Tokyo, 3-40-2 Senju, Adachi-ku (9 km from centre) 🧭 Map
Spa facilities: Massage, Sauna, Spa and wellness centre
Perfect hotel for my trip. Kita Senju is a great location that's not overly touristy but still has so many great transportation access to all the ideal parts of Tokyo. I loved the neighbourhood and the hotel was just a 5 minute walk from the station and within walking distance to many great restaurants, bars, convenience stores, and cafes as well as a Donki. The front desk staff were so kind and...
Nearly JR kita senju walk around 5mins.
what a great hotel! I love it there.
Great location. Nice and friendly staff. Hotel is very clean. There is everything you need in the room regarding amenities and you could also pick up more at hotel reception. It is more than worth the price!
Such a great hotel! Location within Kita-senju district is amazing, nearby the station and malls. Staff is nice and lobby has complimentary toiletries with a wide selection. They also have kitchenwith vending machine and laundry. The room was comfortable and nice. They also have a public bath. One note for foreign tourists with tattoos: they won't allow you to use it which is a pity, but understandable...
Comfortable hotel with a decent sized room by Tokyo standards. 5 minute walk from Kita-Senju station and lots of restaurants and shops.

The hotel is located very conveniently to station and restaurants. Has a very large outdoor hot spring.
The accommodations were awesome, accessible to Subway in less than 5min, and can soak into a hot spring after you shop all day long.. nearby got supermarket, 7-11, Lawson, family mark and more.. come and explore it.. free mini ramen for your supper.. hehe
As a Canadian I love staying here. It was really great, good location and not that busy. Staff are friendly.
Room is clean. Breakfast and late night ramen is tasty. However the room is a bit small for 2 people.
Facilities: The hotel is well-equipped, but everything is on the small side – the rooms, restaurant, hot spring, and even the lobby. Hygiene: Clean and tidy. Location: The hotel is located in Akihabara, very close to the subway station on foot. The surrounding area is bustling, with excellent shopping and dining options. Service: The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.
The bed is absolutely too small for 2 normal size adults to sleep comfortably.

Stayed 5 nights then went to Kyoto for 2 nights. Asked for same room or same corner room. No guarantees. But I checked in today to a corner room 2 floors higher. Was very thankful 🙏
Rooms are on the smaller side, but that’s pretty standard for Japan. We were on the 12th floor and actually had a nice view of the city streets. The location is super convenient—you're close to the station with a direct line to Narita, plus there's a 7-Eleven and FamilyMart right nearby. Check-in was a breeze and the room had all the basics. Just a heads up that breakfast is available, but it’s not...
Solo traveler’s point of view from staying December 2025. I’ve stayed at many APA hotels across Japan, this by far is the smallest and cheapest I’ve stayed at. The rooms at this location have to be 20% smaller than an already-small standard APA room. The walls are paper thin, giant echos in the hallways which reverberate every noise. These rooms are made for solo travelers, not for 2 people. Bathroom...
Very welcoming environment with an amazingly kind staff. The location is quite convenient and within comfortable walking distance to many shops, stores, and stations. Room size is intimate, so don’t overpack to avoid discomfort!
“Staying in this hotel is like "A Double-Edged Sword".” Our stay was from late night July 27 to August 4, 2025 (8 nights)(Husband/wife & a young adult son) VALUE FOR THE MONEY: -Good... $**/night -Bad... You get what you paid for. That's it, a (little/tiny) place to stay and nothing much. LOCATION: -Good... Only steps away from Takaracho Station. There's a straight shot from Haneda Airport to the...

Excellent service all around! Every staff member was friendly and attentive. 👍 I felt very safe during my stay. My room was clean and well-arranged, with plenty of convenient space to put my belongings – it didn't feel small at all. The bed, bedding, and pillows were all great. I'm usually a very picky sleeper, but I had a fantastic night's rest. There's also a hot spring bath available, which is a...
The location is super convenient; as soon as you step out of the hotel, you're surrounded by all sorts of restaurants and convenience stores. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, well-equipped too. The staff were really friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. Highly recommend this place, I'd definitely come back!
Great location. A lot of restaurants nearby, some open till midnight. Hot spring is good. Value for the price .
Very convenient location! Great that they have an onsen for us to relax in after long day of walking! The room is also very big and the bed is very comfortable
As a frequent traveler to Japan, I'm quite familiar with Japanese hotels. While the room was small (which is typical for hotels in great locations), it cleverly featured bunk beds, and surprisingly, the beds were quite spacious. It was perfectly fine even with kids! The location is absolutely fantastic. As soon as you step out, there are tons of menus everywhere, and you can walk to anything you want...
Excellent location surrounded by restaurants, convenient stores, drug stores, Ameyoko shopping street and very close to JR Ueno station (also not far from Okachimachi station). It's also very convenient if you come/go to Narita airport via Keisei line. Recommended!

The room was perfect for a solo traveler, equipped with a fridge, microwave, air conditioning, and 24-hour hot water. It even had a small bathtub. No complimentary bottled water, but there was an electric kettle. As always, it's a code-based check-in, which is great because you don't have to worry about losing a room card.
Clean and tidy, and super convenient for getting around with the station right outside. There's a supermarket and convenience store near the station that are open late, which was perfect for us busy workers. It's located away from the bustling downtown area so it's quiet, but you can get to Tokyo Station in just three stops. Highly recommended for those on a budget.
Very simple, great for the price paid. tiny bed for two people but alright.
It's conveniently in front of the Shiomi Airport so very helpful! I am amazed of how clean the room is but the noise outside can be easily heard inside. Still very happy with the booking!
Close to the metro, quiet location. No one can speak English, and breakfast consists in a box containing rice and a few pieces of preserced fish and meet, accompanied with a cold bottle of a similar to cold tea beverage. Inedible for most Western people
Actually quite good for the hotel. Only the issue of hotel location.

Good location, great views from the hotel room, and facilities/amenities were great! Not forgot to mention the happy hour welcome drinks and also can choose your pillow for your own comfort.
The room was tiny but incredibly clean and well-maintained. I was pleasantly surprised to find a massage chair there! 😂 It was a godsend after a long day of sightseeing, providing a much-needed massage. The staff were very responsible and professional. Since I only stayed one night, I didn't get to explore other amenities. Following the navigation, I exited at the nearest subway station, and the hotel...
The twin room was the same size as a single room, which was expected and perfectly fine. The location is indeed convenient, and the natural hot spring is a definite bonus. However, there are two points I'd like to share: 1. The breakfast is mainly Japanese, with new dishes every day, which we loved. But on the first day, there were sliced oranges, and for the next two days, it was canned fruit. Western...
Very cozy and clean hotel stay, near Akihabara JR station so it is very convenient to travel around. Even has an onsen on site and free drinks in the evenings.
Very good for single traveler. It is big enough for one person
This is a great hotel, very close to Akihabara subway station. The lobby is on the second floor where you can have breakfast and there are free drinks. All the staff are very polite and always greet you with a smile. An absolutely terrible experience. Ctrip stated there would be two beds plus two tatami mats. Upon arrival, I found out the two tatami mats weren't standard; you had to lay them out yourself, separated by just two sheets. It's unbelievable that Ctrip advertised two tatami mats.

Located very close to the metro station and airport limousine pickup if you’re flying out of Haneda Airport.
I stayed here for 4 nights and honestly had a really good experience. The location is great — about a 5-minute walk from Ikebukuro Station’s west exit. This place is worth reserving the full room to yourself! Although you can hear every single noise since every room has hollow empty spaces for air circulation, there is the public bathroom (and private shower rooms) on the ground floor, and what I love about this place is the location - it’s is nestled inside the town. You can walk about 5-10 mins to get to Sannno Shrine and about 10-15 mins to the...
Place is clean and quiet, staffs are very professional and welcoming. Key coffee at second floor is actually comfortable and nice!
It was fine as far as capsule hotels go, based on what I've heard. It was my first time in one. As is typical in Japanese hotels in general though, the bed was quite hard, the blanket was heavy, and the temperature was too high for me with no way to adjust it. I also was right next to the sliding door leading into the bathroom, which wasn't super loud, but it was enough to disturb my sleep. However...
The bed is covered by a curtain, so it's not soundproof at night and can be a bit noisy. Earplugs are provided at the front desk. Overall, the cleanliness is good; there were no stains. The shower facilities are complete, and it's suitable for a night's stay.

The hotel has a good price quality. We stayed for one night only and we liked it very much. Considering we are a family of 4 most hotel rooms can't accommodate us as they are all too small so this style of bed arrangement is perfect for us. The room and toilet is quite small but I guess this is pretty normal in Japan.
We fell in love with the Edoya hotel! We stayed in a traditional room with tatami and had a big space with a chair and a table to have tea and a toilet separated from the shower. The hotel has a terrace, an onsen (with sauna, exterior pool, interior pools hot and cold) and a tea room for a break. It’s not located very close to a big station, but has several lines within a 10 minute walking distance...
Overall, it was okay. The only issues were that the doorway was quite low, so I kept hitting my head, and the duvet was too short for me, being over 1.8 meters tall, it didn't cover me completely.
Facilities: Great, there's an open-air onsen. It's not huge but very convenient. Cleanliness: Good. Environment: Excellent, a very retro Showa-era style, great experience. Service: The front desk staff speak English, which is a big plus. Food: The toast was delicious, too bad I missed it for two days.

The room was very spacious, especially the bathroom 😆—it was huge and spotless, and all the toiletries were brand-name. The hotel is right above a subway station, which made getting around super convenient.
Although the room included lounge access, I ended up taking it easy and ended up being five minutes late during the daytime, meaning I couldn't receive the service. I wish they had been a little more accommodating and showed more hospitality. The room was spacious, but the bathroom smelled a bit damp, perhaps due to its design. Amenities were plentiful. Would highly recommend this accommodation but I wouldn’t book it in advance. Just go during the day and book overnight stays for multiple nights as it’s a love hotel. For tourists, this is easily better than most of the "normal" hotels in Tokyo. Check in and check out was a breeze. Clean amf spacious room. Lots of restaurants not too far from the hotel.
Check in and out was super easy. The staff are nice and the hotel itself is very clean. It is near the red light district of Shinjuku so I think there could be some adult companionship rentals because they allow min of 3 hours to “rest” but we didn’t see or experience anything seedy. Our room was roomy in Japanese standards, and the shower is large and had great water pressure.
Great hotel.. bed were super hard though. I had trouble sleeping. We didn’t know it was a love hotel but the staff

This haven of tranquility is only 25 minutes from Shibuya but provides an authentic onsen ryokan experience. Rooms come with a Japanese Breakfast which for a westerner was an experience in itself. It’s beautiful and in a really cute area of Tokyo that feels secluded and quiet. The dinner and breakfast service is calm. The onsen needs to be cleaned
An amazing, high-end yet traditional ryokan in a cool neighborhood not far from everything in Tokyo. The onsen was amazing. My wife and I used it at least once and sometimes twice per day. Small but comfortable rooms with Japanese charm. Beautiful style and good food. Treat yourself to something very different from the typical western hotel experience.
An authentic experience in a hip area of Tokyo. Close to the subway. Wonderful thrifting opportunities. A young and vibrant college atmosphere in the neighborhood. Don't miss the included Japanese breakfast and of course the Osen. The shower in the immaculate room was one of the very best I ever experience in my whole life.
Beautiful onsen and overall property. Lovely quiet relaxing location away from central Tokyo, but easy to travel to and from. Perfect end to a beautiful stay in Japan.
Conveniently located in a lovely quiet neighborhood. 1-2 min walk to the train station. Hotel is new and even prettier than the photos. We had the duplex room and it is one of the biggest rooms I have stayed in Tokyo. The main attraction is definitely the onsite onsen from Hakone. The reception can speak good English.
