The hotel is in good location and very accessible to city area. The staffs are friendly and it is to great pleasure with the tour centre inside inside the hotel which you can easily book a lot of outdoor activities without worrying all the transportation arrangements.

Hotel locates near the city centre/ terminal. They owns two parking lots which you will not find any difficulty in parking.
Room is very spacious. Offers very comfy bed.
Breakfast was delicious with variety options. Staff speaks both Japanese and English.
Very satisfied with this hotel. Swimming pool, onsen, decent rooms, nice breakfast, Misaki beef yakiniku, bus stop right in front of hotel, friendly receptionists, all included.
Good location, near to Ishigaki ferry terminal where vendors pick up and drop off participants for water activities, however parking spaces in the main carpark are always full and the second carpark is quite a distance away. The pool and suntanning deck were nice but pool was filled with kids and their parents and you can't do any lap swimming. Pool also opens late from 0930hrs so no early morning...
The room is comfy and reasonable size. But the bathroom looks a bit like lower tier hotel.
Convenient location and walkable distance to city for restaurant
Very clean room. Love the public bath . Breakfast is also very good.

It's close to Miyazaki Station and within walking distance.
It's also conveniently close to the downtown area.
The rooms and hallways were kept clean and tidy.
The large public bath is for men only, which was nice.

I stayed here on the first day of the Hawks' Miyazaki training camp!
The building itself may be old, but it was well-maintained and clean!
The staff were friendly and I had a relaxing stay!

Very near the main station and it was reasonably priced
I felt that the location was great as I could walk to the downtown area and Miyazaki Station.
It was cheap but the room was clean.
It was my first time in Miyazaki and I'm glad I chose it.
This time I came to Miyazaki to play golf with an old work colleague. There was a large public bath and sauna, so it was great for relieving fatigue.
I stayed here for business. It was nice to have a large, comfortable bath. However, both the room and the bath are historically old.

The room is spacious. The location is good! Hakata station is just opposite the hotel. The services are great. The breakfast buffet is nice and worth trying it!
the staffs are friendly and easy to talk to.. very polite and hospitable.. the whole hotel is very well
maintain and very clean… from the restaurant down to the public spa, all are very clean and in order. i will definitely come back again…
Same dishes for the breakfast throughout my stay. Will be great if there are some changes everyday.
The staff are helpful and the hotel is easy to reach.
This hotel boasts an excellent location, right across from Hakata Station (Chikushi Exit). It's connected to Hankyu Department Store and AMU PLAZA, and there are tons of drugstores, yakiniku restaurants, and ramen shops nearby. What I loved most were the abundance of brunch coffee shops!

I had a great stay at Miyako Hotel Hakata. The location is extremely convenient—just a short walk from the subway station, which made getting around Fukuoka very easy. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient. The room was well-equipped with everything I needed, and daily housekeeping kept it spotlessly clean. I’ll definitely consider staying here again the next time I visit Fukuoka.

Located 1km from Sakuramachi Bus Terminal which was very walkable. Hotel wasn't flexible in their checking in so if u r early, u really have to wait until official chk in time
Onsen was nice
Ultimately authentic place! So good looking and very quiet place. Rooms are very clean and tidy, really enjoyed the Japanese style rooms
Enjoy the hot spring.
Nice place to relax.
The hot spring bath was definitely a plus. However, the room itself was quite small. That said, it was perfectly fine for just a place to rest after a day of sightseeing. The 15-minute walk from Kumamoto JR Station wasn't the most convenient.
The hotel is clean and near the bus stop, the staff is polite but the room is a bit small
Overall, a fantastic stay! I really appreciated the complimentary drinks and the spacious bathtub in the room. The service was excellent, and I'll definitely be returning for another visit. My only minor critique is that the location isn't the most convenient, but despite that, I found the overall experience to be very satisfactory.

Nice and spacious room. Ocean view with huge balcony. Comfortable bed and clean room. Service staff are not well versed in English but super patient and friendly. Room cleaning is by knocking of door and would not know when they come. But you can tell them to come back later if needed
best stay around onna from the service to the view and the amenities in the room! the room is very clean and big and have a great view to wake up to everyday. the staff were amazing and can’t wait to stay here again
Best buffet breakfast ever, you can even have a choose to have lunch buffet instead of breakfast.
Nice view from all the rooms
Breakfast at hotel was overcrowded. Needs to take a queue number and choose indoors (which will be much longer wait) or outdoors (and have to fight the cold and strong winds at times). Stayed here for 1 night in early Jan 2026. All else are well except for the breakfast.
Had the pleasure of staying at this property for four nights and was impressed by the overall quality of the experience. The hotel’s central location in Onna Okinawa is an advantage, providing easy access to shopping, dining, and cultural attractions. It serves as an excellent base for leisure travelers if you self drive.

This hotel offers great value for money, and the breakfast spread is fantastic. They have complimentary drinks and beer every day. The Chinese staff are very friendly and welcoming. It's right next to the monorail but surprisingly quiet. The location is excellent, just off Kokusai Dori.
Very satisfied. Still the beautiful blue skies and white clouds. A rare triple room and a convenient location. We bought a one-day tour and the hotel was centrally located, making it easy to explore everything. The buffet was also incredibly diverse. Very pleased!!
So nice to stay in this hotel which have various alcohol and ramen service. Superb
This place is very well located near the Makishi station. Best of all is the generous and delicious breakfast spread, especially the french toast. Also the free drinks and ice cream throughout the day. Best of all is their cultural activities twice a day. When I was there I had time only fir the yukata. I will stay here next time when I'm in Naha again. Highly recommend!

Cute decorations in the lobby.
Best hotel in Kumamoto our trip, - Comfortable stay, convenient location and Great value.

Excellent breakfast buffet. The room is spacious and staff are very friendly. If you drive by car, there is ample parking space here.
Nice view of the river from our room. Nice view of both the ocean and the river from the breakfast restaurant on the top floor. Breakfast is good. Sauna is good. Hot pool is average.
We booked a Japanese-style room with a sea view balcony. I really like the bike rental, shuttle service and refreshments! They agreed to book the shuttle for me via email because I cannot phone calls. Staff are nice. Room is clean and you can enjoy the public bath, including a small sauna room. The room was clean and the bathroom was more spacious than other business hotels in Japan. The surrounding area is also quite good, and it's the newest hotel on the island. There's a local supermarket right next door, which makes shopping very convenient.
Great. Clean and good service.
The hotel's overall facilities were reasonable. There are minimal options for hot springs, and the water temperature is not sufficiently hot. The breakfast is okay.

Art Hotel Kagoshima offers a very positive stay overall, largely thanks to its outstanding staff, who consistently went out of their way to assist and make guests feel welcome. I strongly recommend requesting a room with a view of Sakurajima—one of Japan’s most active volcanoes—as waking up to this dramatic landscape is truly priceless. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, with easy access...
Great view of Sakurajima. Great service and loved the hot springs outside. The place was clean but I would say it could use some dusting in the rooms; I was sneezing like crazy. Perfectly safe to walk anywhere and 7/11 as well as Lawson is right across the street. If you go to Nishimuta store 5-10 minutes away there is delicious soft serve matcha ice cream in the green tea shop for only 190¥.
This hotel is genuinely good. Even though the service industry in Japan generally maintains high standards, you can still feel a real sense of sincerity here. I booked a Japanese-style room, which was quite unique and spacious enough. The hotel's overall service was excellent. Breakfast was very crowded; I thought it was the off-season, but there were so many people! We had to wait a long time for the elevator, but the food was replenished very promptly. The hotel's location is good, not far from Kokusai Dori and Naminoue Shrine.
Great location! It's convenient to take the bus to American Village and Naha, and it's just a ten-minute walk to Kokusai Street. There are plenty of 7-Elevens and other stores nearby, which is really nice. The hotel room wasn't small either.
The room facilities are a bit old, but it's clean and tidy, and the room size is quite generous. Older, well-established hotels usually have better management. The location is great, and the breakfast is good too. I recommend it; it feels better than the hotels near Kokusai Street.
Clean and convenient, good night sleep
The service was top notch. The staff was very kind and accommodating. Some team members were more fluent in English than others but we were still able to converse. Best thing about the hotel is probably the onsen at the basement of the main building. Mostly Japanese and Koreans gentlemen when I visit the onsen. Booking the main building is better so you don't have to walk for the onsen. Room in main building is only a few dollars more.
Room is pretty big for 1 pax, enough space to open luggage beside the bed. Otherwise, pretty standard fare.

Very nice resort in the Kirishima mountains. Nice big rooms with a nice balcony. Free shoju is provided in the lobby nightly. Lots of toys and activities for families and kids. Great public onsen area with numerous indoor and outdoor pools. Great selection for dinner and breakfast buffets.
The onsen is big and amazing. The buffet dinner and breakfast are sumptuous with quality food! The room is spacious and comfortable. The only setback is the hotel is quite old and dated in the common places. With the quality food and best onsen, it's still a value for money hotel to be in.
