I stayed at this hotel for a while. Everything was great, I liked it. The hotel is cleaned every day. The showers are fine, the boiler has hot water at any temperature. The beds and mattresses are new and wide, so it's comfortable to sleep. The Wi-Fi is decent, and it's more than enough for work and YouTube. There's a cafeteria right in the building. The hotel is a bit on the outskirts, so it's quiet...

The hotel is good, even excellent, there is a refrigerator and air conditioning, the water in the shower is hot, the food is delicious, the bed is comfortable.

There is no split system (only they will install it), you just have to open the window even if it’s hot outside! There is no refrigerator or tea making facilities. Ariston was not included! But the LUX room. The dining room menu leaves much to be desired and the flies are annoying. Each client brings your salary to you and don’t be inert!

There is no air conditioning even in the suite! Very noisy! The mattress is terrible! The shower stall falls just like a tumbler)) I couldn't find the TV remote at all)) Don't be fooled by the word luxury, it's not there!

The staff is polite and responsive for which many human thanks. Requests are answered immediately. But I can't say the same about the rooms. It would not hurt to replace the mattresses, old ones.

The place is clean and clear it was recently renewed. We took a room for one night, the room was well furnished with 2 single beds and 1 couch converting to a bed so is good for 3 adults. Parking is at the back of the hotel but there is no direct access to the hotel. Paid 38000tg without breakfast.

A very nice location, far enough from bad loud music and crowds of vacationers, close enough to forests, the lake and cafes. Overpriced, but wooden cabins have most of the amenities inside. Bring your soap, toilet paper and for some reason a bath towel. Towels are not supplied.

Stayed 2 days in this hotel. Rooms are ok, no table and chairs. Stuff is ok and no restaurant in the hotel.

Stopped many times for work. Good hotel for average money. Recently renovated. The only thing missing is the comfort of the rooms. It is worth to diversify the breakfasts. It would be nice to add a kettle and tea making facilities to the rooms.

Liked it so much that I went here twice with friends while in Kostanai. As a brewer I could really appreciate their craft beer selection and could observe their brew operations in the basement. The Georgian food was delicious as was the German fare. Highly recommended.

Good, inexpensive hotel. 10 minutes walk from the railway station. The cost of a single room is 5,000 tenge per day. The price includes a hearty breakfast. The room has all the amenities - shower, TV, refrigerator, large bed, desk. There is wireless high-speed Internet. The disadvantage is that it is located far from the center—20 minutes by taxi.
