The staff is super friendly and always greet us with smiles. Helpin us with check-in and photo taking. The room is spacious and cozy. One thing can improve is about the emergency exit sign. It is too bright. In brief, we will come again.

No on site car park and have to use a nearby car park which is 600 yen per entry. The don’t clean the room daily but can change your towel if you want. When I booked, it only showed the room, not that it was in an annex building. We ended up being placed in the building next door, which had much simpler facilities and was significantly smaller. The hotel room is a little small and bed is soft but overall still quite good for location and front desk service.

It's a bit of a walk from the station, and dragging luggage was a bit tough. A taxi costs around 850 yen. However, transportation in Miyazaki is quite inconvenient; you need to book a taxi in advance to get back to the station from the hotel, as it's hard to hail one from the street. Other than that, everything else was good, and breakfast was included.

A wonderful hotel! The room has a great view of the city, and the room itself is simply beautiful. If you're ever in Nagasaki, I definitely recommend staying here. My only advice is to take a car/taxi/bus, but don't walk to the hotel! Yes, Google Maps will show the walk is short and only involves a couple of stairs. But that's not true; I've experienced it firsthand.

This is a gem of high end stays in the Sasebo area. 5 star dining and accomodations. I've visited multiple times over the years including getting married on premises 16 years ago. Really is a nice hotel.

Paid 9,900 yen per head for a superior twin room with breakfast. The room we stayed was a bit aged, mattress was on the hard side and the fridge was a bit noisy. For the breakfast, bread was delicious, the rest were ok-ish. Very large carpark and convenient parking.

The rooms were indeed more spacious than those in a business hotel, but the facilities were rather outdated, and there were no toiletries provided at the hot spring area. At breakfast, I saw other tables had hot pot beef or salmon, but why didn't I have any? There was only a piece of tofu in the pot... and a large fly even flew out. It's best to just experience it once in a while.

A round trip from Tenjin by bus costs 8000 yen and takes three hours! Remember to book your tickets in advance as there aren't many services.
