This was supposed to be boutique hotel and upon entering rooms, you could see it was properly cleaned as there was strands of hair of the former occupants. The room is clean and tidy, the mattress is comfortable, breakfast is included and they can even bring it to the room! There is everything for living: slippers, towels, robes, shower gel and shampoo, dental kit, comb, tea corner. Pleasant atmosphere. In the evening we had a delicious dinner at reasonable prices. Such a cute boutique hotel. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The hotel is easy to reach and very near the bus stop. They accommodated our breakfast for vegetarian which was great. The bed in the room was very comfy too. I would happily return to East Astana Hotel.

Check in was easy, transportation was offered

The apartment was great. The 24-hour front desk was very convenient. Everything was clean and well-maintained. We particularly liked that there was ice in the freezer. But the toilet was truly a standout feature! It could do everything: wash, dry, and it even had a heated seat. All in all, we were very satisfied.
