Great view with great service. It was a nice place to relax 🤗
We booked a 3-bed room for one night. The location was excellent—right next to the subway station—and the outlet was also nearby. The reception staff were very helpful. In particular, the receptionist assisted us in booking a French restaurant. As you may know, Japan often requires reservations 1–2 days in advance, but she managed to secure a table for us on the same night. The hotel also offered...
We booked one night in this hotel. The room size is as stated , very spacious with a beautiful view of the city, the room can even sleep for 3 persons. Toilet is clean although it’s an old style and design with a bathtub. Breakfast have western and Japanese food , eggs have a few ways to cook and will deliver to your table after order. Service is good. This hotel is next to the train station...
Reception at 4 pm was slow and it was necessary for several guests to wait for the two reception people even though they had three other people greeting guests. The nearby Shinkansen station provides easy access to the hotel which is an easy 5-10 minutes walk. Wifi worked well and the air conditioning was good especially in the cold weather. Rooms are a good size and in good condition with above...
This hotel is excellent! The room is spacious, and the bathroom is huge. The night view from the window is beautiful. It's right next to Kokura Station, which makes getting around super convenient. Breakfast was also very good and plentiful. I would definitely stay here again.
If I hadn't stayed at a Hilton previously, I probably would have thought this place was quite good. However, compared to the Hilton, the facilities here feel a bit dated, which is understandable given it's an older hotel. The location is excellent though, with plenty of dining options nearby. It's very convenient for both driving and using public transport. Getting to Kitakyushu Outlet and Shimonoseki...

A very nice experience with Hotel Collective
The location is right smack in the middle of Kokusai street. Very convenient for shopping and dining. Room is huge for Japanese standard. If you are driving, parking is available but with a charge of JPY 1800 per night.
In the middle of the Street easy acess
Great for family hotel in a great shopping location in Naha city.
Perfect location! Shops, Lawson's, restaurants all in small walking distance. The hotel room size is big enough for open luggage at all times. Staffs are all friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

My room is at the old building which I was not informed before I was assigned. I thought they should email me. I was so confused where to check in because lack of communication. Most of the staff, if non japanese, does not give clear information, I felt like they are part-time or work for fun, especially in dining area.
Great stay, room was really comfortable and saw activities for kids i guess. Feels like club med i suppose.
There's a wide variety of activities to enjoy around the property. For instance, even small children can ride the buggies, so it's an activity the whole family can enjoy together. The 'Island Pay' e-money, which can be used at shops throughout the island, offers excellent value: you get 2,000 yen in points when you charge 10,000 yen. Plus, it's incredibly convenient not having to carry your wallet...
The location is a bit off the beaten path, making it ideal for self-driving tourists. Due to its proximity to nature, you might occasionally encounter a few insects in the rooms, but the hotel is generally clean and well-maintained. It boasts a wide array of recreational facilities, along with services such as restaurants, hot springs, and massages. The pricing is reasonable, offering good value for...
i like this hotel. the food is very good quility..room is so wide😀i want to come back again..

we have an excellent stay here from May 3 to 9, 2026 with my family. The hotel location was great and bfast was excellent. Everythibg is worth it. For sure will be back again here. thank you so much hotel okara fukuokq
Rooms and location are great; swimming pool not being available to children is a bit of a minus. Very negative experience with the staff at the reception: Booked a room for 2 adults + 1 child. Our booking confirmation very explicitly said "breakfast for 3 persons included" on every single day of the stay; only during the first breakfast we noticed that we had only been given breakfast coupons for two...
Really nice staff and very good place to visit. The hotel is connected to the Nakasu-Kawabata which is really convenient to travel in the city to Tenjin or Hakata.
Hotel is very clean and staffs from front desk were very friendly Its just beside the mall amd no worries on finding food! The parking was shared with a mall and charged at reasonable price of 2000yen daily Happy to stay here!
As far as accommodation goes in Fukuoka, this is one of our favourites. Excellent location, great hospitality from staff and the best part is how spacious the room was! Now, this hotel has been around for a while and had been renovated but despite evreything, we just loved the overall package. Even the shower was so powerful you probably thought you were bathing at Nachi Waterfalls! 😁
The room is spacious. Service is excellent, all staff are super nice and friendly and professional. The breakfast is the best I’ve ever had in Japan. The room looks a little outdated - especially the bathroom, but overall my stay was comfortable and I had a great time in Fukuoka

Large parking space is available. Hotel is bit away from city center. By car it’s only 10mins or less. Very clean and comfortable. Humidifier in the room is great for the winter. Staff is fluent in English.
The Executive Room is truly great, I'll definitely be back next time! So many perks: afternoon tea, cocktails, lots of food, draft beer, sparkling wine – a must-try for anyone who enjoys a good drink! Highly recommended.
I booked two separate reservations for a two-day stay! Please refer to my previous review for more details.😅 This hotel is a bit of a distance from the station, so it's best to have a car! Okinawa's weather is unpredictable; it's great for walking around when it's nice, but very inconvenient if it's raining or windy!
Very clean, though the room was a bit compact, the amenities were excellent. We were very satisfied with all the hotel provisions.
Thank you for everything! I met a lovely receptionist named Annie in the front office—she's a passionate lady. The location is great too, just a 20-minute walk to the city centre.
With a rental car, access is no issue at all. The location is quiet, and the hotel facilities and service are excellent. The parking fee is 1,500 yen per day.

Dormy Inn Kumamoto Natural Hot Spring Hotel, Kumamoto1 / 30
9.0
Kyushu, Kumamoto, 3-1 Karashima-Cho 🧭 Map
As good as ever, and a convenient location.
The hotel's top floor has a hot spring, a sauna, and ice cream. They even serve ramen at night. The location is excellent, right next to Sakuracho Bus Terminal, making it super convenient to get to Amakusa for dolphin watching. There's also a tram station nearby, so getting anywhere is a breeze.
Right across from the bus station, and super convenient for getting to JR (Japan Railways) by tram – it's a flat 200 yen fare. The hotel's rooftop onsen is a real highlight. The room was tiny but clean. They don't provide toiletries in the room, but you can grab free toothbrushes and combs downstairs. Coffee is available from 6 AM daily, but it's a shame there's no milk. There's a Lawson convenience...
Great location beside sakura machi, near shopping street and kumamoto castle. Easy to get to kumamoto jr station via bus or tram. Onsen was clean and reasonably sized with outdoor onsen and sauna. Service was responsive and helpful. Only thing was cleanliness which was average. Room had a funny odour, and I noticed it especially when using the heater or AC. Thankful for windows which can be opened...
Nice onsen hotel which is located not far from the lrt station
Excellent value for money! The hot springs are wonderfully relaxing, and there are plenty of dining and entertainment options nearby, all at a relatively low price point. A taxi from Kumamoto Station was only about 50 RMB, which isn't expensive at all.

Super Iconic hotel and very comfortable to stay in! We were here for two nights and would totally recommend this to whoever visiting Kagoshima. Public seperate bath at the top floor (13F), free ice cubes, parking is 1000JPY per night, there are washing machine and drying services, get the rooms that face sakurajima! A huge shopping mall just right across the hotel!
Great location, Sakurajima Volcano is right outside the window.
Located next to a big mall where you can find Uniqlo, Diaso and many others. The hotel is very big and many guests came to attend conference and then stayed. The onsen is located at the roof and you can view Volcano Sakurajima and sun rise there.
Perfect for a relaxing Kagoshima getaway. The shuttle service is super convenient for exploring the city, and combined with a one-day transport pass, a two-night stay is just right. The hotel's on-site hot springs are also very comfortable, and you can even catch the sunrise in the morning!
Nice view for sakurajima Many restaurant nearby Nice for self drive traveller
It’s an aged hotel which you can tell from the usage marks of many facilities. However, I still want to give a comparably high score to this place since you can tell the staff here are working hard to manage this place and make sure the satisfaction of the hotel. Comfortable hotel, 10 min walk from Hakata station. Room very small, bathroom large compared to the seize of the room.
Very good facilities, onsen at 14/F, with sky lounge and free drinks, will come again
This hotel is about a 10-minute walk from Hakata Station's Chikushi exit. The room was a bit small, but you can store your luggage there. Check-in is done beforehand using a machine, and then you pick up your room key yourself. The hotel has a hot spring, but I didn't get to try it. Overall, it was a good stay.
Hotel staff is nice and helpful. they have onsen in hotel, so it’s so perfect for relax your muscle after long walking around Hakata
Room is small for a double room, but is normal in jap. No luggage storage as it only allowed same day storage which is inconvenient for those who coming back to stay after travelling to other places. I've booked here many times, and the room locations are always great. It would be even better if parking were a bit cheaper.

Extremely close to the station! It's just over 100 meters to the Fukuoka station, making it super convenient for coming and going. Although the room was small and not far from Kumamoto Castle, I didn't spend much time in it anyway, so it was perfectly acceptable.
Location wise is good. But lady staff is not friendly and helpful. We are driving few round looking for car park, asking lady at front desk but not helpful plus information not correct. Totally no smile during the checked in process. Rooms look quite old and don feel comfortable. Won't return for 2nd time's. The most worst hotel amont my road trip.

Great location just steps away from the main Kokusaidori street. Room cleaned every 3 days with possibility to change towels, but not empty the trash. Breakfast good, but a bit crowded. Overall would definitely recommend.
We booked a 27-square-meter twin room, and it was very comfortable for a family of three. There was still plenty of space to move around even after opening our large suitcases. Since we have a one-year-old baby, the hotel thoughtfully pushed the twin beds together and against the wall beforehand, which was very considerate. The hand soap and shampoo provided by the hotel were of good quality and pleasant...
Extremely convenient location! The monorail's Asahibashi Station has direct access to the hotel lobby on the second floor. Plus, Kokusai Street and the bus stop for route 120 are right downstairs.
This hotel is super close to Makishi Station, just a quick walk over the skybridge. It's also only a 5-10 minute walk to Kokusai Dori, making it really convenient for getting around. However, there seem to be more and more Indian cleaning staff now, and the cleaning isn't as thorough as it used to be. Plus, they only provided slippers once.
Beyond its convenient location, there's not much to write home about. It served its purpose as a one-night stopover. It's a run-of-the-mill business hotel. Downstairs, you can grab toiletries and specialty teas, which is a nice touch. The date setting on the hotel elevator was quite amusing.

Standard Japanese business hotel, rooms were a little dirtier than usual (the walls and seats had lots of stains on them). Other than that, the service was good.
Location is not too far off Hakata Station. They have free hot coffee which is nice, but their bed is really really hard. Might wanna think twice. Room size is decent by Japan standards.
The hotel is about a 7-8 minute walk from Hakata Station's Chikushi Gate, which is quite convenient for getting around. Nearby, there's a Matsumoto Kiyoshi pharmacy and a Yodobashi Camera electronics store. Shopping options around Hakata Station are abundant, so the location is excellent.
The service was great, and the location was excellent. However, the room was incredibly tiny. I honestly don't know how anyone could manage to open a 24-inch suitcase in there. The most illogical thing was the armchair in the room; it was far too big and couldn't be moved aside. Sitting on it was awkward and cramped. A simple stool would have been much more practical. The service was truly exceptional, and the hotel's restaurants were all quite good. The teppanyaki was delicious, and the Japanese restaurant offered fair prices. Even the BBQ meats were surprisingly tasty. The hotel also offered plenty of activities; my first snorkeling experience was great. Even though it was a cloudy day, the scenery was still absolutely stunning.
To be honest, the Tokyu Hotel on Miyako Island does have some outdated furnishings. But the moment you enter the room and open the window, all thoughts of "outdatedness" are instantly washed away by the view – the 2000+ yen room rate is well worth it just for the sapphire-blue sea view! The hotel's location is simply divine, directly facing the famous Yonaha Maehama Beach. What does this mean? It...
A perfect resort, few people, good food, and a super beautiful sea view. The front desk charges a child fee, which Ctrip also solved very well. The only drawback is that many sea activities require Japanese.
Except for the fact that I was assigned a room on the first floor, everything else was good. The hotel is located in a remote area, but there are convenience stores and small shops nearby. You can take a taxi outside, and there is also an airport bus at the door, which is good.
Because of consecutive stays, I didn't get this room type and chose to stay in the Ocean Building. But I didn't get a refund for the price difference... I felt a little disappointed because the scenery was really different...
The location and view were amazing! You can walk to Yonaha Maehama Beach right in front of the hotel, and there's also a pool, so it's doubly fun. I'd definitely like to stay here again. Next time, I'd like to stay multiple nights!
