We stayed in a yurt, which was very comfortable and warm for November, and the breakfasts were wonderfully delicious. There are also places to walk around and explore. However, the ski slopes are quite close to the yurts, which might be a disturbance for those who want to sleep in.

*The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work, we reported it to the reception, but they didn't solve the problem, they didn't even offer to change the room.

Fantasic quality hotel and by using YandexGo (Central Asia's equvilent of Uber) you can easily get a taxi into the centre for £3. I would rather use the cheap taxi services and get the quality hotel at outside city rates. It very cheap in comparison to the quality.

Quite an interesting layout, divided into zones. Most of all I like the spacious terrace. You can smoke electronic cigarettes on the terrace. They make delicious coffee and bake the most delicious pizza. I recommend it.
