The hotel is near the monorail stop and easy to get to from the airport. The hotel building itself is beautiful, and the rooms are slightly larger than typical in Japan. It's convenient that open suitcases fit neatly under the bed, allowing for easy movement around the room. The bed was soft, with four pillows; we slept well. Hotel area is convenient. Many rest nearby, Room is clean. Breakfast is basic but delicious. The massage chair is remarkable.

When I checked in, I was approached by someone at the counter next to me. They explained the Halloween campaign to the Japanese guests, but not to me. After I got to my room, when I put out the bath mat, a woman's hair came out. I was also bothered by the fact that the sink in the bathroom was taped down.

The staff in counter is not very warm hearted but OK and the staff in the restaurant is very friendly. We would like to stay here next time in Okinawa because the room price is reasonable and the bed sheets and quilt are clean and smell nice and the location is near the bus station and also monorail station

The hotel was much nicer than I expected for the inexpensive price. There is parking service and a laundry room and it's literally a stone's throw away from the monorail station, which is very convenient for getting to the airport. Simple, basic and no frills but everything you need is on point.

The location is very convenient - only about a 8-minute walk from Hakata Station. The room is a bit small, but well-equipped. The bathroom and toilet are separate. The sink is outside. The front desk provided bath salts and skincare products. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money.

It's right in front of the station, so it's convenient for taking the train. Trains run infrequently. The menu is diverse and delicious. The single rooms could be a little cheaper.

Clean room, good facilities and free breakfast but only last till 9 am

The stuff is very friendly, the room is a little bigger than usual but they have a problem with water, sometimes it jumps from warm water to cold for no reason. The breakfast is regular japanese breakfast, small variety but they have default miso soup, rice, vegetables and protein

Great location with a bus stop and tram station right nearby, making it very convenient to get around. The hotel is located in the Tenmonkan district, with plenty of restaurants and shopping options just steps away. The only downside is that the bathroom is a bit small. The service was truly exceptional, and the hotel's restaurants were all quite good. The teppanyaki was delicious, and the Japanese restaurant offered fair prices. Even the BBQ meats were surprisingly tasty. The hotel also offered plenty of activities; my first snorkeling experience was great. Even though it was a cloudy day, the scenery was still absolutely stunning.

A perfect resort, few people, good food, and a super beautiful sea view. The front desk charges a child fee, which Ctrip also solved very well. The only drawback is that many sea activities require Japanese.

Except for the fact that I was assigned a room on the first floor, everything else was good. The hotel is located in a remote area, but there are convenience stores and small shops nearby. You can take a taxi outside, and there is also an airport bus at the door, which is good.

The hotel is ideally located, just 150 meters from the East Exit of Hakata Station. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast spread is excellent, with both Japanese and Western options available. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and shopping is very convenient. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Fukuoka.

I booked a high price because there were no rooms available, but when I got there, there were still rooms available and they were cheaper. It was absurd.

I understand that it was expensive because it was on the day, but it was cheaper than other sites.

the room is quite big and clean. They provided several different shampoos and hair products for guests to choose from the front desk which is nice! And the location is awesome, in the beginning of kokusai street and can get to the rail station within 5mins.

The location is absolutely fantastic. It's a great spot for day trips, close to the train station, convenience stores, drugstores, and even the famous A&W BBQ restaurant (Maki-ji Beef), Okinawan cuisine, tamagoyaki (Japanese rolled omelet), steakhouses, and gift shops. The Makishi Public Market is also easily accessible. The staff are all very friendly and provide free water (no need to buy extra)...

Excellent location! The receptionists are polite and friendly. We had 2 rooms — they are aged but reasonably clean and comfortable. Anyway, we were out in Okinawa all day long so we really enjoy them.

Nothing to complain about the hotel. It's very worth it for the size of the room. The view is cool too, and the lounge area looks really well decorated. There's even free alcohol and thirst quencher. Breakfast buffet doesn't have huge selection but is decent.

The hotel is located in the city center, right next to a sports stadium. The elevated highway nearby can be a bit noisy due to heavy traffic. The hotel has its own parking, but the fee is a bit expensive at 1500 JPY per day. Overall, it offers medium value for money.

I stayed from August 21st to August 23rd. The toilet overflowed during my stay. I had been bothered by the smell since day one. The toilet looked nice and clean, but the smell was unavoidable and I thought maybe the water pressure was weak. I've stayed at several Toyoko Inn hotels, and as always, I'm thoroughly satisfied. This particular location is excellent, right next to Kumamoto Station. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was warm and attentive. The breakfast was also quite good.

This was a gorgeous hotel and I enjoyed every minute - lovely room with a bath and great views - literally less than 5 minute walk to Kumamoto station and 3 minutes walk to the tram line.

Omg, to cansel another hotel and change booking to this was my best decision! A had awesome view! I really enjoyed it during the late evening, check the photo. Breakfast was so good, I never leave dinning area hungry. Lovely! In case the space is full, you can take it to your room. Wall is thin. I could hear people coughed and talked telephone. Bed was not comfortable. Their front staff was too busy and did not smile. However, I enjoyed the good view from window. Also, it is near bus from airport. The facial cleanser was oily and i immediately got pimple.

The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Higashi-Hie subway station on the airport line, and it's just one stop to Hakata Station. There's a 7-Eleven, FamilyMart, and a drugstore nearby, so it's really convenient. The hotel lobby has a lovely European library feel, and the rooms are very spacious. Perfect location, 7 mins walk from Hakata Station and there is a Family Mart nearby which is super convenient. We bought our breakfast and dessert from Family Mart.  Rooms are spacious and kids friendly (kid slippers and toothbrush were provided. They also provided a baby crib upon request). The brand of high chair in Why Not is stokke! We enjoyed the stay a lot.

The hotel is located in Kirishima, making it convenient to drive to Kagoshima and Sakurajima. The lobby has a great design, the room was clean and tidy, and the service was attentive. Parking can be a bit tight near the main building.

Room was clean and spacy with great view of ocean and mountain. It takes a bit longer time for checking in than expected.

First, we loved the onsen and its services, where we soaked in three pools of different temperatures, sweated in a sauna, then alternately cooled ourselves in cold baths. Second, room services were excellent despite its furnishings seemed to be run down a bit. Third, its location is central to travel most places of interest, which spreads out in Kagoshima Prefecture.

Not bad, location is central (close to the main attraction of Kumamoto Castle). The soundproofing is poor though, got woken up at 5am by next door's vibrating phone/people coughing. Cute decorations in the lobby.

Breakfast was great, and the service was very welcoming. There's no swimming pool, but it's very close to the train station and Mount Inasa. You can take the ropeway up to the summit to watch the sunset and the night view of Nagasaki Port. I even spotted the Adora Magic City cruise ship!

The only hotel inside the theme park with direct access to the. Concierge Mr Shuu is an absolute delight. He went out of his way to assist us in all our inquiries and worries in terms of transport. Highly highly recommended.
