For the price, it's a wonderful hotel. The room is spacious and bright. The only downside is the location. It's a long way from the airport.

We stayed at this hotel again, and as always, everything was excellent. It's 25 minutes from the airport. The location and parking are excellent. Breakfast includes a choice of porridge or scrambled eggs, so there's plenty to eat. The room includes a hairdryer, dental kits, razor blade, and shampoo.

Wonderful hotel. Home-style breakfasts. We also had dinner a couple of times, very tasty. Friendly staff. The room is clean. A bit far from the center, but a taxi arrives without problems and the cost is not high.

Very convenient location: just a couple of minutes of walk to the city centre. There are quite a few places nearby where you can relax or eat. The breakfasts are incredibly delicious.

For the price it is a perfectly serviceable hotel, clean tidy had a sauna and a pool and a 15-20 minute walk to town. Perfect for visiting Medeo as the bus route goes down Dostyk which is right next to the hotel. The check in staff were also friendly and helpful. The only downside was the lack of bed side lamp and that it is quite hard to locate the first time. It's actually on a side road off elebekov...

Rooms are small and basic, I stayed a few times, once during the winter the room was freezing cold and the heating could heat it. Breakfast is good but no longer self service.

The hotel offers non-smoking rooms, but there is stable cigarette smell via ventilation. The stuff is working in corridors since 7a.m. to sleep is impossible! The cafeteria is fine. Mostly for salads and potatoes. Didnt try anything else.

The hotel was good for the location. It had a stop of the bus taking you to the airport directly. My room was very spacious, and this was the cheapest room on the property. The breakfast was not a buffet and I had to book a time for my breakfast and choose the menu. Still, the cook was not available at the appointed time and I had to wait.

Great location, very close to Baiterek. A lot of restaurants and cafes nearby. Staff are very nice too. Rooms are comfortable, stylish and spacious. I will come back here when in Astana.

We booked the hotel through the app and paid immediately, then checked in in the evening upon arrival! It's located in an upscale area, and the view from the window is simply captivating! We loved everything about it! There's Wi-Fi, a private kitchen, heated floors, and the room was warm, I'd even say hot, we had to open the window! I highly recommend it…

What they call the Elite Apart Hotel is actually a few separate rooms in a very strange, huge apartment building (one of the blocks of the Highvill residential complex). It feels a bit abandoned – the common corridors have cracks on the walls and ceiling, it's pretty dirty everywhere as if the floors aren't really cleaned, and you wait for the elevators for an incredibly long time. Check in was easy, transportation was offered

The apartment was great. The 24-hour front desk was very convenient. Everything was clean and well-maintained. We particularly liked that there was ice in the freezer. But the toilet was truly a standout feature! It could do everything: wash, dry, and it even had a heated seat. All in all, we were very satisfied.

Small room size, small bathroom

A wonderfully clean boutique hotel, the room was immaculately new (it even smelled freshly renovated). The staff was helpful, and any questions were answered promptly. I plan to stay here again in the future.

The hotel is newly renovated, with a comfortable environment and complete facilities. There's a restaurant in the courtyard downstairs. Overall, it's very comfortable. The only drawback is that the rooms are a bit small. It's very comfortable for tourists, but slightly less suitable for business travelers or those who need to work.

They don't say hello at the reception, in the morning you can hear sounds in the corridor of who's saying what

Stayed here for 3 nights, nobody clean my room during my stay, but it’s all good! My room big enough for me and location really good, shops and restaurants nearby, and it’s just few minutes walk from Abu Dhabi Mall!

We arrived at the hotel at 5 am. We needed to spend the night, because... We were in transit to another city. An excellent room for two with a large bed, shower and toilet, very warm) the room also had disposable shampoos and even toothbrushes with toothpaste, which was very pleasing, as well as towels and slippers. Plus, on the ground floor there is an excellent cafe with reasonable prices) in general...

Good budget hotel at a good location

As a regular guest of this hotel I want to share my impressions. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is polite, the breakfast is there to choose from, the prices have rather decreased. In a word, comfortable!) I recommend everyone!

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. This was made all the better by the extremely helpful Bek who did everything he could to help with travel arrangements for the next leg of our journey and to ensure we had a great experience at the hotel.

Good breakfast, business lunch is terriable and the restourant not so good. Room is more or less is OK, but no cleaning on snow in front of the hotel from ice.

Well, 5 stars in the conventional sense for this hotel is frankly a bit much. But, in General, a good impression. On a solid C grade. There is a SPA with a swimming pool, apparently it got awarded 5 stars. But water treatments failed to treat myself, so the rating in this part does not give.

The rooms are small, but have what you need, not new, the wallpaper in our room was torn. Big problem with parking, asked before booking, they said that there is private, no extra charge, but in fact the first day we could not get through to open the barrier, the girl said that someone had checked in, we had to look for her, on the second day there was simply no space, we had to drive around the courtyards...

This place felt like you were on the Squid Games set! Very cool hostel and very good value. Unfortunately it was pretty quiet when I was there but it has some good desk space for co-working and a lounge area to watch movies. I have a dorm all to myself for 10$ so that was great too

Motorcycle safe and secure parking. Parking on the backside of Hostel, a bit tricky to find at first. You basically just follow the street alongside the entrance, drive right, and right again, and then right into a parking space, and then left into a secluded gated parking space. Be aware not to mix the City Hostel with the City Hotel. Both their entrances are on the same street and near to each...

I stayed at dorm 303 where the AC's highest temp is 25 and the body odor of my roommates is just all over. The toilet room floor tends to get messy after one takes shower because they do not have mats. For some reason, devices won't connect to the wifi immediately. Was working on the common area. Coin laundry is also available.

Second night here now, but I might stay longer. It's a very well-kept hostel with helpful staff. Decor is colorful. Location is great. Price is 5,000 tenge for a dorm bed, and you may end up with a private room if no one comes. Very happy to stay here. They provide lockers, towels, and slippers.
