The bed was too small, and the surrounding area wasn't very convenient for transportation. Breakfast was limited, though the hygiene was decent. The shower stall was tiny, but the water temperature was good and warm. Overall, the experience wasn't great.

The food is delicious, and the location is great for a winter vacation.

We stayed in a yurt, which was very comfortable and warm for November, and the breakfasts were wonderfully delicious. There are also places to walk around and explore. However, the ski slopes are quite close to the yurts, which might be a disturbance for those who want to sleep in.

The stay and the location was exceptional, there were many activities which are well organized. However, the room service was pretty much delayed all the time. Any support took time to attend. Overall it was good!!

The hotel was good for the location. It had a stop of the bus taking you to the airport directly. My room was very spacious, and this was the cheapest room on the property. A modern hotel that is well looked after. It is close to attractions such as the Peace Palace. Staff were friendly and helpful. It's about 500m walk to nearby restaurants and cafes. Be aware it's a walk-up, five floors only. Would stay again as it's excellent value for money.

I stayed in this hotel to live the full Turkestan experience and can only recommend it! I loved my room with harbour-view, very spacious, modern and comfortable. The staff is amazing!!! So very helpful! They worked with us, adjusting the time for meals, adding mattresses to 'too firm' sofa beds, wonderful meals and delicious snacks. The only thing that could be improved was greater consistency with internet. We loved our time at BeFine.

Stayed at semi-lux room - little old with poor noice isolation. Smoke from "kalyan" (shisha) all over the 3rd floor and room, where I stayed. Power plugs in room located either away from table or under the bed - inconvenient to charge gadgets. Restaurant food was delicious where I had dinner several times. Breakfast was decently arranged WiFi signal goes off occasionally but still workable

This is a decent hotel for a vacation. There are summer cottages, but you should only stay in them in warm weather. These cottages feature an outdoor pool for adults and a small paddling pool for children, a playground, and a soccer or volleyball court (whatever you prefer).
