Overall a good hotel, but the crowd varies. No sound insulation. Often you have to stay overnight in Astana, between flights. It is not always possible to get enough sleep.

There is a cafe inside where the cuisine is delicious. Ramen noodles are generally superb. In general, it is delicious to eat here. By the way, a cozy hostel OHANA boutique hostel is located 500 meters away.

Well done, the hotel is excellent overall, the minibar was excellent. The standard room, 16,000 rubles, is not bad, clean, nice, big TV, all amenities. The sauna is excellent, the steam room is decent, it's clean and cozy. There are all sorts of soft sofas, a pool table, a swimming pool—everything you need for a good time with friends. The price is fantastic; other places are much more expensive and the service leaves much to be desired!!!

Stopped many times for work. Good hotel for average money. Recently renovated. The only thing missing is the comfort of the rooms. It is worth to diversify the breakfasts. It would be nice to add a kettle and tea making facilities to the rooms.

Liked it so much that I went here twice with friends while in Kostanai. As a brewer I could really appreciate their craft beer selection and could observe their brew operations in the basement. The Georgian food was delicious as was the German fare. Highly recommended.

Pros of the hotel: reasonable price, good location, close to the station, accessible on foot. The staff is friendly, the bed linen and towels are snow-white. Breakfast is ok, now it was made early. There is a stop nearby. On the ground floor of the hotel building there is an excellent 24-hour cafe, a good varied menu, reasonable prices for Astana.

Good, inexpensive hotel. 10 minutes walk from the railway station. The cost of a single room is 5,000 tenge per day. The price includes a hearty breakfast. The room has all the amenities - shower, TV, refrigerator, large bed, desk. There is wireless high-speed Internet. The disadvantage is that it is located far from the center—20 minutes by taxi.

We stayed on October 2nd. The receptionist, Irina, was friendly and helpful. The room was cold due to bad weather, and the heating hadn't been turned on yet. They quickly resolved the issue, providing a warm blanket and a heater. Breakfast in the restaurant was excellent, everything was delicious. The selection of breakfast dishes was excellent. I didn't go inside the building. There's a large parking lot, a barrier, and a security booth. The grounds are level and clean. The building looks like it's not in Karaganda. It's a quiet place, as the high-rise buildings are far away. I didn't see any green space for sitting outside in the shade (well, that's a problem).

This is a clean hotel at a reasonable price. The beds are large and clean. Room 402 has a separate terrace. I do not recommend to anyone who wants to visit them. When we checked in we were told that they had a room for 24 hours 15000tng. But in the morning when I went out and asked about breakfast we were told that they had a paid breakfast. For breakfast we gave 3000tng for two and 15000tng for a room for 10 hours. Of the minuses, there is no smoking in the room and they did not think over the exhaust system...

Very nice and huge rooms. Bathroom is superb and spacious. Clean and well kept. Price was also very reasonable. It is just 1.5km from city and parks. Only point lift is between floors. No AC working. Wifi was slow on upper floors.

I have spent two night here. My experience was good. Things were as expected. Beds were comfortable. Room was big and clean. Bathroom was clean and toiletries were provided. Hot water was available all the time. Breakfast was good enough. I checked in at midnight and it was smooth. Very near to bus stand and big market. Overall yes from my side.

It is just across from the Grand Bazaar, and there is a bus transfer station downstairs, which makes it convenient to go anywhere. The hotel is old-fashioned and just average.

Clean pool, the water is changing real time, a bit over chlorated, but it's definitely much better than the other saunas. Beer is cheap, however it's ok. Sauna heated pretty well.
