service and at a reasonable cost. This is my third year in a row staying there and I will be back next year too. The hotel team are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.
Great location, directly connected to Shimbashi Station via an underground passage. The facilities are excellent, and the service quality is superb. The room was also very clean. I really liked it. It feels like it was once a truly top-notch hotel.
This hotel is super conveniently located between Shimbashi and Yurakucho, with tons of food options nearby. Ginza is just a few minutes' walk away, and there's a Lawson and 7-Eleven right across the street. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, and the service is excellent. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Tokyo.

Centrally located in Roppongi, with a high-end Midtown shopping mall right downstairs. This area sees fewer tourists compared to Ginza and is popular among local affluent residents, with a well-developed dining scene. The hotel itself features classic and traditional decor.
perfect location, wonderful service, but the hotel is getting a bit old now… could use a renovation.
Luxury and quite expensive hotel, large and comfortable room with a wonderful view of the city landscape; maybe you'd expect for that price a better breakfast buffet.
Wow! One of our best stays in tokyo. Rooms are very huge and the spa amenities are great

Our stay at Park Hotel Tokyo was absolutely wonderful. The art room was stunning.Beautifully designed with an incredible painting covering the walls that made the whole space feel like a living gallery. It was such a unique and inspiring experience.

Wonderful hotel with top notch service, good amenities and fantastic location to catch the beauty of the Tokyo Tower and its surroundings while being right next to the station. Will definitely look to stay again. Recommended for solos or couples.
Everything was excellent and my room comes with a good view. The breakfast offerings could have more varieties. It was the same food everyday and I was staying for 9 nights.
Staffs are very helpful and very kind.
Regarding to cleanliness, eco friendly means for us, to use the towels one more time, no need to change the bed cloths everyday but still need to make the bed tidy and clean the floor and bathroom. In this hotel is to give us a clean towels, clean the bathroom and the bed doesn’t make tidy, the same as we left the room, we don’t need to change the bed cloths...

The hotel is good; I like the Apa chain. There are several other larger hotels of the same chain nearby. The rooms are small, and ours wasn't very comfortable. There was a shelf by the headboard that kept bumping your head, and the window closed in such a way that you'd bump into the corners at night. They could have just installed curtains. Overall, it's clean and everything's fine.
It was a wonderful experience. We look forward to returning.
I have stayed at APA Hotels many times, but this hotel had a hot spring on the upper floor, so I was able to relax in the hot spring. If I were to be greedy, I would have liked the bathtub to be a little larger, but in the city center, this layout is probably the best they can do. I could sense the ingenious design intent. I would definitely consider this hotel as a hotel to stay at next time.
The hotel was close to the subway exit and there were restaurants and convenience stores nearby, so it was very convenient. The large public bath was on the top floor and had a great view.
Good service staff very nice 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭🇹🇭
When I went to Japan near Asakusa, I often stayed at APA. The rooms were small, but I got used to it. It was clean and the location was good! I think it would be good for those who are traveling once to visit.

Very interesting stay at Anshin Oyado Shinjuku capsule hotel. I really enjoyed the complementary food and beverages during my stay.
I have always wanted to stay at a capsule hotel and this place did not disappoint. The pods were clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel for solo travelers with an adventurous bone. The location was shockingly convenient as well...
The 3rd floor lounge close on 3am, many people come back from club unable to rest
This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel, and overall, this one was pretty good. However, I'm a light sleeper, so predictably, I didn't get a good night's rest. Still, it's probably the most convenient option given its proximity to the station. Plus, the curry was quite good!
This hotel was mostly satisfactory, even though it was a bit pricier than similar accommodations, likely due to its prime location right off a bustling street in Shinjuku. They offer complimentary breakfast, curry rice for dinner, ramen, and all-you-can-drink alcohol, coffee, and other beverages. Of course, the food at outside restaurants is more varied and tastier. The bathroom was also great, almost...
Its goood everything is already there i would definitely stay there again. a lot of free stuff as well
Love this place - my go-to in Tokyo. Love the atmosphere and the provisions. Has good laundry facilities, and the location is excellent for access to Shinjuku station, shopping, and bars. The onsen is great, although it could do with a cold plunge to make the experience even better!
Spa facilities: Massage, Sauna, Spa and wellness centre
This hotel is very nice. It has an onsen, the rooms are spacious, and the staff are very friendly and always take good care of the guests.
Opted for the more affordable new building with a balcony, and was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was, offering a distant view of Disneyland. We booked two rooms in total. It seems the pricier main building might not even be as well-equipped as this one. My family was a bit puzzled by that!
A popular accommodation with the locals, getting there via shuttle bus is confusing as there are annex and the main building. Waited 35mins in the line for the check in,check out is approx 20mins wait. A good experience of how tatami style is like
We have stayed at Spa&Hotel a couple of times now and have enjoyed every visit.
The staff are friendly and greet us as we arrive. Check in and out is quick and simple.
We always stay in the Japanese style room with outdoor bath. The room is a good size with tatami mats and futon beds. The views are great as you can see the fireworks at Disney. The only downside is the very bright lights from the sporting...
A bit far and reception did not inform us of bus rides available. Maybe lost in translation but love the balcony and availability for microwave and free lotions for the winter. Have spa and bath tub inside own room. Love the balcony view. Quite some walk to DisneySea but otherwise ok if not for the cold winter.
Great service, spacious and clean rooms, free shuttle bus to Maihama Station (Disneyland) - absolutley great value for money hotel!

Room is a bit small but its the best in Tokyo. Shiba Park and Tokyo Tower is walking distance from hotel. They offer free flow Coffee & Tea daytime and free flow beer in the evening.
Third stay in this very reliable hotel, only comment is a normal double is a bit too small for two people. Otherwise great and has a lovely lobby and guest lounge area, perfect for relaxing after a day of travel or touring the city.
Good location and good service
Good facility for our traveler, house keeping services also excellent 👍
Good features and stylish facilities
Will keep booking this next trip
Comfortable and convenient stay. The room was a good size and had everything we needed. Staff was professional. No complaints, would consider booking again.
The hotel service was very attentive, and the room was incredibly spacious. It's just a shame that the room we were assigned had a building blocking the view outside, so we couldn't see the city skyline.
Facilities: The amenities are comprehensive; though the room is small, it has everything you need.
Cleanliness: It was kept quite clean.
Environment: The location is excellent, and the area around the port is very safe. You can see the Tokyo Tower just a few steps from the hotel—it's absolutely beautiful.
Service: The staff are all super friendly, and the breakfast is incredibly rich and varied.

The room offered great views of the Imperial Palace and Mount Fuji 🗻, which was a nice touch. The executive lounge overlooked the stunning Tokyo night view 🌃. It's also conveniently located, making it quick to get to Ginza and other Tokyo shopping areas, with plenty of popular local eateries nearby.
The hotel is conveniently located with several subway lines right downstairs, making it easy to get anywhere. The rooms are spacious, and the view facing the Imperial Palace is quite expansive. The only minor drawback is that the bed was a bit too soft for my liking, but everything else was excellent.
Usual Four Seasons. Good experience.

A perfect option for those who want to stay in the busy Shibuya area and get good rest in quiet.
Very clean, comfy rooms, enough space for everything. Laundry/dryers, a kitchen on the 2nd floor for your convenience.
The reception staff are very helpful and friendly.
I will certainly choose this hotel to stay in Tokyo next time again!
The room is too small, and there is no iron. You have to go to the second floor to use one. The elevator is very crowded, but the reception staff are friendly

Good service. The hotel is really nice and highly recommend stay once when you go travel or for celebration. The view is very beautiful.

Every day of my stay truly felt like coming home. It was a very warm and comfortable experience.
Coming directly from Tokyo Station, you can access the hotel's exclusive elevator via the Marunouchi underground passage, which saves you the hassle of crossing streets above ground. Being on a high floor, the view of Tokyo Station with its busy trains passing by is quite spectacular. The room is small but exquisite, typical of Tokyo style. Breakfast was relatively simple, and at 2500 JPY for a child...
Enjoyed our short stay the night before our bullet train to Kyoto early the next day, which the location was perfect for. The rooms were a combination of new and traditional, which was extremely comforting. The view over Tokyo station was also great!
I really love this hotel and have stayed here multiple times. The location is excellent, right by the Marunouchi North Exit of Tokyo Station, just across the traffic light. It's also very close to the Imperial Palace, making it super convenient for shopping, dining, and sightseeing. This time, I noticed some changes: the twin beds were wider, and the 8th-floor breakfast is now entirely self-service
Good location. Big bed. Can see the whole Tokyo Station tracks from window yet still quiet inside the room. Good amenities.
The location is great, very convenient if you need to switch cities as it's easy to catch the Shinkansen from here. Plus, Ichibancho has tons of delicious food! It's also super close to Ginza, just one stop away.

Was looking forward to experience the much-talked-about renovated Tokyo Park Hyatt, but was disappointed to discover nothing new, perhaps just refurbishments ! The standard of Hyatt staff service is excellent as before, this time was very impressed the Executive Assistant Manager paid personal attention ! Overall, rooms are average but room rates are charged too high !
The service is very average, the environment is good except for the night view, the price is too expensive, there are very few Chinese services, and they don't pay attention to Chinese tourists.
1. After the epidemic, hotel prices in Tokyo are really scary.
2. I stayed here once before on a business trip. This time, I felt that the overall service quality was not as good as before. The staff did not greet you when you met at the elevator entrance. I wonder if the hotel leadership is so arrogant. The so-called Japanese service is also worrisome. The quality of staff varies.

Check out the same hotel in "Lost in Translation". It has been open for 30 years. It still has a full sense of design and warm and thoughtful Japanese service. I like it very much and look forward to reopening it after renovation next year.
The service can be said to be the ceiling of the industry, meticulous and thoughtful without leaving any trace. I stayed in the hotel for a long time. I often drank tea and drank in the room and looked at the scenery, but I never saw the cleaning staff. However, they cleaned up twice a day. Very detailed. There are several staff in the restaurant who can speak Chinese, and communication is very convenient...
Needless to say, let’s catch up on the memories before the renovation. The details and aesthetics are still great. The facilities and furniture are nothing to say for a hotel that has been open for 30 years. It will be temporarily closed for renovation in May 2024. Looking forward to a new life!

Not far from the subway station, with many dining options nearby. It's very good value for money, and the key is that the hotel has hot springs, which is really a nice touch. However, the lack of smoking rooms might be inconvenient for smokers.
Good location with many restaurants near by and a 24 hour Don Quijote with in 4mins walk from the hotel. Staff were nice and helpful. Also, lots of shopping malls within the Ikebukuro Station. Thank MIYU
During my trip to Japan, I stayed at this hotel. The front desk staff, MIYU (an intern), left a very deep impression on me.

The onsen (hot spring bath) was excellent, and it's complimentary! I stayed for two nights and made sure to enjoy the hot spring every day. While the hotel lobby isn't large, there's a cozy lounge area on the second floor that offers free drinks. The absolute highlight for me was the luggage scale they provided – what an incredibly thoughtful touch! Since Ikebukuro East was our last destination...
We recently stayed at Pullman Tokyo Tamachi and had a very pleasant experience. The area is quiet and charming, making it a peaceful place to stay. Check-in was smooth, and the service was excellent especially thoughtful was the way they surprised our daughter with complimentary sweets and gifts. The room was comfortable overall, though the shower box in the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner....
For a Japanese hotel, the room was quite spacious. The location was also great, not far from the subway station, and there's a supermarket and convenience store right outside. The area is surrounded by office buildings, so you see a lot of busy workers. There are also many izakayas nearby, which gave me a glimpse into Japanese after-work life. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Tokyo
A relatively quiet place, not as noisy as Shinjuku.
Good value. Location is more convenient than you think.
Pullman hotel was a very good stay for me and my family. Near to the MRT and F&B. Definitely will go back again!
Location was great, very short walk within the train station. Room was clean and service is good.
