The hotel is in a residential neighbourhood so you’ll have to get a taxi to the city centre. Decent breakfast. Rooms are clean but furniture is a little dated. Staff can be a little unfriendly, the receptionist could not find my booking at check in and came across a little unprofessional.

It's clean, but the facilities are rather old. The gym is also quite dated. The Western-style breakfast is plentiful.

I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time! The location is amazing, the room was much larger than expected, clean and odor-free, and the toiletries had a refreshing citrus scent. It also had a mini-fridge and screen mirroring function. The bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and I slept soundly after a long journey, feeling refreshed and ready to explore the sights the next day.
The amenities were also very thoughtful. Free parking was super convenient, and the security guard even proactively directed parking spaces. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, and the fried rice and beef noodles were delicious – perfect for a satisfying meal before heading out to explore.
From service to facilities to location, the value for money was outstanding! I had no disappointments whatsoever! I've already recommended it to friends planning a trip to Almaty, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

The front desk service ladies were not friendly at all times. The gentleman ( a bit on the bigger size) was much more helpful and friendly.

This was the first hotel we stayed at in Kazakhstan, and also the one we were most satisfied with. The room was very clean and tidy. Upon arrival, they immediately added a crib for us and provided children's toiletries. The receptionist was very patient, and the housekeeping staff greeted us with a smile as soon as they saw us. The breakfast was also the most plentiful and delicious of all the hotels we stayed at. One slight drawback was that we were switched rooms the second day for the same type of room. It seemed that the bathroom was located near the elevator or something, and there was a constant noise from a machine running. Otherwise, it was quite good, and it was very convenient to stay here while exploring Almaty.
