Great hotel. Everything is clean. Very spacious and cozy. On the second floor there is the dance academy "Istina". I go there with pleasure.
Quite a tall high-rise building. There is an elevator. There are chairs in the lobby at the entrance, and staff also sit there.
In general, everything is fine. I like it) Stops: “Oncology clinic” or “Hotel Azamat”. You need to cross the road and you are there
Excellent place for budgeted travellers ... the reception employees are very understandable and helpful ...
Standard room4000tg(26$): bed, table, chair, old TV, a bathroom and a toilet connected. Furniture in old soviet style. If you want to live in real soviet hotel, come here:)
Apart from the location it didn't have anything good. You could hear the sound from all other rooms. Rooms are too small .
Room is large size.
Bed quality is just okay. Also bed is not large size but fine for two people.
Matter is very thin
Room wall made by using wooden so other rooms sound can been listened.
Staff is nice and kind they helpful.
Window is large and have sun light.
Air conditioning is working perfect.
Also have heater.
Bathroom is just basic. Have hot and cold water.
TV is also working fine.
WiFi internet...
I had been here during the early fall of 2016. I am here in January visiting friends decided ice skating was in order since it was a clear sky day with a couple thousand other Almaty residents in on having some fun
For the view alone i love and will always love this place. The skating is obviously done in season. Was here for a house music festival headlined by Steve Aoki. Dont think any other venue would have fitted all of us better.
World’s second largest ice skating rink, mind blowing architecture, situated among mountains so fantastic panoramic views
We always go there whether it is summer or winter.
We like hiking and having picnics there in summer
In winter to skate
The amazing place for Ski and snowboarding even in the end of March
If you have your own ski you will pay only for entrance.
Excellent hotel, convenient location, it takes 20 minutes by taxi from the Airport to the Hotel. It stands out from most other hotels with its minimalism. Yes, the staff is really polite. The rooms are clean and tidy. However, there are no party areas nearby. Maybe it's for the better)
This is not the first time I have stayed at this hotel. And there have never been any complaints. Competent, polite staff, a residential area, comfortable rooms, always delicious breakfasts, a consistently high level of service - this is what you need both on a business and tourist trip.
Very attentive staff, always ready to respond to any request!
Bravo! Great hotel! I will definitely come back!
A very decent hotel in a chain. plus location if things are close to the center. Cozy and comfortable room. What struck me was excellent internet throughout the hotel. The staff is attentive, the room was pleasantly surprised by the presence of everything you need: you didn’t have to ask for soap and slippers))). Late check-out was no problem. I recommend it if you are with children.
The hotel is new, everything is clean. There is a kettle, tea, coffee and sugar. Even a safe. The free breakfast is very filling. The road to the airport is free of traffic jams. The staff works efficiently.
The area is clean, well-groomed, cafe and shop, dining room. The food is delicious. The hotel is inhabited mainly by shift workers, so it is noisy at night, people smoke in the rooms, and the fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night.
It's enough for few hours to stay during crew change.
Not exactly hotel as it called.
I liked the service. Polite, friendly, explain how to get to the address in the city.
Forgot my things in the room. They contacted me and informed me about this. I picked it up a month later, everything was safe and sound.
Sound insulation is weak, both at windows and doors.
Old fashioned, needs renovation. Not special need friendly. Clean, warm, quiet.
Quarantined at this place for a week prior going to Tengiz.
Overall, good room (particularly #201), quite clean, white sheets, amenities are in decent condition. Service is fast and pleasant.
Wi-Fi is very slow, but front desk lady assured they are already fixing this issue.
P.S. Better than expected!
I've spent a vacation in this hotel with my wife in August 2015. The place is amazing and cozy. Not a huge hitel with dozens of pools, but a small cozy place. Opposite to this place there is same hotel but accepted without children and babies. Very close to coast line, good food, absolutely high level service.

Good hotel, clean and comfortable, but the rooms are dark.
The front door was in need of repair.
There is a relatively good Georgian restaurant in the hotel building
Stayed here one night. The breakfasts are very tasty. The interior is interesting) I didn’t really like the room, the door to the bathroom opens with difficulty and with a creak.
Comfortable Clean Rooms, choice of 3 options for breakfast, which were laid out in the downstairs lounge area, and a nice relaxed atmosphere, car parking was actually on the street, but no problem finding an available place, used this hotel at a base for visiting Borovoe, and everything was to our satisfaction
The best place in town. Clean, comfortable. There is a very nice restaurant right next to the hotel.
The best thing about this hotel is the size of the room. The building and rooms are brand new, and it feels like nobody has stayed there before. You literally get a one bedroom flat. There is a spacious sitting area with a small fridge and sofa. The bedroom is small but serves the purpose as the sitting area has plenty of room for your personal stuff. The bathroom is also huge with a very big bathtub...
The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, yet close to the main attractions.
The breakfast was decent; in addition to the standard cheese, sausage, and eggs, there was oatmeal.
The rooms are spacious. Refrigerators are missing.
Very nice hotel, friendly staff, the rooms are very large and clean. The air conditioning works, the huge TV too. The only problem is that we asked to extend our stay for two more nights, the evening hostess said yes, but the next day the day hostess told us that it was ultimately not possible! But they were very friendly, letting us store our bags while we found another hotel and even recommending...
Good level of service but they need to improve their room and buffet services.
This hotel isn't close to the center of Almaty, but it is a really nice place to stay at a decent price. It's the most comfortable place I stayed in the city, with air conditioning and an actual double bed with a soft mattress. If you're looking for comfort and don't mind taking a trip to get to the city, I recommend this place.
Kaldyakova in Nur-Sultan features accommodation with free WiFi, 3.5 km from Bayterek Monument, 7 km from Expo 2017 Astana and 1.6 km from Palace of Independence. The property, housed in a building dating from 2013, is 2.
Good choice for one-two night staying!
Not so far from city center, free breakfast, WIFI, quiet rooms.
Value for money hotel in the old town
Pretty basic hotel, clean room and bathroom, very spacious. Warm water was not working one day and on second day, water was not working at all. Breakfast was very basic. But the price for a night beats all disadvantages.
Expensive, pretentious, luxury place. Everywhere they try to conform to Europe, this effort is noticeable and noticeable, but in principle everything is at a high level, a good kitchen. The place is generally gorgeous. Everything is organized, court, playgrounds, pools, promenade. Nearby there is a horse walking, with the application of certain efforts and finances you can make a horse ride. Access...
Were here in the restaurant. Liked. Kitchen and interior level.
great place for relaxation and sports.
Only the kitchen is not very good, but everything is fine!
Great place with best service, was visiting from us for couple days, great stay
Good homely hotel, although the price seems overpriced. But the exhibition is nearby, the breakfasts are hearty, and no one bothers to sleep. The staff is friendly, what more could you ask for?
Very friendly, good location. Maintenance could be more modern.
This hotel is a B&B.
Pros:
1. Run by Chinese owners, so communication is easy.
2. The breakfast is simple but Chinese-style, with congee, eggs, and steamed buns. You can also order Chinese lunch and dinner, which is great for satisfying Chinese cravings.
3. Not far from the exhibition center, about a 20-minute drive.
4. Located on a hill, so it's relatively quiet.
5. The owner is very welcoming, and...
The owner is Chinese, and the environment is decent, located in a villa in a wealthy neighborhood. Breakfast is quite fixed: steamed buns, shredded potatoes, and pickles, but it suits Chinese palates. You can also bring your own food to heat up or have them help you. Thumbs up!
This is a guesthouse owned by someone from Jiangsu. The owner was very welcoming, but the location is too remote and the room facilities are mediocre. It's not suitable for business trips.
This should be more accurately described as a guest house for Chinese visitors in Almaty. The staff didn't speak any English and the included breakfast was clearly aimed at Chinese guests. However, the second morning, they did make an effort to provide fried eggs and salami instead of rice porridge, fried vegetables and spicy condiments. The friendly manager was also very helpful in ordering a taxi...
Private area and a super comfortable stay
I like the stay and Adiva she is good cook. She is very accommodating though she cannot speak English. Google translate helped us to communicate with her. Highly recommended to our friends and family. Book a taxi with them as the place is hardly reach by the airport taxi. In addition airport taxi is expensive. 😍✌️
The gorilla waiter is very slow and when he takes orders he puts his hands on the table, closing the table with his whole body. Live music is not bad, but to be honest, there are no pluses in this institution, besides it is relatively cheap.
The most annoying thing is that there is a very good design, there are posters of great musicians and artists like Bob Dylan and Jimi Hendrix everywhere, but you...
Cozy, tasty, the staff is friendly, there is a smoking room for a hookah and a separate room for non-smokers! Life band is singing! Interest for the service is not taken, tip at the discretion of the guests! If you arrived at the place before 20.00 and managed to place an order, then you will receive -20% in the menu as bonuses! As well as numerous promotions! The only thing I recommend to the administration...
This place is cozy except some smoky fogs on the air inside rooms. Plus, the service is fine but I didn't get a chance to hear some live music that supposed to be playing over there. All in all, it's good place to spend some time with your buddies over smoking kalyan and chatting about your work day.
The best hookah (shisha) in town... prices are affordable, even cheap (they have individual promotion discounts per each day - e.g. Tuesday - every second beer is free or if you spend more than 20 K they will order for you free of charge ride to home)
Nice play, friendly staff and great food and music!
Set in Temirtaū, Hotel Steel has a restaurant, bar and shared lounge. This 3-star hotel offers an ATM. The accommodation offers a 24-hour front desk, room service and luggage storage for guests. At the hotel, every room is fitted with a wardrobe.
Good hotel. Restaurant beautiful ceilings low white lighting very cool for photographers weddings up to 100 people banquets and so on I advise everyone
Clean and comfortable hotel, delicious breakfasts, but audibility through the wall, as if in your room talking! Ask not to lodge anyone near your number, so you can correct the situation.
