The room was nice and spacious, but there wasn't a kettle, not even a glass or cutlery. The hotel cafe was inexpensive and the food was quite tasty. The location was inconvenient (unless you were visiting the metallurgical plant); you had to take a taxi to get to town.

It was not bad, very friendly at the reception. Just I didn't like that they were not cleaning the room every day. And I didn't like the smell of towels . Can't explain, very bad smell. I think they should renew the towels. And ac was not working. I stayed there 1 week. That was my experience. Reception ladies are very friendly

The hotel is very convenient both in terms of location and living conditions. The area is beautiful, any transport is within walking distance. The air is clean, a residential area. Pleasant hotel for one night, close to the train station, not much to do nearby though. The staff was pleasant and knew how to speak English which is rare. The room was clean and spacious, the mattress was unfortunately badly worn. Good value for money

Today I stopped by the Diar hotel at the oil processing plant, as always everything is at the highest level. My favorite receptionist named Inga was delighted. Regular customer, me. I am a very picky person, but it is at the Diar Hotel that I perfectly find a common language with the staff. Everything is great.

The food is expensive, there is no parking, check-in is inconvenient. It's old, one plus is its location near the station. Not the place to go for a drink with a girl

An excellent restaurant with a summer terrace, booths with different styles, and a banquet hall. The food is excellent, with delicious Caucasian dishes. Everything is top-notch.

Nice looking hotel with beautiful features in marble but breakfast is served at the bar not very comfortable. Water taps are capricious and the shower changes temperature all the time. The place is closed for construction for more than a year. So ice skating is closed. You can ice skating upstairs after the cable ride.

Ice Rink and the place is really nice. The view is amazing because it’s surrounded by mountains, and the air feels super fresh. The rink is huge and the atmosphere is fun, even if you’re not a pro at skating.

A nice small hotel. The room is clean, but the shower head is right under the ceiling, and the water doesn't flow evenly. Breakfast is included in your stay and is delicious. The sour cream and eggs are definitely farm-raised, not store-bought. The breakfast buffet isn't extensive, but it's still a decent breakfast.
