The seaview and the beach are magnificent. However some of the furniture in the guest room may need to replace such as the chair and to remove such as the stove.

Hotel cleanliness room was not clean properly and a lot of small black spider, and mosquitoes. Wi-Fi rate 2 most of the time no internet. The view was great and the breakfast was delicious.

Location is excellent. Just across the road from Hakata station. There’s 7-11 downstairs. The hotel helped us to keep the luggage when we went to Yufuin. It’s really helpful.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, right across the street from Hakata Station. The rooms are clean, the breakfast is delicious, and there's a 7-Eleven downstairs. The bus terminal is also just across the road, and a taxi to the airport costs around 2030 yen. It's definitely the top choice when visiting Fukuoka.

The hotel is in a convenient location and rooms are clean, but amenities could be better. They only provide two bottles of water per day, which is not ideal when traveling with a young child. For families, this feels a bit inconvenient. Overall, decent stay, but improvements in guest comfort would make it much better.

The location is unbeatable. There are two convenience stores nearby with everything you could need, and plenty of great food options. Staying in the Anex building which is spacious and direct access to 7-11 across was Lawson. No changes to park In hotel as it always full. This place is very well located near the Makishi station. Best of all is the generous and delicious breakfast spread, especially the french toast. The hotel is located near Kokusai Street, within walking distance of delicious eateries. The facilities are new and complete, and the staff are warm, attentive, and even speak Chinese. Breakfast was great, and the service was very welcoming. There's no swimming pool, but it's very close to the train station and Mount Inasa. You can take the ropeway up to the summit to watch the sunset and the night view of Nagasaki Port. I even spotted the Adora Magic City cruise ship!

We booked a Japanese-style room with a sea view balcony. I really like the bike rental, shuttle service and refreshments! They agreed to book the shuttle for me via email because I cannot phone calls. Staff are nice. Room is clean and you can enjoy the public bath, including a small sauna room. I booked a Japanese-style room, which was quite unique and spacious enough. The hotel's overall service was excellent. Breakfast was very crowded; I thought it was the off-season, but there were so many people! We had to wait a long time for the elevator, but the food was replenished very promptly. The hotel's location is good, not far from Kokusai Dori and Naminoue Shrine.

Great location! It's convenient to take the bus to American Village and Naha, and it's just a ten-minute walk to Kokusai Street. There are plenty of 7-Elevens and other stores nearby, which is really nice. The hotel room wasn't small either.

The service was top notch. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Some team members were more fluent in English than others but we were still able to converse. Speaking of Miyazaki, it's the Miyazaki Kanko Hotel, also known as "Miyakan"! The lobby, common areas, rooms, and corridors all had a luxurious feel and a very nice atmosphere. There was nothing particularly bad about it, and I would definitely like to stay here again.

Stayed one night, location is a bit isolated in terms of restaurants and things to do. Definitely an outdated hotel and could do with a renovation, however the room was definitely very large for Japanese standards so the was a plus!(superior queen).
