Very polite administrator.room. the bed. everything is clean and tidy. and the price is inexpensive. I recommend it.

The hotel was good for the location. It had a stop of the bus taking you to the airport directly. My room was very spacious, and this was the cheapest room on the property. The breakfast was not a buffet and I had to book a time for my breakfast and choose the menu. Still, the cook was not available at the appointed time and I had to wait.

Good budget hotel at a good location

As a regular guest of this hotel I want to share my impressions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is polite, the breakfast is there to choose from, the prices have rather decreased. In a word, comfortable!) I recommend everyone!

Stayed here for 3 nights, nobody clean my room during my stay, but it’s all good! My room big enough for me and location really good, shops and restaurants nearby, and it’s just few minutes walk from Abu Dhabi Mall!

Small room size, small bathroom

A wonderfully clean boutique hotel, the room was immaculately new (it even smelled freshly renovated). The staff was helpful, and any questions were answered promptly. I plan to stay here again in the future.

The hotel is newly renovated, with a comfortable environment and complete facilities. There's a restaurant in the courtyard downstairs. Overall, it's very comfortable. The only drawback is that the rooms are a bit small. It's very comfortable for tourists, but slightly less suitable for business travelers or those who need to work.

They don't say hello at the reception, in the morning you can hear sounds in the corridor of who's saying what

I really like having lunch here, it’s tasty and inexpensive, and the pastries are delicious. I really love buns and cheesecakes. The service is fast, we always find a seat, even if we arrive after 13:00. I sincerely thank this cafe!

We arrived at the hotel at 5 am. We needed to spend the night, because... We were in transit to another city. An excellent room for two with a large bed, shower and toilet, very warm) the room also had disposable shampoos and even toothbrushes with toothpaste, which was very pleasing, as well as towels and slippers. Plus, on the ground floor there is an excellent cafe with reasonable prices) in general...

You can somewhat feel the age of the rooms but in general it's a great place to stay. Located in the center of the town with plenty of facilities, offices, restaurants and cafe's nearby. Btw, the mattress in my room was amazing, one of the most comfortable to sleep on I've ever experienced=) Definitely recommend.

I stay here 1 month for working. Bert nice and friendly personnell. Do not try pizza :-)

For the price it is a perfectly serviceable hotel, clean tidy had a sauna and a pool and a 15-20 minute walk to town. Perfect for visiting Medeo as the bus route goes down Dostyk which is right next to the hotel. The check in staff were also friendly and helpful. Rooms are small and basic, I stayed a few times, once during the winter the room was freezing cold and the heating could heat it. Breakfast is good but no longer self service.

Very weird hotel. Could easily be on in Vegas, but: spacious and clean rooms, amenities, good breakfast and dinner and a stocked bar. Can't complain especially given the price.

Except service, everything is exceptional. I simply requested for coffee sachets, and didn't get it despite multiple calls.

I stayed in this hotel to live the full Turkestan experience and can only recommend it! I loved my room with harbour-view, very spacious, modern and comfortable. I made sure to enjoy my time there to the fullest. The staff is helpful and professional, the restaurant & in-room dining is on point. If I ever come to Turkestan again, I would definitely come back there and for a longer time!

Quite a decent establishment. Good, full-fledged cuisine, especially meat dishes. Efficient staff. It is possible to have dinner in a separate room, without extraneous noise, with your favorite program on TV in the background. Almost like home.

You can stay, new and confortable hotel

The bed is comfortable but the door is not sound proof , you could wake up from the noise of housekeepers who talk so loud in the corridors and video call their kids. The toilet had sewer smell

I chose the hotel a few hours before arrival in Atyrau. I chose based on the price, since I was traveling alone without a family and the requirements for the conditions were minimal. Pros: The room is clean, there is a bathrobe, slippers (reusable), 2 towels, hairdryer. The room is very warm, heat regulated. Negative: no breakfast area. Only delivery from a cafe across the street.

It's OK. Not a busy place so you will get the attention from the waiters/ waitress once you sit inside. Nothing special with their foods and so with their draft beers.

The food is normal. The toilets in the hotel are horrible. Rooms are clean but shabby, with a claim to a suite but made absolutely without a sense of taste. For the money that is asked for accommodation - it will go.

+ Nice staff - At times the water was turned off, perhaps it did not depend on the hotel, but on the city network. - The TV is not smart TV, you can only watch TV channels. For example, you can’t watch youtube - The biggest disadvantage is the lack of sound insulation; you can hear your neighbors on the floor and those below very well.
