Whenever my company goes on a business trip to Shymkent, we always stay at this hotel. It's clean, hygienic, and the service is excellent. Communication with the hotel is also very smooth. It's our only choice, and I highly recommend it.

Fantasic quality hotel and by using YandexGo (Central Asia's equvilent of Uber) you can easily get a taxi into the centre for £3. I would rather use the cheap taxi services and get the quality hotel at outside city rates. It very cheap in comparison to the quality.

Apart from the good location, there is nothing good about it. The front desk had a bad attitude. They said they didn't have a charger when I asked to borrow one. The room is quite old and the size is good. The bathroom has a musty smell. Breakfast is on the second floor. The basic food is not replenished in a timely manner. It is not recommended for tourists to stay here.

Right next to this landmark tower, the transportation is generally convenient. There is a currency exchange downstairs, which is very convenient. The breakfast variety is average, with more cold food, but the restaurant on the 21st floor has a good view.

Good afternoon. I liked my stay at the hotel. Checked in quickly, pleasant staff at the reception desk. You need to pay a tourist tax (not expensive). It’s literally 30 minutes from the airport. The rooms are clean, spacious and have everything you need. Minibar with affordable prices. Smart TV. All toiletries. Decent breakfast. There is a shopping center opposite the hotel. Everything is not bad and matches with the price. Location is close to the church and bars.

The only blemish, if one could call it that, was that we were assigned a room with twin single beds instead of the queen bedroom that was booked. Also, the water hose in the bathroom did not work well. I suspect that the trigger was jammed due to the hard water. Apart from that, everything else was quite good.
