We stayed on October 2nd. The receptionist, Irina, was friendly and helpful. The room was cold due to bad weather, and the heating hadn't been turned on yet. They quickly resolved the issue, providing a warm blanket and a heater. Breakfast in the restaurant was excellent, everything was delicious. The selection of breakfast dishes was excellent. Thank you for the warm welcome. I recommend it.

I didn't go inside the building. There's a large parking lot, a barrier, and a security booth. The grounds are level and clean. The building looks like it's not in Karaganda. It's a quiet place, as the high-rise buildings are far away. I didn't see any green space for sitting outside in the shade (well, that's a problem).

We were pleasantly surprised to find such neat hotels along the highway. We were traveling from Almaty to Burabay and decided to take a break en route, and this hotel was our choice. We booked through Booking. The reception staff greeted us very warmly and checked us in quickly, explaining everything we needed to know. Nice place, delicious food. Pleasant atmosphere and service. It's a bit far for someone living in the urban area. Road construction has made access to the restaurant difficult. We had to walk. Of course, the restaurant doesn't control the road construction time, but still... The management should have warned guests booking a table about such inconveniences. But overall, the restaurant is excellent

This is a clean hotel at a reasonable price. The beds are large and clean. Room 402 has a separate terrace. There's a separate smoking area, and other amenities such as a conference room, sauna, and swimming pool. The food at the first-floor restaurant is delicious. However, the water pressure is a bit weak. The hotel has a spacious parking lot and is close to the highway.

The room was 24sq.m. Quite spacious. The renovation may not be fresh, but it is quite cozy. The worst moment is the shower. I do not recommend to anyone who wants to visit them. When we checked in we were told that they had a room for 24 hours 15000tng. But in the morning when I went out and asked about breakfast we were told that they had a paid breakfast. For breakfast we gave 3000tng for two and 15000tng for a room for 10 hours. Of the minuses, there is no smoking in the room and they did not think over the exhaust system...

The hotel is well located in the middle, with good big size rooms.

Very nice and huge rooms. Bathroom is superb and spacious. Clean and well kept. Price was also very reasonable. It is just 1.5km from city and parks. Only point lift is between floors. No AC working. Wifi was slow on upper floors.

I have spent two night here. My experience was good. Things were as expected. Beds were comfortable. Room was big and clean. Bathroom was clean and toiletries were provided. Hot water was available all the time. Breakfast was good enough. I checked in at midnight and it was smooth. Very near to bus stand and big market. Overall yes from my side.

It is just across from the Grand Bazaar, and there is a bus transfer station downstairs, which makes it convenient to go anywhere. The hotel is old-fashioned and just average.

Clean pool, the water is changing real time, a bit over chlorated, but it's definitely much better than the other saunas. Beer is cheap, however it's ok. Sauna heated pretty well. Also there's hamam over there. Recommended to visit. Be aware that lights turn off automatically, service 4 out of 5. In general very nice place to have a rest.

I lived near this hotel. I've been inside once, nice interior but too high prices. Very clean and if you have not much money this place doesn't worth to stay there more than 24hrs.

It was not bad, very friendly at the reception. Just I didn't like that they were not cleaning the room every day. And I didn't like the smell of towels . Can't explain, very bad smell. I think they should renew the towels. And ac was not working. I stayed there 1 week. That was my experience. Reception ladies are very friendly

The hotel is very convenient both in terms of location and living conditions. The area is beautiful, any transport is within walking distance. The air is clean, a residential area. Nice looking hotel with beautiful features in marble but breakfast is served at the bar not very comfortable. Water taps are capricious and the shower changes temperature all the time. Today I stopped by the Diar hotel at the oil processing plant, as always everything is at the highest level. My favorite receptionist named Inga was delighted. Regular customer, me. I am a very picky person, but it is at the Diar Hotel that I perfectly find a common language with the staff. Everything is great.

One of the highest ice skating natural ring covered with snow all around.

The place is closed for construction for more than a year. So ice skating is closed. You can ice skating upstairs after the cable ride.

Ice Rink and the place is really nice. The view is amazing because it’s surrounded by mountains, and the air feels super fresh. The rink is huge and the atmosphere is fun, even if you’re not a pro at skating.

Absolutely stunning views! Walked up the stairs (854 steps, elevation gain 210 m). It was hard work but worth it.
