The room was clean. The front desk spoke Russian and could be translated using a mobile phone. Very welcoming.

There was only one hand towel, even though it was a double room. The carpets on the floor were old and slightly dirty. The linens were okay, as were the towels and robes. The food selection was limited, but it was tasty. The hallway smelled of smoke. The photo only shows the view from the window.

I arrived around 2am, but the quilt wasn't covered, so I had to put it on myself... There was also a strong smell of formaldehyde.

It takes about 30 minutes by taxi from the city center, but other than that, there are convenience stores and restaurants near the accommodation, and the owner is very friendly.

Cozy rooms, location at river side and good for walking in the morning or evening. Location is a little far from city center but sometimes silent place where you want to relax. Recommend this hotel for its affordable price.

This was supposed to be boutique hotel and upon entering rooms, you could see it was properly cleaned as there was strands of hair of the former occupants. It's a little walk from the bus stop from the airport, but it's a nice hotel. It's conveniently located for sightseeing if you take the bus. The symbolic tower, Bayterek, is about a 10-minute walk away. The reception staff were very kind, but they couldn't speak English.

It's worth to stay for the price. Rooms are simple, clean and spacious. Location is close to several Bazars and soviet style malls. Our stay was unfortunately spoiled by excessive construction activity at the facility that's why it's 3 stars only. We didn't tried the breakfast even it was included in the price.
