Best thing about the hotel is probably the onsen at the basement of the main building. Mostly Japanese and Koreans gentlemen when I visit the onsen. Booking the main building is better so you don't have to walk for the onsen. Room in main building is only a few dollars more. Room is pretty big for 1 pax, enough space to open luggage beside the bed. Otherwise, pretty standard fare. Only bad thing...

We had checked in to Hokke Clud Hotel2 times during this vacation. We love the facilities provided, breakfast is really nice and we are looking forward our buffet breakfast every morning. Within walking distance of 10 minutes from Hakata station. We wish to be back one day in future with our family again.

A very nice hotel, neat and tidy. The public bath is very clean and well maintained. The hotel offers a good variety of welcome drinks and breakfast food including Japanese, Chinese and Western cuisines. Less than 10 minutes walk from the Hakata Station if exiting from the West 23 exiit of the station.

Good breakfast. Some staff can speak English. Housekeeping staff is meticulous. Washing machines are available and split into male and female side. Guests get to have free drinks (matcha latte, coffee etc) at the lounge from late afternoon to 9pm. Next to Sumiyoshi shrine.

Hotel is quite abit of a distance 15mins walk from the Hakata train station. Room is small bit clean.

I stay for 4 nite, it’s really incredibly convenient to go everywhere. I stop at Kushida Shrine Station (exit 3) and it’s only two minutes’ walk away. From there, it’s a three-minute walk to Kushida Shrine and Kawabata. You can also walk to the Tenjin area in about 10-15 minutes and there are many restaurants around. The location is fantastic, close to everything, and the staff are all really friendly. However, the hallway isn't soundproof at all. There were Koreans next door who started making noise and slamming doors exactly from midnight onwards, so I couldn't get any sleep at all 😵💫

Hotel is located near Hakata Station, it is very convenient to catch early Shinkansen or arrive in late evening. It is also close to different restaurants and convenience store like Family mart and Lawson (all within 5 mins walk). The room is tidy and clean, pretty comfortable.

There's nothing wrong with the standard chain store.

It's located in the downtown area and has many restaurants and cafes. Parking costs 1,000 yen per night, but there is a multi-story parking garage. The room was spacious and I was able to relax comfortably. It's also close to Kumamoto Castle. It was a fun trip to Kumamoto.

The location is incredibly convenient; you can walk to several major shrines and shopping areas. The hotel also granted a late check-out, and the room facilities were great. Although small, it had everything we needed, offering excellent value for money.

There are some yellow stain along the grout of the bathtub. Room 301 and maybe rooms beside the lifts will hear the lift working in the silence of the night. Bathroom is good size. Next to nice restaurants and shrine.

The hotel is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from Hakata JR station. Although the room was only 14m in size, it was more than sufficient for our needs.

The location is a bit average; you have quite a walk from Hakata Station. Apart from one good ramen spot nearby, it's not really a hub for restaurants. If you're looking to shop, you might want to reconsider, but it could be an option if you're just transiting through Hakata Station.

The hotel is close to Kawabata Shopping Street and there are 5 food stalls next to it. The rooms are clean. The view from the rooms is not so good because of the neighboring buildings. The hotel's surroundings are very convenient, with a 7-Eleven and Lawson nearby. It's also a short walk to the Prefectural Office. The Yui Rail station is right next to the hotel, also within walking distance. It's easy to get to Naha Port for ferries too. Overall, I'm very satisfied.

The onsen is big and amazing. The buffet dinner and breakfast are sumptuous with quality food! The room is spacious and comfortable. The only setback is the hotel is quite old and dated in the common places. With the quality food and best onsen, it's still a value for money hotel to be in.

Hot spring hotel in an area renowned for its hot springs. I deliberately chose the Japanese tatami-style to experience more of the local culture. Stayed here for a quick trip and the location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Hakata Station. It made catching the Shinkansen and exploring the city incredibly easy. Location is about 8-10 minutes from hotel Wing to Hakata station, it is not exactly on the main street but need to walk inside small lanes. Hotel is pretty small and room is furnished with red and black colour quite scary.

There is a coin-operated laundry and dryer, but you need to buy laundry detergent separately. The bed is hard, and the pillows are so hard that I didn't even use them. The breakfast selection is limited, but it's filling. Overall, the price-performance ratio is low.

Nice hotel with reasonable price

There's a parking garage next to the hotel. Was offered free parking by the staff at check-in which is a bonus. It's at a central area with many restaurants nearby. Room is the typical Japanese size and standard which is sufficient for 1 night stay. Staff are friendly. there's a max value supermarket just around the corner.

At southern part of Kagoshima city, it's a bit far from downtown. But the adjacent Marine restaurant Compira Maru is very nice. Fresh sashimi and sushis of various marine delicacies are available at reasonable price.

The room was spacious enough and relatively comfortable The reception was working 24 hours but they hardly spoke any English but we got by just fine on our phones There’s free coffee in the lobby and free lounge wear.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very kind. The only disappointment was the location and the washlet. It was about a 40-minute walk from the nearest station, so it was inconvenient for people without cars. The washlet took a long time to warm up. The restaurant on the first floor, Konpiramaru, was very delicious and recommended.

[Location] First of all, the nearest train station (Taniyama tram stop, JR Taniyama station) is far away, so you have to take a taxi. An economical way to get there is to use the city bus, but it is also far from the nearest stop (Omido), and you have to walk about 1km after that, so the location is not good in that sense. Avoid the room with massage chair. The massage chair takes up huge space and we have limited space to open our two luggage.

Surrounded by Koreans, the hotel boasts an excellent location with many unique restaurants nearby. There are also Fukuoka's famous 'yatai' (food stalls) right outside the hotel on the street, though unfortunately, there's always a wait whenever I try to go.

Compared to the Gracery in Tokyo, the room was smaller and the amenities felt a bit dated. However, its location is incredibly convenient: right on Kokusai-dori Street, approximately a 5-minute walk from Kenchomae Station, and also less than 5 minutes from the tourist bus meeting point.

The standard twin room offered a decent amount of space, allowing us to easily open two suitcases between the beds.
