Reasonable prize. The Manager arranged a taxi for me to explore. Chef accommodated my food preferences & the Indian menu was excellent & unexpected in a provincial city.

i was confused at first.....Chinese decorations serving Indian food...taste was okay but i feel was over priced. 2500 tenge for a masala Dhosai in my country is a crime punishable by life imprisonment. Staffs are friendly and polite and shows good hospitality.

No Doubt, It's the best hotel for Indian's, Bigger Size room's with good toilet. The quality of breakfast, lunch and dinner is awesome, even this type of good test is difficult to find in India itself. Cleanliness and services are perfect and also very nearby to Super Market, Mall, you can buy your drinks, dry fruits, fruits or anything from supermarket.. just 2 minutes walking distance from it......

O visited this place as per recommendation of one Indian person, here they have Indian food. Nice food and tasty. I liked it.

An old Soviet hotel 🛎. Nothing you can do about it. The rooms are just for sleeping, reception is on the second floor, some rooms are rented out to offices, like the Yuzhkaz Nedra office, and private bailiffs. There's a sofa 🛋 and a TV near reception. Soviet Union, in short.

Great value for money!!! A Soviet-era room, clean, but shabby. I hope the administration gets around to fixing the hotel, as it's a regional center... Squeaky beds, thin walls... The soundproofing is terrible... Hand towels and used soap are provided, though.

The best solution for an overnight stay! Clean, simple hotel with the atmosphere of a Soviet sanatorium. Good administrator 👍 4000 for a double room with toilet and sink. 5500 for a large bed with air conditioning and shower. Near everything you need (cafes, fast food, shops, intercity taxis). Walking to the city beach is very convenient, in a straight line for about 20 minutes.

This small apartment has only seven rooms. The owner owns the adjacent hot pot restaurant, and the hotel apartment is run as a side project. Needed urgently after hours of train to relax and bathe. The hotel is near the train station, the room warm, have a computer, Wi-Fi fast. Towels fresh and clean. A little old furniture, but not critical.

A great place to stay with kids. They have a nice area with large snow slides (we stayed in December) for outdoor activities, a very good kids playroom, and a decent swimming pool. Be-aware, the pool is quite deep (1.9 meters!) and they don't have a guard there (I actually helped a drowning woman to get out of the pool during our stay. She didn't even thank me after that :) but it's okay...

Great grounds - loads of places to sit bean bags hammocks etc. and walk through the forest on the boardwalk. Good spa and pool.

Great location next to the lake, amazing view during winter and summer time. Clean and nicely designed rooms. There is a swimming pool, billiard and nice terrace.

It was Astana, I like the city to much its modern and they called it mini Dubai as its following Dubai model on every thing the city is clean and safe and you really can enjoy so many interesting things in the city

The staff is polite and responsive for which many human thanks. Requests are answered immediately. But I can't say the same about the rooms. It would not hurt to replace the mattresses, old ones.

A very nice location, far enough from bad loud music and crowds of vacationers, close enough to forests, the lake and cafes. Overpriced, but wooden cabins have most of the amenities inside. Bring your soap, toilet paper and for some reason a bath towel. Towels are not supplied.

Situated in a peaceful location, the hotel offered decent value for money. It's a standard hotel, but we were happy to discover some great restaurants and cafes close by!

The place is clean and clear it was recently renewed. We took a room for one night, the room was well furnished with 2 single beds and 1 couch converting to a bed so is good for 3 adults. Parking is at the back of the hotel but there is no direct access to the hotel. Paid 38000tg without breakfast.
