The hotel's swimming pool has indoor and outdoor sections, as well as a waterslide for babies. The indoor pool has a bed against the wall, making it safe and comfortable for young children to sleep. Importantly, there are also educational and fun activities nearby. I highly recommend bringing children to participate in these activities. It is a great hotel for family vacation. Especially, for children. There are many games and activities. The room is big with good sea view. There are four restaurants to choose for breakfast.

Clean, quiet, and tidy. Very close to the subway station. There's a FamilyMart convenience store right outside, as well as another old-school grocery store. The service was excellent👍. The staff helped carry our luggage to the room. The hotel's surroundings are nice, the lobby is beautiful, and the view from the window is great. It's also conveniently located. However, the facilities are a bit old. The bathroom floor stays wet for a long time, and there's a sewage smell from the drain.

Not recommended. The main reason is the inconvenient location. It's about a kilometer walk to the Tenjin area, and the subway station is in an awkward spot. Even if you take the train one stop to Tenjin-Minami, you still have a walk afterwards. I'd suggest staying closer to Tenjin, even if it means sacrificing a bit of space; proximity is better. The hotel facilities are great, and the front desk staff are highly professional. It definitely lives up to its five-star rating. You can also enjoy beautiful city views from across the street, and the 11 AM checkout is very convenient.

It’s a pity we have to shorten our stay due to driving license issue and could not rent a car. The hotel room is spacious and comfortable. Pillow is a bit small and soft. Ocean view is spectacular . We are glad to get help from Uezu-san to book a half day tour to aquarium and kouri tower, as it is difficult to travel without driving. This is a fantastic property for families. It is truly an all inclusive resort with fantastic rooms, food options, facilities and in room amenities. The Suite Grande room was a great choice with a washer dryer, plenty of space and plenty of streaming options included in the nice Sony Bravia TV with soundbar (e.g. Netflix, Hulu, Youtube, Ameba etc.). Very spacious with very comfy bed. The big bath tub allowed me to have a nice and fun bath time with my baby daughter. A balcony with sea view makes it even more perfect. On top of that, reception staff are super welcoming and friendly. Thanks for your smile and a very smooth check-in-out process.

An average resort hotel. It's very close to the US military base, so it can be noisy if there are flight training exercises.

So happy I could watch the fireworks right from my room's balcony! It's perfect for a relaxing getaway. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Okinawa.

Good View Breakfast quite Disappointed

My friends and their family absolutely loved their five-day stay; it was a fantastic experience. The location is superb: just a 3-minute walk to American Village, 2 minutes to the seaside, and a 5-minute stroll to the beach. In the evenings, you can go beachcombing, and at dusk, enjoy beautiful sunsets from the aptly named Sunset Beach. Highly recommended!

The hotel is conveniently located near Hakata Station, making transportation very easy. There are many shops nearby, which is great for shopping. The room was quiet, clean, and well-equipped. It's small, but perfect for a solo traveler.

The single room was spacious enough for one person and had everything you need. It also had a microwave and washing machines on some floors. The location was great, just behind the Central Station. The best part was that you could check in at 1pm and check out at 12pm which is better than almost every other hotel. Checkout was also a seamless process

Really wonderful hospitality from the hotel staff and the 1pm check in timing was helpful for us to rest after a red eye flight. Hotel room is very clean and has all the basic necessities provided. Extremely convenient location! The monorail's Asahibashi Station has direct access to the hotel lobby on the second floor. Plus, Kokusai Street and the bus stop for route 120 are right downstairs.

This hotel is super close to Makishi Station, just a quick walk over the skybridge. It's also only a 5-10 minute walk to Kokusai Dori, making it really convenient for getting around. However, there seem to be more and more Indian cleaning staff now, and the cleaning isn't as thorough as it used to be. Plus, they only provided slippers once.

Not sure about the Japanese culture. We tried to check in at morning time, but we got the only response that the check-in starts at 3:00PM. No extra information about how to enter the Park, or anything. We need to figure out that ourselves. We walked to the main entrance, and back there. The room's interior has a lovely wooden style. I especially liked the self-service luggage storage in the lobby. You can also work in the lobby after checking out, as there are charging ports available. Most importantly, it's only a few minutes' walk from the light rail station, which is super convenient.

There's a free shuttle bus from the airport to the resort! There's also a free resort shuttle bus within the hotel! The environment is nice, but the pool is a bit small! There's a line for breakfast every day, and the breakfast variety is average. Reservations are generally required for the resort's restaurants, so ask the front desk for assistance. This is considered a relatively good hotel in Miyako Island. The surrounding area is incomparable to those in China. It is best to make reservations in advance for meals, as the restaurants open every day are different.

A hotel that leaves much to be desired. The decor and facilities are incredibly dated, reminiscent of Japan's Heisei era. During my three-day stay, I had to switch rooms four times, as every room had some issue, be it with the air conditioning or the windows/doors. The service, however, was decent, and they provided a complimentary room upgrade.

Could check in really quickly without waiting in line so that was great. There were not that many washing machines, and it was difficult to use them because other guests would not come and collect their own laundry even after the machine had finished running. There was a sign saying that the neglected laundry would be collected after 10 minutes, but there weren't any staff keeping an eye on this anyway...

Centrally located in Naha, within walking distance to Kokusai Street, and right next to Miebashi Monorail Station for easy access to anywhere. It's a business hotel with good value for money.

The hotel's location is very convenient. The double room was significantly smaller than the triple room, and it only had a shower, no bathtub, which is quite unusual for Japan. There's a tiny outdoor pool, only suitable for splashing around. The Nespresso machine and bottled water were the same as those provided in the triple room.
