The Mountain View Garden Hotel is conveniently located near Disney. Although it's a bit of a distance from the park, the shuttle service is very convenient, so getting to and from the park is no hassle. There's a convenience store downstairs, which makes buying necessities incredibly easy. There's also a restaurant with very reasonable prices, much cheaper than inside Disney, making dining a great...
CONVENIENCE: A 24 - hour Lawson convenience store and a disney merchandise shop are located directly in the lobby. In- Room Comforts: Every guest room includes a foot massager, which is highly praised by tired travelers. Rooms also feature air purifiers and USB charging ports. Dinning: The breakfast buffet is well - regarded for its wide variety of Japanese and western options, including kid - friendly...
Excellent hotel, very suitable for families with kids. It's not far from Disneyland and there's a very convenient shuttle bus that runs every 10 minutes. The room is quite spacious and the beds are comfortable. There's also a balcony with a sea view.
The hotel has a public bath on the 7th floor with a lovely view, open from 8 PM to 9 AM daily. Right outside the bath, there’s a cozy area with racks of Japanese comics, sofas, and hammocks for guests to relax. Onsen yukata are provided in each room, though kids’ sizes need to be collected at reception near the lifts. The bathhouse also provides lockers, water dispensers, face wash, shampoo, conditioner...
Located within walking distance to New coast shopping mall. Provides free bus service to Disney. The convenience store within the hotel is very helpful.

The most favorite hotel in Tokyo. Very pleasant and friendly staff, delicious breakfasts, a varied selection of dishes. Beautiful view of the city and Tokyo Tower. Excellent location near Ginza
Excellent, five-star review! The location is super convenient with a convenience store downstairs, and the breakfast was fantastic!
This hotel is close enough to metro station, the hotel environment is elegant and quite. The room facilities are complete and well maintained, the room is big and comfortable, the view is good too. The staff are friendly.
I really loved my experience as a solo traveller in the Royal Park Shiodome Tokyo. The economy room with tokyo tower view is a worthy upgrade: I caught myself just staring at the view at night and in the day because it's stunning. The economy room is not large by any standards, but given the location, the amenities (they give wonderful sleeping pyjamas in one of the drawers), the thoughtfulness (it...
This stay was absolutely perfect! The hotel environment is elegant and quiet, with no noise disturbance at all. The room facilities are complete and well-maintained, and the bathroom amenities are of high quality. The staff are friendly, and housekeeping is prompt. It's very close to the attractions, making it super convenient for getting around. Definitely worth revisiting!
Exceptional Service and Spotless Rooms - Highly Recommend! : We stayed here for 6 nights and had a wonderful experience. The highlight was definitely the housekeeping team—they did an amazing job keeping our room spotless and tidy every single day. The hotel's location is very convenient, with direct access to Suitengumae Station and T-CAT for the airport limousine bus. The staff were professional...

Great room for the price. Bathroom very nice and also has indoor and outdoor onsen on the top floor. Great location only 1 minute walk away from subway and 5 minute walk away from JR sugamo station. Very easy to get to shinjuku and shibuya
Had an amazing stay at this hotel, probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at in my life! Everything was so spotless and clean. The amenities included where great also. The public bath was a bonus. The staff were happy to let me drop my bag before check in. Also very close access to Yosemite line to get to all the main sights in Tokyo. Only negative was I could have done with an extra pillow...
My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this APA hotel for 6 days. The room was small but enough, bed was comfortable and the shower was just right. The onsen on the 14th floor was so relaxing! The location was also really great, not too busy but with enough restaurants and shopping nearby. The best part of our stay was the hotel staff. They really accommodated us with helpful check-in/check...
Wonderful stay at this hotel. Initially we were put in a smoking room, but luckily we could switch to another room. It was a very small room, but it seems normal in Tokyo. It would be handy if we could store our luggage somewhere, since this was not possible under the bed and was always in the way... Other than that it was a great stay, great open bath and very nice staff. It is at a great location...
So I veiw my vacations as exploration mini adventures, so I try to be in the room as little a possible. Location is right by the train station which is the number one reason i choosea hotel. The second is the included onsen which is so nice after 25,000÷ steps daily. Things seem to be quiet at night. My biggest problem is that the convenience store closest to us is small and the station nearest...

Very nice hotel in tokyo. Nice location, helpful staff , spacious room.
This is a very old-money hotel, surrounded by affluent neighborhoods. There's a shopping center right across the street. The breakfast is delicious, and there are many weddings held here on weekends.
Every time I visit Tokyo, I stay here because it's so convenient for getting around.
amazing hotel, great location, would go again , everything was perfect
Super clean and friendly hotel . Just a bit far walking to the metro station .
You'll find plenty of delicious restaurants directly opposite. Plus, there's a large supermarket nearby, handy for grabbing fruit to enjoy back at the hotel. And for a special treat, dining at Teppanyaki Yebisu upstairs even offers views of Mount Fuji 🗻.

The hotel has direct subway access, which makes getting around incredibly convenient.
The hotel is right next to the Tokyo City Air Terminal bus station, and there's a main subway line downstairs, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The hotel service is decent, nothing exceptional, but the daily housekeeping is incredibly clean and tidy. For this price point, it's pretty good, I really can't find anything to complain about. The only minor downside might be that the pillows are...
The hotel is a bit old, but the lobby is grand and opulent. The room facilities are dated, but it's spacious enough and the location is convenient. It's right next to Suitengu-mae Station, and Ningyocho Station isn't too far either. However, the service is just average; the staff didn't react at all when I walked past, which was a letdown compared to the Hilton I stayed at in Yokohama. The toiletries...
I was initially worried the hotel might be too old, but Tokyo hotels are really well-managed. My stay was fantastic; they even let me check in around 2:00 PM. The breakfast was excellent, and the room was very spacious. Even though the facilities had an older feel, everything was exceptionally clean.
The hotel has a strong retro vibe, reminiscent of the last century. There are radio buttons by the bed, and the sink and bathtub look like they're 30 years old. The bed, however, was quite comfortable. The room isn't huge, but for Tokyo, it was spacious enough to open two suitcases. Breakfast was exactly the same every day, and after four mornings, I couldn't stomach it anymore. There were very few...
The hotel service was good, and the facilities were well-maintained. Although the bathroom wasn't a wet/dry separation, it was in great condition and quite spacious. Very great and convenient location, hotel view is amazing city view. Service is excellent.
Great location, super convenient for exploring and dining in Shibuya. The facilities are top-notch, truly excellent. Service attitude is first-class, very satisfied! The food is also exquisite! Highly recommend it! 👍👍👍
The room was incredibly spacious with an amazing view; we could even see Mount Fuji on clear days. The hotel changed the bedding daily, and the pajamas were fresh, pressed perfectly flat, and placed neatly on the headboard every day. The Japanese breakfast at the Japanese restaurant was also excellent! 👍
The hotel has a convenient location with easy access to many of the busiest hubs. The buffet breakfast is decent, but there are definitely better options nearby. I enjoyed walking to nearby areas like Daikanyama, Nakameguro, and Ebisu. After dinner, I cherished some quiet moments. There isn’t enough space for the amenities in the bathroom.
I brought my child and booked a spacious room. The tatami mat, perfect for tea during the day, could be converted into a large bed at night, which was excellent. The room was very spacious, and they provided pajamas and small skincare samples. It was very convenient to get to Shibuya from there. The breakfast offered both Western and Japanese options, which was quite good.
This hotel is perfectly located right next to Shibuya Station and Shibuya Sky, making it incredibly convenient for getting anywhere. The staff are warm and courteous. Lying in the bathtub at night, gazing at Tokyo Tower while listening to city pop was a truly wonderful experience. The only minor drawback, which is a common issue in Japan, is that the food isn't quite as good as what you'd find back...

I stayed at APA Hotel Asakusa Tawaramachi-Ekimae and overall had a very good experience. Considering the cost and the city, I found it reasonable and acceptable. Although compact, the room is well designed and efficiently laid out, with everything...
Location great right near station entry for ginza line. Service is friendly place is clean and well presented. Rooms are compact but cosy and comfortable. Check in is done via a machine due to reno. Towels done daily and housekeeping. Amenities in room are great also. We got two rooms for 4 people side by side though it is never guaranteed.
Everything was good except for the breakfast included. Can't get coffee refill. 500+ yen for 2nd cup
The room is clean, the staff are nice, the amenities are good, and the price is worth it.
Nice hotel in Asakusa, located in a nice neighbourhood, very close to various grocery stores. The hotel rooms have a private fridge and airconditioning.
Nice and cozy hotel in the center of Asakusa. Near the metro and the temple. The position is really the strength point of these hotel. The room are really small but clean and equipped with every thing needed. I would highly recommend it for who want a bed for visiting the city a couple of days.

The room was incredibly spacious. We added an extra bed for two adults and two children, and everyone slept very comfortably. The bathroom was also huge, fully stocked with all the amenities. The room's decor is a bit on the dark side, but the cleanliness and maintenance are quite good. The location is very convenient, with a shopping mall right downstairs. My friend's room even had a view of Tokyo Tower.
As usual, outstanding service and excellent amenities , top location
Excellent, I'll definitely stay here again next time.
For a hotel that's around 20 years old, the cleanliness and facilities exceeded my expectations. The only thing that could be improved is the Spa closing at 10 PM; this feels unreasonable given guests' typical routines.

The hotel boasts a magnificent Japanese garden with koi ponds, plants, and trees, offering a picturesque view at every turn. Each season brings a different kind of beauty. It's a truly tranquil oasis in the city, perfect for a relaxing and healing stroll.
I booked an Executive Room. While it wasn't huge, I had a nice view of Tokyo Tower. There's also an executive lounge on the first floor. The offerings weren't extensive, but it was enough to grab a quick bite.
The location is excellent, with a shuttle service that picks up and drops off right across from Shinagawa Station, making travel and shopping very convenient. It has a sizable garden that guests can explore, and there's a discount on tickets to the nearby aquarium, so there's plenty to do during your stay.
Overall good location direct access from Haneda airport. There was shuttle bus available from Prince Hotel Shinagawa to go to this hotel within the same area. However one male front desk (not wearing glasses) staff stood out as an unexpected lousy service communication unbecoming of Japanese service...

Hotel is so clean and newly rennovated. We are happy with our stay with them, and its value for money! Love their shuttle bus as it’s so iconic!
This is my second time staying here. The shuttle from Maihama to the hotel is super convenient, and there's also a direct bus from Haneda Airport. Plus, the shuttle to Disney is very handy. There's a Lawson convenience store at the Hilton, about 200 meters away, which is great for grabbing snacks. It's a fantastic choice for a Disney trip.
The environment here is great, and it's really close to Disneyland. Getting around is super convenient, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. They also offer a shuttle service to Disneyland and the subway station, which makes exploring the area a breeze. The rooms are quite spacious, and the service is good. Plus, there's a supermarket and a bakery right downstairs.
The hotel's location is excellent, with a convenient and charming shuttle bus service to Disneyland. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and the room isn't too small, which is typical for Japanese hotels. The lobby has a great ambiance and even includes a Disney store. All the hotel staff are very pleasant. It's a great choice for a Disney trip.
HeWe chose this hotel because it’s located within the Tokyo Disney Resort area, making it very convenient to visit both Tokyo Disneyland and DisneySea. Definately one of the better APA hotels I've stayed at. Rooms are typical APA style, aimed at single traveller with just the one suitcase to fit uner the bed, but they are nicer than most, being a touch bigger and nicer facilities. Nice hotel with good service and an onsen. The rooms are quite small but ours had a great view which includes the national diet building (not in picture). If you are here because you want to be next to the diet building or the prime Minister's residence, this is the perfect hotel. However a lot of restaurants and convenience stores are much further away.

A business hotel close to the subway station. Breakfast on the first floor is delicious. Using sauna of B1 is a good way to relieve fatigue. The room is really small, so it is difficult for 2 people to use it. My back hurts because the bed is old. There are many restaurants and convenience stores near the subway. Unexpectedly, there are many Western tourists.
They were very helpful when I needed to store my luggage, and they even gave me directions to my destination, which was a huge help! I'd love to stay here again!
This is a typical chain business hotel. I usually stay elsewhere in Shinjuku, but it was fully booked. This hotel and my usual one are both about a 10-minute walk from the station. The room was clean and well-equipped, but the service at the counter was not impressive. They weren't as helpful or informative as they should have been when I had questions.
Cosy place with nice facilities. Staff were very friendly too
The stay overall was smooth. The room layout is somewhat unconventional, with several rooms featuring lowered ceiling beams that can feel restrictive in certain areas. This appears to be due to the building’s structural design and infrastructure placement, and while it may affect the sense of openness, the rooms remain functional and efficiently organised for short stays. Pretty terrible experience with the cleanliness of the hotel. The room isn't huge, but it's clean and tidy, and the bed is comfortable. The location is super convenient, making it easy to get anywhere. The large public bath is definitely a highlight of the hotel – it's incredibly relaxing after a long day. The breakfast, however, could use some improvement.
The location is great, right near Gotanda Station. You just cross the skybridge to get there. However, it's not ideal if you have large luggage, as crossing the road can be a bit of a hassle. There are plenty of food options nearby, giving it a good local vibe.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Shinjuku Station's underground passage. On the first day, I couldn't find the passage, but walking along the main road from the South Exit works just as well, and it was a pleasant walk. The room was clean and not too small, which I was happy with.
Whenever we go to Japan Tokyo we always stay at Washington shinjuku hotel always a pleasant stay and the staff is nice. Japan rooms are typically small so manage expectations but for cleanliness and accessibility to a lot of places with a lot of restaurants at the hotel itself
Choose this hotel if u r taking airport limo bus, it’s just located outside of the hotel. But it might takes walking distance 10 minutes+ to Shinjuku station. I stayed in Annex and it looks new
Strange odour in the room upon entering. Fortunately they provide an air purifier, air freshener spray and fan, but it still took about 2 days to rid the smell. The room is small, barely enough for putting your luggage and walking space. Room is just basic, so don't expect too much. But location is good, located on one of the stops for airport shuttle. And tube station is walking distance
For a business traveller, this place is convenient.  There’s Japan Limosine Bus stop right in front of this hotel.  Within the building, there are also many restaurants around.

However, this is the second time I've experienced an unexpected train delay on the Narita Express, and I almost missed my flight! I recommend not cutting it too close when booking train tickets.
Great location but as a lot of construction nearby, it made the journey from the train station to hotel not easy. Room is spacious and with a beautiful Japanese garden.
We are a family of 4 stayed there for 6 nights. The hotel is dated but well maintained. Generally satisfactory. Unfortunately the beds were uncomfortable. We could sense that the mattresses were quite old. Out of the 3 beds, only one is merely ok. One below par and one is bad. The bad bed gave you a very uncomfortable backache the next day. We complained to the hotel the next day. They changed the...
The room was spacious and nice, though the facilities were a bit old. The breakfast selection was limited.
The room was spacious and the location was convenient. The environment was quiet and beautiful.
I stayed here with my friends for a luxurious 'hokansu' (hotel vacation). The bathroom was spacious, and having two large mirrors made it really convenient for us girls to get ready. We booked a plan with breakfast, but we woke up late and missed the last order at Sakura Tower. However, we were able to have breakfast at the neighboring Takanawa without any extra charge, which was a lifesaver! It was...

We had a delightful stay at the Palace Hotel. The room is spotless and amenities are ample and good quality. We didnt dine at the hotel as we like to go to exploring and there are ample good quality restaurants closeby.
The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Tokyo Station, making it super convenient for getting around. The prices are usually very reasonable too. I really enjoyed the room with a terrace – the view was incredible as there was nothing obstructing it.
Easily my favourite hotel in Tokyo and in my top 3 globally! The views from the balcony are breathtaking, the staff are some of the best I’ve ever encountered and the breakfast is industry-standard setting in a continent that cares a great deal about breakfast!
Very disappointing Spa facilities for ladies. Only a warm (38 °C) marble sauna. The male facilities have a proper dry sauna and jacuzzi. Also, while visiting the Chinese restaurant, we ordered their 1/4 duck, but the rolls were only made with the Duck skin. We were told they dispose of the Duck meat. Crazy! After querying, they brought us another 1/4 duck with skin and meat, but we were charged for...
Excellent location. Impeccable services. Room with balcony is to die for in Tokyo
This hotel is an above average 5 star hotel in experience, facilities and most of all its people. Large hotel with large tasteful spaces and direct link to the Tokyo rail network by escalator within the hotel. Directly across the road from the Imperial Palace and a short reasonable walk to Tokyo station and Daimaru shopping centre. Rooms were very nice and clean and quiet. The best water pressure from...
