When I entered the room, it was a little old and smelly, but the staff were friendly and the location was convenient.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It has a luxurious atmosphere and everything feels very refined. Best thing about the hotel is probably the onsen at the basement of the main building. Mostly Japanese and Koreans gentlemen when I visit the onsen. Booking the main building is better so you don't have to walk for the onsen. Room in main building is only a few dollars more. We had checked in to Hokke Clud Hotel2 times during this vacation. We love the facilities provided, breakfast is really nice and we are looking forward our buffet breakfast every morning. A very nice hotel, neat and tidy. The public bath is very clean and well maintained. The hotel offers a good variety of welcome drinks and breakfast food including Japanese, Chinese and Western cuisines. The location is in a fairly lively area. The room is spacious, but the bathroom is small. The facilities are old. There is a coin-operated laundry and dryer, but you need to buy laundry detergent separately. The bed is hard, and the pillows are so hard that I didn't even use them. The breakfast selection is limited, but it's filling. Overall, the price-performance ratio is low.

The free afternoon tea everyday is a big plus. It's also close to the station, walk 5-8mins only. A Lawson is within 5 mins. Hotel is classy and clean.

The hotel is standing on the hill looking down Sasebo harbor. You can see the islands in Saikai National Park depends on the room direction. They have a big bath and the private bath both. I stayed here because I had to go to the ferry terminal early in the morning. It was very convenient, with Toyoken (a famous chicken tempura restaurant) nearby and a supermarket within walking distance. The bath is indoors, but it was very clean and nice. I was able to watch YouTube on the TV in the room.

I've been here many times and it's one of my favorite places ♪ It has a private beach, it's always empty, and it's so beautiful. I always look forward to the delicious curry breakfast. The rates are also very reasonable, and you can stay in a villa, so I highly recommend it!

Super close to Oita Station! There's a hot spring on the top floor, but it gets very crowded because even non-guests can buy tickets to use it. There's also a garden and a shrine on the rooftop.

Omura isn't a big city, but I was there for nine days on a business trip. This hotel was clean and comfortable, with a bath. While not close to the station, there are ramen and sushi restaurants nearby. A large supermarket, Donki, is a 15-20 minute walk away.
