Great location and excellent service! It's rare to find a 3-star hotel where staff help with luggage. The gym is also quite spacious.

The hotel is new, clean, and well-maintained. The location is excellent and very convenient for getting around. However, the Wi-Fi signal in the room was not very strong, which sometimes caused delays when using the internet. Other than that, the overall experience was very good.

Very helpful front desk staff when I encountered difficulty. Clean room with enough space for one person. Can see the snow mountain from the window in the lift lobby when the weather is ok. Breakfast is good with various choice and coffee machine (chocolate is real good), the cake is too sweet for me though. Thete is a CU convenient store nearby. Will stay in this hotel if I come to Almaty next time

I liked everything, the breakfast is good - buffet, you won't go hungry. The water in the pool is very cold, the room is spacious, everything you need is in the room.

This hotel has an OK environment. The network signal is not good, there is nothing to eat for breakfast, there is no elevator, it is a bit far from the city, but close to the airport, and there is a good barbecue nearby.

Great hotel location. The dining hall is good with a buffet spread. However, in the deluxe room, the window is drafty, the heater isn't working, and the TV has no signal. The entire room feels quite run-down.

Staffs are so unfriendly, I arrived late and they were busy with playing games on their phones. The drainage of the bathroom is a little blocked and toilet is a bit dirty and smelly. Location is good , other than that I can’t think of anything positive.

The staff is very helpful, the rooms are very big, they clean the room everyday, it's also next to a steakhouse, close to the botanical gardens and about 35min from the airport. I also wish to thank the guy that assisted me with the booking through WhatsApp before hand. Sadly enough i didn't have enough time to try out the sauna. That's for a next time

The staff and location were great. There was a stream and cafe nearby, so it was perfect for a walk or a coffee break while soaking up the negative ions. There was a shopping mall and restaurants within a 10-minute walk, so it was convenient for shopping and eating. There is no elevator, so it may be difficult if you have a lot of suitcases.

This is where I booked a room to visit Lake Big Almaty and Mt. Arakha in Almaty. It is a bit away from the city center, but I enjoyed a glass of wine on the terrace while looking at the snow-capped mountains. It is also in a great location for visiting art galleries and museums the next day.

We were here at the championship, basically like everywhere else, the locker rooms are small, there aren’t enough seats for everyone. There are no seats for spectators in the hall.

Excellent sports complex. There is a football field and tennis courts. In winter there is a skating rink and in summer there is an outdoor swimming pool. And all this is among huge pines, like in a forest. There is both indoor and outdoor parking on site for a fee.

We went swimming using Chocolife coupons on a day off. The pool is average, the water is generally warm, there are not very many people. Good service, in terms of cuisine - the portions are small, the pizza is not tasty. If you arrive before lunch, you can grab comfortable sun loungers by the pool. Convenient location.
