Great place for a quiet comfortable stay. Great hospitality.

Overall a good hotel, but the crowd varies. No sound insulation. Often you have to stay overnight in Astana, between flights. It is not always possible to get enough sleep.

For this hostel I say it is good. Some rooms are too small and some are satisfying The location is not good nor bad but I can say it is located on the road so there is a lot of noise but if you can manage then it's ok

Needed urgently after hours of train to relax and bathe. The hotel is near the train station, the room warm, have a computer, Wi-Fi fast. Towels fresh and clean. A little old furniture, but not critical.

Hi to all filipinos or traveler looking for accommodation that is clean, friendly ,and safe i recommend @yunxi hotel its 30mins walk to cathedral and 20mins to green bazar. They always clean the room even we did not ask but if you want some privacy you can tel them ahead of time. They always replace slippers towel tissue water and coffeee EVERYDAYYY!!

The location seems pretty good. I booked a special rate room last minute due to a cancelled flight. Although it was a bit small, it was very clean. Having a Chinese-speaking front desk was a great convenience. It's a shame I had to leave too early and missed out on their signature beef noodles.

Pros of the hotel: reasonable price, good location, close to the station, accessible on foot. The staff is friendly, the bed linen and towels are snow-white. Breakfast is ok, now it was made early. There is a stop nearby. On the ground floor of the hotel building there is an excellent 24-hour cafe, a good varied menu, reasonable prices for Astana.

Good, inexpensive hotel. 10 minutes walk from the railway station. The cost of a single room is 5,000 tenge per day. The price includes a hearty breakfast. The room has all the amenities - shower, TV, refrigerator, large bed, desk. There is wireless high-speed Internet. The disadvantage is that it is located far from the center—20 minutes by taxi.

Very nice and huge rooms. Bathroom is superb and spacious. Clean and well kept. Price was also very reasonable. It is just 1.5km from city and parks. Only point lift is between floors. No AC working. Wifi was slow on upper floors.

I have spent two night here. My experience was good. Things were as expected. Beds were comfortable. Room was big and clean. Bathroom was clean and toiletries were provided. Hot water was available all the time. Breakfast was good enough. I checked in at midnight and it was smooth. Very near to bus stand and big market. Overall yes from my side.

Good hotel if you need a place for the night

Polite staff, delicious food, and a full meal plan for 3,000 tenge. The rooms are clean and cozy, and ours has a balcony. There's a park nearby for a stroll. There's a conference room on the 6th floor.

There is a cafe inside where the cuisine is delicious. Ramen noodles are generally superb. In general, it is delicious to eat here. By the way, a cozy hostel OHANA boutique hostel is located 500 meters away.

The restaurant is not big, convenient for a close company to get together. Kitchen for an amateur. Everyone was served cold for a banquet of 25 people.

Were here once. Celebrated the birthday of the child. The location is great for family celebrations. The hall is not big but very cozy. The kitchen is excellent. There is one disadvantage of no parking at all, as it is located in the courtyard of a residential building, so it’s better to take a taxi. And who goes to a restaurant in his car))))

Stopped many times for work. Good hotel for average money. Recently renovated. The only thing missing is the comfort of the rooms. It is worth to diversify the breakfasts. It would be nice to add a kettle and tea making facilities to the rooms.

Rooms are nice. Place is near to city centre. No restaurant at hotel. Please bear in bind that it’s a Halal hotel. Service is okay. Bit pricey considering the location and amenities.

The staff is polite and responsive for which many human thanks. Requests are answered immediately. But I can't say the same about the rooms. It would not hurt to replace the mattresses, old ones.
