We booked a Japanese-style room with a sea view balcony. I really like the bike rental, shuttle service and refreshments! The room was clean and the bathroom was more spacious than other business hotels in Japan. The surrounding area is also quite good, and it's the newest hotel on the island. There's a local supermarket right next door, which makes shopping very convenient.

Located in the Fukuoka Port area, it's about a 35-40 minute drive to the city center. Free parking is available, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. Speaking of Miyazaki, it's the Miyazaki Kanko Hotel, also known as "Miyakan"! The lobby, common areas, rooms, and corridors all had a luxurious feel and a very nice atmosphere. There was nothing particularly bad about it, and I would definitely like to stay here again.

Stayed one night, location is a bit isolated in terms of restaurants and things to do. Definitely an outdated hotel and could do with a renovation, however the room was definitely very large for Japanese standards so the was a plus!(superior queen). If self driving there is a multistory carpark right behind hotel so that’s also a plus.

This Hotel is famous for the tourist but the building is a bit old. Their toilet has old bidet, it’s hard to operate. They have old fashioned key, don’t be confused. But when it comes to service ill give them 5⭐️they are very helpful and polite staff.

I booked a Japanese-style room, which was quite unique and spacious enough. The hotel's overall service was excellent. Breakfast was very crowded; I thought it was the off-season, but there were so many people! We had to wait a long time for the elevator, but the food was replenished very promptly. Great location! It's convenient to take the bus to American Village and Naha, and it's just a ten-minute walk to Kokusai Street. There are plenty of 7-Elevens and other stores nearby, which is really nice. The hotel room wasn't small either.

The service was top notch. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Some team members were more fluent in English than others but we were still able to converse. The breakfast was also delicious with a good amount of variety. Not many amenities but we barely were in the room as we were out most of the time.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, just steps from the east exit of Kagoshima Central Station, which is why I chose it for two out of my three nights in Kagoshima. Tiny and dark room/bathroom. No AC, only heating available and it was very hot inside the room. No soundproof, so if people in the room next door talk all night = no sleep. Everything thicks out. This place offers everything you want and charges you a little. Strongly recommend. Right next to the infamous ichiran ramen place. You can also use the parking for 1800yen per day. Car has to be a small (under 1600cm).

Traveling with three people, we were looking for a spacious hotel, so we booked a duplex twin room. It perfectly met our needs! The size of the room is unbeatable in Japan. However, apart from the space, the hotel is quite old. The room decor is dated, and the fabric sofa had quite a few stains. The most significant issue was that the curtains in the duplex room didn't cover the windows completely...

The best thing about this hotel is its close proximity to Churaumi Ocean park. It also has an in-house onsen, albeit a small one. However, don't be fooled by its exterior, the rooms are quite old and design out-dated. The hotel is still using old-fashioned keys with heavy key-holders for the rooms.

The room is overheated and not allowed to adjust, air conditions is not working. Staff needs to open the window for cooler air but it was noisy. There will be other options around this area, wouldn’t stay again.

Excellent location just 5 minutes walk to HAKATA Canal City. Within 15 minutes walk to Tenjin and HAKATA station. Easy to get around and just 150 meters from Kushida Shrine station and 10 minutes walk to Kushida Shrine. Lots of food choices around the area. Room is adequate and is decent size given that rooms in Japan are generally small. Will consider staying here again.

Don't expect the front desk to know any English, bring your own translator. The room is equipped with air conditioning and an air purifier, but the air outlet of the air conditioner blows towards the head. Although the room is equipped with a stove, no cooking utensils are provided. The overall hotel experience is OK, you get what you pay for, and it's very close to Kokusai-dori on foot.
