A great place to stay with kids. They have a nice area with large snow slides (we stayed in December) for outdoor activities, a very good kids playroom, and a decent swimming pool. Be-aware, the pool is quite deep (1.9 meters!) and they don't have a guard there (I actually helped a drowning woman to get out of the pool during our stay. She didn't even thank me after that :) but it's okay...

Great grounds - loads of places to sit bean bags hammocks etc. and walk through the forest on the boardwalk. Good spa and pool.

Great place to wind down, despite weekends are pretty busy here and crowded. Meals and how its served are top class! Highly recommended!

Great location next to the lake, amazing view during winter and summer time. Clean and nicely designed rooms. There is a swimming pool, billiard and nice terrace.

Best hotel in the city of Shymkent, great price for the service provided. Friendly staff, nice breakfast, comfortable room full of essential utilities. Cozy spa&gym, delicious food.

Not too far from the centre. Kind and helpful staff but weak at languages. An advice: if you go anywhere by taxi let the recepcionist call a can and to atrange the fyte in advance!

Basically I was bought mobile phone. There much more cheaper than others big shops like Sulpak, Technodom etc.

We had a training here - well organised, three spacious conference rooms, good meals, especially pastries, and service. The rooms are beautiful, it's quite, clean, cozy and spacious.
