Small hotel on the banks of the Urals, cozy room, air conditioning works for 5+
Good hotel for isolation.
The staff is helpful, the rooms are large, the view from the window to the river is also normal.
Good rooms, the river is very near - you may walking every morning and evening there.
Good hotel, located in the front of Ural river, nice view, prices are acceptable, the rooms are not that great but it is Ok, probably is also suitable for tourists

We stayed at Mandarin for 12 days. The warmest words of gratitude to the administration and staff of the hotel. The rooms are comfortable, the fitness services, saunas, comfort and food - everything is high-quality and pleasant. Special thanks to the senior registration manager Zhanara. With respect, Nikolsky
A little odd as all the rooms face inward to the atrium, and the outside of the place isn't particularly grand. Still, a comfortable stopoff on the road. No evening food but the helpful receptionist is happy to order in pizza.
The travel company chose the hotel for us.
Our trip to Turkestan was a joint effort between two companies. Some of them had already completed their trip by evening, but my group was faced with a choice:
We could rest and have dinner on time, or we could continue without dinner.
The hotel staff came to our aid. They saved dinner for our group, and we were able to enjoy it almost at midnight.

A nice small hotel. The room is clean, but the shower head is right under the ceiling, and the water doesn't flow evenly. Breakfast is included in your stay and is delicious. The sour cream and eggs are definitely farm-raised, not store-bought. The breakfast buffet isn't extensive, but it's still a decent breakfast.
Not a bad hotel. Buffet breakfast included. The room has 2 sets of towels, shampoos, gel, soap, toothbrushes and toothpaste. But one of the rooms had a broken toilet seat and a dirty blanket and there are no wardrobes, only cabinets
good hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff are kind and really helpful. so you feel like a family, not a hotel. Although we had difficulty eating breakfast due to cultural differences, they later prepared a very good breakfast to please us. The last omelet I ate was very tasty. I would like to thank the helpers who work in the kitchen and especially in the reception room.
Pleasant hotel for one night, close to the train station, not much to do nearby though. The staff was pleasant and knew how to speak English which is rare.
The room was clean and spacious, the mattress was unfortunately badly worn.
Good value for money
Today I stopped by the Diar hotel at the oil processing plant, as always everything is at the highest level. My favorite receptionist named Inga was delighted. Regular customer, me. I am a very picky person, but it is at the Diar Hotel that I perfectly find a common language with the staff. Everything is great.
The food is expensive, there is no parking, check-in is inconvenient. It's old, one plus is its location near the station. Not the place to go for a drink with a girl
I arrived in Atyrau and the plane was 14 hours away. There was a cozy, modern hotel nearby. The room has everything you need to relax, wash, sleep, and spend your leisure time. Very attentive staff.
It should have met the requirements of the regulations, but whether it is necessary to prevent the disease, I thought...

Nice hotel, there is a bath. Everything is super.
Simple hotel apartments. Nothing special. But it seems clean and comfortable. Also, for a fee, there is a bathhouse. The hotel is located by the sea. Three stars at the level of the hotel))) I think three stars are excellent.
Stayed overnight. In the room there are greasy marks on the mirror, either from someone's hands or from their heads. There is dust on the table shelf where the TV is.
I was on a business trip. Budget hotel, but everything was fine. Clean and comfortable.

This is a great hotel. I was very pleased that it had everything: a pool, a sauna, and a hammam. We got a special offer, and three meals a day were included. The food is excellent, home-cooked food, and the portions are generous; we couldn't finish it all. The Central Park is just a 5-minute walk away. The staff is friendly and the rooms are clean. It's cozy and comfortable. We don't have small children...
This is a decent hotel for a vacation. There are summer cottages, but you should only stay in them in warm weather. These cottages feature an outdoor pool for adults and a small paddling pool for children, a playground, and a soccer or volleyball court (whatever you prefer). There's also a separate cottage, but I haven't been there, so I can't comment on that.
I'll tell you more about the summer cottages...
Altyn Kun is a three-star hotel! It consists of two buildings and a bungalow. Everything here corresponds to the number of stars, except for the price! The price is inflated! We stayed in the second building, a suite. There are different rooms, including economy ones. We chose this hotel because of the swimming pools on the territory. There are lots of them!!! Children's, adults', and as many as a...
The staff is competent and polite. The price corresponds to the service.
Everything is well taken care of in this hotel. Unfortunately only the breakfast lady was nice and spoke English. You can reach this hotel via a muddy road from the main road. The outside of the building looks wonderful. Inside it is darkish. Probably autumn was not the best time to visit. In summer it will be much nicer. The rooms are pretty OK, only the shower was a bit small. The bed was good. The...

Hotel Сomplex Ak-Zhaik offers air-conditioned rooms in Karagandy. Among the facilities of this property are a restaurant, a 24-hour front desk and room service, along with free WiFi throughout the property.
Nice looking hotel with beautiful features in marble but breakfast is served at the bar not very comfortable. Water taps are capricious and the shower changes temperature all the time. Free WiFi although not very strong sometimes we couldn't connect. The hotel has a spa in the back but weren't tried it yet. The restaurant located behind the garden is lovely, nice food, great service and one lady spoke...
It was not bad, very friendly at the reception. Just I didn't like that they were not cleaning the room every day. And I didn't like the smell of towels . Can't explain, very bad smell. I think they should renew the towels. And ac was not working. I stayed there 1 week. That was my experience. Reception ladies are very friendly
The hotel is very convenient both in terms of location and living conditions. The area is beautiful, any transport is within walking distance. The air is clean, a residential area. While in the hotel you cannot hear the sound of transport. Very cozy rooms, clean and most importantly friendly, hospitable staff. Thank you, I really liked it.
Fantastic location, close to nice coffee shops, clubs, restaurant….Staff were very helpful and nice, I’ll definitely stay there again!
Beautiful and comfortable environment
I don't really write reviews, but I wish it was only for one night..
Good value, location, and friendly front desk staff.
However...the soundproofing is so bad that the noise from the next room that started at 10pm was really...(** *** ***** or something like that, bed **** sound...** screaming..) Even with earphones on, the noise was so loud that the walls shook, so I ended up going out on a snowy...
At least it's relatively clean. It must have been a big hotel before, but then it became lonely.
Good day, those seeking a cozy overnight stay (I don't think this applies to those who like to spend the night and then leave – p.s., there are luxury apartments there for you too).
I ended up there on the recommendation of a friend *Daniyal*. I live in Shymkent, but I found myself in a very unfortunate situation! Briefly: I arrived in Pavlodar for work that day and didn't have time to leave, but I...
A small hotel with friendly staff. The room has everything you need: a robe, slippers, soap, shampoo, toothbrush and toothpaste. There are drinks and snacks in the refrigerator for a fee. The room was quite cozy, but a bit damp. It was not the heating season.
I stayed for a few days and loved everything. The hotel is conveniently located: 10 minutes to the city center and 2 minutes to the beach. The room is clean and spacious, the breakfast is decent, and there's parking. The service is good, and the staff is friendly and polite. I recommend it.
Good, quiet hotel. 5-6 rooms, pleasant service, tasty breakfast, no choice, but at the same time fried eggs from 2 eggs with vegetables, 2 sausages, bread, butter, liver, wafer, yogurt. Clean and cozy in the rooms.
Small hotel. Clean, quiet, good breakfast and WiFi connection. No speaking English but is not a big problem.
Stayed at this hotel recently. I found it a very pleasant place to stay, the room was very large with air conditioning. The bed was a super king size and very comfortable, the room was clean and fresh.
Breakfast was ordered the night before and was fantastic, I had pancakes and tea, all served with a smile promptly as soon as we sat down. The staff were very helpful even though I had to use google...
Solid 5+.
The room is clean, cozy, comfortable and pleasant. Courteous staff. We are staying for the second time. The prices are normal. The price corresponds to the quality.
I liked it very much!
Perfect cleanliness in the room. Tasty breakfast. Polite and considerate staff.
Recommend.
A great place to stay with kids. They have a nice area with large snow slides (we stayed in December) for outdoor activities, a very good kids playroom, and a decent swimming pool. Be-aware, the pool is quite deep (1.9 meters!) and they don't have a guard there (I actually helped a drowning woman to get out of the pool during our stay. She didn't even thank me after that :) but it's okay...
Great grounds - loads of places to sit bean bags hammocks etc. and walk through the forest on the boardwalk. Good spa and pool.
Great place to wind down, despite weekends are pretty busy here and crowded. Meals and how its served are top class! Highly recommended!
Hello to all, who is reading this review right now. I stayed at Terrassa park Hotel with my family in January. Booked two rooms - economy and standard. Differences: in Standard you will have larger room area, larger diagonal TV, kettle with tea bags and sugar.

Great location next to the lake, amazing view during winter and summer time. Clean and nicely designed rooms. There is a swimming pool, billiard and nice terrace.
