The room was clean and the hotel is very close to the subway station with several convenience stores nearby. There's also a hot spring bath on the upper floors, which is a huge plus, especially for business travelers – it completely washes away the day's fatigue. It's only one subway stop from Senso-ji Temple, making it perfect for an early morning stroll there, or heading the other direction to Ueno...
The hotel was great! It's close to the subway, and the cleanliness was excellent. The room was a bit small, but that's pretty standard for hotels in Japan 😂. Being able to open two suitcases was a plus, and the laundry facilities were convenient and affordable.
The hotel is easy to find and conveniently located for getting around. The bathhouse downstairs is great and definitely recommended. They even gave us two drink tokens at check-in, which we could use for free drinks from the vending machine.
The room was larger than expected, with enough space to fully open a 28-inch suitcase, and the layout was well-proportioned. Plus, it has a large public bath, which is a great option for those who enjoy soaking. It's also very close to both the subway and JR stations, making transportation convenient.
The A4 exit of the subway station is the closest. Breakfast is consistently good, and there are restaurants, convenience stores, and Senso-ji Temple nearby. If you're visiting Tokyo, this is a great choice.
A few minutes' walk from Asakusabashi JR station and metro station but note there are stairs to navigate. Hotel's bath was a main draw and I did not use the room bath at all. Generally courteous staff.

So so hotel, very old design. Everything look old. Service neither good nor bad. Gentlemen near lifts will always greet people and assist with lift.
My stay at KKR Hotel was truly exceptional. The hotel 's stylish design, combined with top-notch amenities, made my stay so enjoyable and relaxing. The friendly staff made my stay so comfortable. My room was impeccably clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was delightful . The hotel's location was within walking distance of many attractions and restaurants. I recommend KKR Hotel to anyone...

The Tokyo Station Hotel is incredibly historic, built in 1915. The service is excellent, and the hotel itself is stunning from every angle, day or night. It's located right above Tokyo Station, which is both bustling and convenient. While Daimaru department store is next door, I found the shops within the station to be more than enough to explore.
I loved it here! It’s my favourite hotel in Tokyo thus far!
The staff are amazing from the get go. We’ve booked the meet and greet service from the station and I’m so glad we have booked this service! Its made the navigation in such a gigantic station much easier!
Every staff we have met has been extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. I have a little one who loves trains and staffs would prepare...
Every staff member was incredibly kind and thoughtful. The room's ceiling height is a rare luxury for Japan, and the breakfast was abundant, offering a wide variety of both Japanese and Western options. The hotel's attention to detail is exquisite.
Our favourite hotel in the Tokyo Area. Stayed here numerous times over the years. Very conveniently located right on top of Tokyo Station, makes it easy to travel anywhere. Breakfast has a good selection of both Japanese & Western cuisine, and served up in the pleasant Atrium. Service is good as usual, from reception to housekeeping to restaurant staff.
Super good! Excellent location with convenient transportation, and the room was very clean and hygienic. I'll definitely stay here again next time. This will be my go-to hotel every time I come to Tokyo!!
We had a very pleasant stay at Tokyo Station Hotel . The room is quiet and clean , all amenities ample . Location is central to all our favorite shopping areas.

Very food location and good services
This hotel offers incredible value for money! Its location right next to the MRT station is super convenient, plus there's a McDonald's and a 24-hour restaurant nearby. Best of all, their rooftop hot spring is open late into the night, which is incredibly thoughtful for guests. It's just fantastic!

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff are very friendly, they helped solve all the problems and were very supportive. The overall experience was excellent—I highly recommend it.
The location is easy; just as soon as I get into my room and look out the window, I can see the graveyard clearly, right down there. It is a pretty good location, if you don't mind. The facility is excellent, and the rooftop onsen is nice; I can even see the other people here while I'm using it. The room is clean, just a bit too small to unpack and keep the luggage
The location is fantastic! There are many art galleries and shopping malls within an hour's walk, along with plenty of dining options. The hotel's rooftop onsen is incredibly relaxing, and the breakfast, though small, is excellent quality.

Great location, nice and clean hotel, also spa is great .
Really great access to the train station with a rather small hot spring
I've stayed at many Dormy Inn hotels, and this time I chose the Korakuen location in Tokyo. The facilities are consistent with other branches, and the hot spring is on the basement level, so there's no outdoor bath like some other locations. Breakfast was decent. I have two complaints, though. First, this hotel might be an old building renovation, as the elevators are incredibly slow; you have to wait...
The hot spring was very comfortable, and there were instructions in Chinese, which made everything very convenient. After soaking in the hot spring, the hotel offered free ice cream if you felt hot.
This hotel is conveniently located near the Dome, with a subway station right at its doorstep, making transportation a breeze. The rooms are clean, and while the breakfast selection isn't extensive, the ramen and ice cream after a night soak in the hot spring are a real treat. The self-service laundry is also very convenient. Overall, it offers great value for money and is highly recommended.
This was my third time staying here, and it was as excellent as ever! The autumn leaves at Koishikawa Korakuen Garden are absolutely breathtaking and a must-see. Tokyo Dome is also right nearby! And if you turn left when you leave, there's a fantastic roasted beef shop – so delicious!

A pretty decent hotel in Tokyo with onsen. Reasonable prices. But the onsen is scheduled between man and woman because they only have one.
Near amenities and train station. Breakfast is healthy.
I feel like the hotel doesn't have much oversight over its guests... That day, I wanted to try out the hotel's hot spring. As I walked to the entrance, I ran into a Caucasian man covered in indescribable things. Can people like that really enter a public bath? Isn't that irresponsible to other guests? The safety measures are really inadequate. I can only say I wouldn't dare to go again.
Great service and location. Breakfast menu was simple and but it’s delicious.
Conveniently located near Akihabara with excellent transport links. The room was a bit small, but that's typical for Japanese hotels. It was very clean, and the service was good. Breakfast was nice, and they have a free bar and a hot spring bath, which made my stay of several days very pleasant.
Location is almost smack between Ueno Station and Akihabara - which is a great spot to be in. There are many shopping and food option within a 3 to 5 minute location.
There is only one old location for the entire hotel which made the morning breakfast rush quite tricky.
Room and hallways are clean and well maintained but not exactly brand new which is just right if you are going to spend the entire...

I stayed for 9 nights in November and came back again in December, even getting the same room. It's very solo female traveler-friendly; choosing the ladies' floor gave me peace of mind. The location requires a little walk from Ikebukuro station, hence be careful with your luggage. Amenities in the room were basic but u get all u need. There is a buffet of toiletries that you can help yourself downstairs at the lobby. There are nice eateries and a nice coffee place around the area. you can spend a lot of time here!
This was my second stay, and it was just as great as the first. I'm very satisfied! The location is convenient for transportation, and I slept comfortably. There are also plenty of dining options and shopping nearby. I'll definitely keep coming back!
I was very satisfied with the service, and I even took a bath! They delivered fresh towels every day, along with face masks and Pola toiletries. Aside from the room being a bit small, there were no downsides at all. I'll definitely come back next time!

This is a very nice mid-budget hotel, in a very quiet area. If you are looking for a respite from the crowds and action, this is your place. As expected in Tokyo, rooms are very small, but complete. Not as good as I'd imagined. The location is great, but it's quite a walk to the airport if you're taking public transport. The room was a bit basic, and the toiletries were very subpar. The biggest plus is definitely the hot spring.
Love love love the hotel! Such a traditional house with onsen at the basement. With free supper after your onsen is the perfect way to end the day❤️ highly highly recommended to try out this hotel!
I've stayed at this hotel multiple times. It's one of many within the same chain, and this particular one was recently renovated. However, the food quality has declined a bit; there isn't as much variety as before. I hope they improve this in the future to make the stay even more perfect. My husband and I are experienced world travelers who stay at 5-star hotels. This was our second visit to Tokyo and last time, we stayed in Ginza. Planning to come here in the future if we can afford it.

Hot spring is amazing, and the location is so convenient. Absolutely enjoyable
The hotel service was pretty good, and the location is absolutely excellent. There's a small hot spring inside where you can relax and de-stress. However, the bedding and pillows weren't great; the pillow stuffing was all lumpy.

The hotel is perfectly located with Lawson just downstairs, Nihonbashi station on the left and Ginza station just 10 minutes away on foot.
This Tokyo hotel is on the larger side, with relatively new facilities and good service. There are many Western guests, and the hotel has very convenient subway access. Using the hotel's dining area, you can get an amazing, close-up view of Tokyo Tower.
Great locationc, good room size and comfortable beds
Amazing hotel! Very good location, the staff is very nice, the rooms are super clean and new. We will stay here again!
Everything was perfect at first — the room was clean, comfortable, and the amenities were great. Unfortunately, around 2:30 AM, it became very noisy. I stayed here for business. The parking was very convenient. It was close to the station, so it was only a few minutes' walk away, which I thought was very convenient.
This was my first time at a business hotel in Japan, and it was perfect for a business hotel with good value. The staff were friendly, the room was appropriately sized, and the washing machine and vending machine on the fifth floor made for a comfortable stay.
I had booked a non-smoking room and was shown to a room that was definitely a non-smoking room, but the moment I opened the door, I was hit with the smell of cigarettes, which was very unpleasant (maybe it was originally a smoking room...). I don't think it can be hidden for people who don't like the smell of cigarettes. That was the only disappointing thing.

A pleasant stay on our last 3 nights in Tokyo. The service is excellent, each staff was very helpful and kind. Location is great, walking distance to center of Ginza and next to Tokyo station. The room is spacious and clean but it’s a little old for Four Season standard. The restaurants were amazing with city lights view. Food and drinks were delicious. Overall we are happy to stay here.
