Everything is super, food, room decoration,

Quite a decent establishment. Good, full-fledged cuisine, especially meat dishes. Efficient staff. It is possible to have dinner in a separate room, without extraneous noise, with your favorite program on TV in the background. Almost like home.

The location is good, very close to the shopping center, 5 minutes walk. 25km from the airport, about 4000 tenge taxi with Yandex go

The location is good, everything is nearby. Walking distance to the city beach. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, with good views and enough plugs to charge your stuff. The bathroom has hot shower. The WiFi works good. On every floor there is free water. The included breakfast is ok (for me it was not enough).

It's actually ok hotel. Staff is a bit to serious but still friendly. Location is excellent.

Average low prices match the service. Dont be fooled by the fact that sea is close (quite dirty to swim). You better go to resort zones in suburbs such as Tree of Life, Tethys Blu Park and Stigl-20minutes by car.

Stayed here for the first few days in Kazakhstan. They helped me with planning my trip to Almaty. There are signs every where that foreigners should registered within three days of arrival - please don't ignore these as it will cost you a USD200 fine.

You can stay, new and confortable hotel

Very comfortable. All brand new furniture, fast and reliable WiFi. Very friendly and professional staff. Lovely coffeeshop and supermarket in same building. Fair price and good value. Highly recommended

The bed is comfortable but the door is not sound proof , you could wake up from the noise of housekeepers who talk so loud in the corridors and video call their kids. The toilet had sewer smell

I chose the hotel a few hours before arrival in Atyrau. I chose based on the price, since I was traveling alone without a family and the requirements for the conditions were minimal. Pros: The room is clean, there is a bathrobe, slippers (reusable), 2 towels, hairdryer. The room is very warm, heat regulated. Negative: no breakfast area. Only delivery from a cafe across the street.

It's OK. Not a busy place so you will get the attention from the waiters/ waitress once you sit inside. Nothing special with their foods and so with their draft beers.

The food is normal. The toilets in the hotel are horrible. Rooms are clean but shabby, with a claim to a suite but made absolutely without a sense of taste. For the money that is asked for accommodation - it will go.

The room was very spacious and had a separate shower and toilet area. The hotel is located in the city center, making it very convenient to get around.

Clean and cozy place. Have been for three days there and it was very chill. I can say that it was a good experience. Fresh and tasty breakfasts. Silent neighbors. Comfortable and clean bed. That's all we need.

The hotel was originally called 7 Days Inn. The current owner, a Fuzhou native, recently took over, and many rooms have minor and major issues (which is quite tolerant). The hotel is good value for money but slight problem with the WiFi as it was a bit slow. However, I was truly impressed by the staff’s hospitality. Great place because its hospitality, good food, and its proximity to the restaurant that you can go for dinner or lunch. The check in is smooth even though they don't speak English. Very helpful. Superb.

The location of the hotel is good, the environment is okay compared to the same price range, and the breakfast is European buffet. I had a nice room with bathroom for 9000,- T. Double bed, bathroom, fridge. Old but spotless clean. Friendly lady at the counter. I could put my bicycle in an office on the ground floor. Good location in the centre of the city.

I had a great solo stay here. The room is huge with a balcony. Great value for money. Staff at reception are friendly and good at English. The smart TV and bathrobes are nice extras. Very comfortable and recommended.

It's location is wonderful, with lake views and forest all around. The rooms with 4 beds are new but the hotel doesn't offer water bottles for these rooms, be ready when you are coming otherwise you will buy from the restaurant and that is expensive. There are 2 kids places indoors and outdoors, football/ basketball court.

We stayed for one night. It smelled like sewage outside, and in the room too, but it went away when we used the shower. The pillows were lumpy, and the shower pressure was weak. Otherwise, the room was fine: the bed was comfortable, there was a refrigerator, and the air conditioning worked well. The staff was very nice; we checked out early in the morning, and they made us breakfast to go.

Breakfast is included in the price, but the coffee is only instant, which is a bit disappointing... I also didn't really like that when I booked, I was given one price, but afterward, I received a message saying that if there were no rooms with one large bed available, a room with two small beds would cost 3,000 tenge more. It's a confusing booking system.

The atmosphere on the summer terrace was pleasant, as good people had gathered. The table was set a bit late, even though we had pre-ordered.
