Excellent location and accessibility to many restaurants and shops
It have a good location, its is in the interlomas area (and there are few hotels there) however it is close to Bosques de las Lomas and even Santa Fe, so great location.
The hotel is in the top of a little and exlusive mall, so great options for food…
Extremely poor breakfast cold buffet.
The only day I ordered a la carte the service was disastrous, although the food was good.
Housekeeping is spotty, one of the days of my stay they did not leave clean towels, but took away the dirty ones.
All in all not the best maintained of managed property I've been in lately.
The breakfast is poor but on weekends are terrible. Need be better because is a plus hotel
Thank you
Very clean and appealing hotel. I liked everything about it.
Hard to find but hotel itself was very clean and modern. Would definitely recommend.

excellent quality of staff, the bad thing, in my room was a soap used and Dental Floss empty, so I guess staff cleaned room without clean bathroom.
It was a fairly clean place. Just a bit far from where smithing is.
The front desk staff is very helpful very professional
Great value , service and comfort !
Thank You NH Valle Dorado
I think the hotel is modern, clean, confortable. The seevice personal, gave us an excelent seevice. My love and me enjoyed our stay in NH Valle dorado thank You.
Property is very basic, but clean. Do not believe what staff said that breakfast was not included.
Spa facilities: SPA, Massage, Sauna, Spa and wellness centre
Best customer service, rooms maintainly neat. friendly staffs. Salute to Chef and kitchen, prep and servers, food is healthwise and we love it! Shout to the cool bartender, Jesus., Enrique and Manuel on dining. We enjoy our stay, Thank you so much
Overall we enjoyed our stay at Ocean Spa hotel, it was clean, well kept, and safe.
The ocean view was pretty but the beach was more of a harbour beach as other reviews have said, not really for swimming.
Pool was very nice but lots of seagulls. It would been good to have someone constantly serving at the pool to pick up food etc to keep the seagulls away.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful...
Overall, a nice place to stay.If you're not expecting too much. The beach area is small and not really what you think of when going to Cancun, it is more like a harbor beach. We only found one bartender that could make good drinks. The restaurants were decent, but the menu descriptions did not always match the food, especially in the dessert section. One comical story was when we ordered a canoli,...
The staff were very considerate and attentive to my specific post surgical dietary requirements. Gracias 🙏
The Ocean Spa Hotel was clean, affordable and nice for smaller scale hotel. It was wonderful to be on the beach side of the zona hotel , it was close to transportation to Isle Mujeres and public transit stops.
The buffet had great food and the ala carte restaurants were good to try something different.
It would have been nice to have access to the included activities of bicycles, paddle boards...
This was a nice place. Very mellow and quiet. Reminds me more of a family kinda place with kids. Food was not the best. I left every meal hungry still. Everything was great. A little outdated but worth the money. Other thing is they should mention you can not go in the beach water at this resort which ******.
Great stay at Fiesta Inn Express. The location is excellent, safe location , with easy access to activities, restaurants, and everything needed both day and night. It offers very good value for the price, with most facilities above average for a budget hotel. Basic amenities are convenient and practical. Bedding is acceptable. Overall, a comfortable and affordable choice that I would recommend.
Had a nice stay and loved the view from the room over the city..
The window cannot be opened. I guess Chinese people are not used to it. The towels are black. It is best to bring your own towels and toiletries. Checking in 3 o'clock in advance will be charged extra
The hotel is very well located; you can take public transportation right across the street to get to the historic center or the Bellas Artes. The staff is very attentive, and the hotel is very clean. The hotel has parking, but it costs an additional 120 MXN per night. This is not mentioned on the website or when booking.
Great location right next to a bus stop, metro station, and mall. Slightly farther from the city center/big attractions, but very easy to get around. Very safe as well - the rooms are all located 3-6 floors above street level, and you need a key card to use the elevator. Breakfast was good (eggs, fruit, pancakes, rice, beans, salsas, veggies, pancakes, bread) although of course you could probably find...
More or less, the location is good but it needs more cleaning and the mattress should be changed.
Excellent location, we were upgraded to a master suite (probably a lucky break), and the buffet and drinks were good and varied. The staff was helpful and very friendly.
The buffet food was delicious. It was a shame there weren't many specialty dinner options besides the buffet. Overall, the staff were friendly. I really appreciated the free room upgrade. Both the pool and the ocean were well-maintained and pleasant. However, the hotel's location is a bit poor for watching the sunrise. It's good value for money.
I loved it was great for one night had a lot of fun. I liked the other places around the area but this was a bargain price. Good if you like it lowkey and the morning buffet and that is pretty good but more variety would have been good but I’m not picky. I think it shares a beach with temptation. I saw a bit of adults only things but I did go for a scroll so probably my only fault haha but just saying...
Great customer service from the staffs.
Always great time. Very intimate but perfect
Great experience and friendly staff members! Great location for a good price.
The room was nice, with a large window, and very clean. Soap was provided, and the facilities were good. The standard breakfast was simple, but a premium breakfast could be ordered for an extra fee. Convenient transportation.
The service was friendly and attentive. There were plenty of restaurants nearby, including Chinese, Japanese ramen, and Mexican, so you could try a variety of options. There were also supermarkets nearby, including Walmart, which was convenient for shopping. Highly recommended.
Excellent service and facilities, all the staff were very attentive, the facilities were very good, and the pool was very nice.
The room was nice and well equipped. Very clean and quiet, the bedding is quite comfortable. The location is a bit far from the downtown area, but it is very convenient to take a taxi or bus. There is a convenience store next to it and a fast food restaurant, coffee shop and various restaurants opposite. I especially recommend the breakfast, which is quite rich and of high quality. It is definitely...
The room was clean and hygienic, the surrounding area was convenient, and the service was good.
The hotel has a great location, and the rooms are clean and tidy. I really liked it. It was great, and I'll probably stay here again next time I'm in Mexico for business. The Yoshinoya across the street is very cheap and affordable.
The hotel was amazing, so much history in those walls and lovely gardens. The staff was attentive and friendly. A special mention to Roberto at the front desk who's sense of humor and helpfulness was outstanding. The packets of chocolate every night was a special treat!
The hotel is gorgeous. The food outstanding. The location is the sweet spot of the hotel. Basically everything went amazing
Facility was impeccable…perfect location. Food was fabulous and the people warm and friendly
Went with my husband and teenage daughter over new years 2025/6. Absolutely loved it—the location, the staff, the cleanliness, the pool, the courtyards. One note, we had a room w 2 full beds—and the beds for my husband and I were a bit small even though we are both lean. But we made it just fine. We would absolutely return!
The rooms were in good condition and the history of the hotel was amazing. However, for me, paying ove 2,000 for a weekend was way too much money. It's not like we were in Downtown Manhattan. Sorry! as beautiful as the town was, paying that kind of money was just not worth it.
Beautiful property, friendly and helpful staff and excellent location. I couldnt imagine staying anywhere else!
Quick check in and friendly staff made the process a good experience.
Very nice step up from the One, and not that much of a price difference, so it's definitely worth it

Very convenient location. Easy access and very close to downtown Tlalnepantla.
Very well kept building.
The hotel was clean and the workers were really professional
The room is large, the hotel layout is reasonable, and the bathroom is great. 👍🏻 It's just that the English at the front desk is not good, and the quality of the waiters is not high. I kept hearing knocking on the door early in the morning, and they were knocking on every door.

It's my favorite hotel in Puebla. It's a beautiful hacienda-style hotel in a very private and peaceful location. The facilities are gorgeous, the service is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. They also have a lovely restaurant with great service and excellent food. The staff is incredibly kind and efficient. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, clean, and quiet.
Great location, clean room and great staff
Excellent hotel decor. Highly recommended.
Good service and location, great environment. But it's waird there's no refrigerator....
Some staff in front desk could be a little nicer
Is a Nice renewed hotel, but they dont provide toilerys at room and charge for a low cost tooth brush and a tiny toothpaste even that I am an HiltonHonnors member
We love our stay when we come to Garza Blanca,; beginning with the bell man, Fermin, who treated us like family and made sure to answer all questions; next the food is amazing. Dao restaurant is fabulous, our waiter Geraldo there made us feel like royalty. The new restaurant at Mussai ( the NOI) was absolutely delicious. Been here a few times and the entertainment just gets better. Rooms are always...
We had a great time at Garza Blanca Cancun. The restaurants are terrific, especially Bocados and Hiroshi, the pools are spacious and warm, and the rooms are well appointed. The spa is beautiful and I enjoyed my treatments there as well - I actually wish I had shown up earlier to use the hydrotherapy circuit and will do this next visit. I prioritize spas when I travel solo and have been to some of the...
My wife and I were recently vacationing in Cancun and were asked to come see a tour of the Garza Blanca resort. We were at a different resort. So we agreed and were welcomed by the most accommodating, sincerest, graceful, make us feel like VIP staff we've ever experienced. The property was immaculate, the smell, the atmosphere the decoration, etc.... 5 star, 5 diamonds and then some. To say the least...
Family of five from New York traveling with three teenagers to Garza Blanca Cancun during February break.
The rooms were amazing—large, modern, with comfortable beds, a great shower, and even heated toilet seats! The service was five-star. Every staff member was courteous and attentive. We never went more than a minute at the beach or pool without a server asking if we needed anything. The restaurants...
The property and service are excellent. The only drawback is the lack of consistency in quality of food and drinks from day to day.
During terrible Arctic Jet Stream 4 day nightmare, Garza Blanca staff and other guests made it fun. Great resort, food & company. I will be back.
Everything was good but the showers were awful, dirty
Was only there for one night but the hotel was very nice. My boyfriend and I had a nice stay. Thank you. I highly recommend this hotel.
Breakfast is really simple and there is not much to choose from 😔
la cama muy cómoda
excelente atención del personal
Nice place to sleep, but rooms are too small. It lacks mini-fridge & microwave, both being a nice plus. Rooms lack iron (I think that's basic for business travel). TV was only local, couldn't connect my devices for streaming or using YouTube.
Nice set of restaurants outside (same building) & the convenience store is a life saver. Near of it there is a decent mall.
Totally recommended, excellent service and attention, strategic location in one of the best areas of Guadalajara. The rooms are quite comfortable. Recommended for business trips.

It's good for a night or two. Basic but comfy and with breakfast included. The bees option for a fast business trip.
Overall the hotel is nice. Where it falls down it the breakfast. The food is edible, but not great. There is room for much improvement. I have stayed at multiple One Hotels, and this has the worst breakfast of all I have stayed in. A second point is the noise from the highway. Get a room on the back side of the hotel if you are a light sleeper
Noice from the nearby freeway, to loud. not a good resting place if you need to rest
Excellent staff and accomodations.
I think I have stayed at this property maybe four or five time, only one stay was not so great. I had a room that faced the highway, and the truck noise kept me up. After that I always took a room on the opposite side, something the staff was always happy to help with, and I slept like a baby.
The hotel is on the edge of an industrial zone so a bit of traffic is nearby. Nothing unsettling.
Spa facilities: SPA, Massage, Spa and wellness centre
Very spacious hotel with lots of green area a nice pool with a grass play area for children
This is a great classic. If you’re looking for a colonial type hotel, you’re in place. Location is ideal for those who want to enjoy the resort or have a transportation.
Went for a team dinner, great place and good food. Pity it was raining when we got there.
"Hacienda Jurica by Brisas is a fantastic place to stay! The historic architecture and beautiful surroundings create a unique and relaxing atmosphere. The lush gardens are full of singing birds, adding to the charm. The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. It's the perfect blend of history and comfort. Whether for a peaceful getaway or a special occasion, this hotel offers a memorable...
I do not recommend this hotel if you like coffee in your room (the machine didn’t work) or a clean bathroom. There were fairly big hairs on the floor and where you put the soap in the shower, the water stunk, and there were rust stains on the floor. The vibe was absolutely blah all over this hotel. Blah.
I will be very frank and objective, the stay is good, the staff service is excellent, the facilities are good, but the bed is terrible, terrible in capital letters, to the point of sinking without any comfort in it, and that does not allow you to rest, which in general is the primary objective.

Stayed there a number of years back. They took great care of us. Located walking distance to a lot of where we wanted to visit.
Great location, but it's old and falling apart. Torn curtains, mold in the grout in the bathroom, only one bath towel and no hand towels or wash clothes, no fridge, no coffee, just the basics.
The bathroom had a water leak, a small cockroach came out of the shower drain, the mattresses are very old and watery. Out of 4 people they only gave us 2 towels.
A good and relative cheap hotel if you want to stay in the heart of Mexico city. Just a few walking minutes away from the Alameda Central park. Rooms are ok but i usually found that AC sockets didn't work. So charging phones or computers where a little bit of a pain
Minimalistic room great for a quick trip to the city, clean and convenient
Front desk help was very good. Staff was very friendly and helpful. However I didn't like the towels, they were very old and needed to be replaced. Also, my pillow wasn't comfortable and I had to request another one which the hotel provided to me. Breakfast is good and buffet type but if you want pancakes or other special breakfast items you have to pay about 3 dollars more. This hotel is far away from...
The room was clean and hygienic.
I used for 1 night and it was perfect
I used just for 1 night. And it was just perfect fot what i needed it for
Good for short business trips
The only I really do no like was the bath towel. it is like a piece of cloth instead of felling thick thick cotton sensation
A possible improvement could be Offering tissues and at least one drawer for cloth
Lots of potential: close to the downtown square, restaurants and other points of interest. The restaurant in the premises is good, but a bit noisy. So if you are not eating there, the noise level is high.
Not great for holiday, just fine for quick stay. Parking is not in the property, it is close but it is need it to the staff to open the gate, at night is not ideal.
Hotel have several not hotel restaurantes inside the hotel and they are too loud. Again, not for holiday only for quick stay.
Very pintoresque!! Being a restored building but in a very charming way, makes this place unique!
A restaurant is in the property but is not part of the hotel, limited parking but walking distance to downtown.
It’s in a good location but the staff wasn’t very nice
Loved the colonial atmosphere and look to Al Otro Lado. The receptionist, Sheyla, was very friendly and helpful. The staff was nice and helpful. The unaffiliated restaurant in front is good, but a bit noisy during business hours, so if you want more privacy, ask for a room around the back patio.
Relaxing place
Nice people. Old convent converted rooms. Very nice. Comfortable beds and linens. Rooftop restaurant noisy some not all nights but lots of sound in Mexico. Neighborhood always felt safe and great weekend market across the street. Clean water morning coffee for 20 pesos. All good
Clean rooms, comfortable bed. Many food options downstairs.
Good in between spot between the Basilica of Our Lady Guadalupe and Mexico City. There’s a pharmacy around the counter and a 24 hr restaurant across the street to the right. My grandmother was able to rent a wheel chair at no cost. They ask for a deposit but then give it back once you return the chair. Keep in mind no tourist places around but that’s fine for a peaceful night. Super safe system. You...
Excellent service, comfort, hygiene and location
There is no window that can be opened in the room. It is completely closed and can only let in light but not ventilation. The breakfast is good, 7-11 buffet, you can eat enough, eggs, vegetables, etc. But overall it is a budget hotel
It’s a good hotel with friendly staff and good bed. Everything was clean in room
It is one of the best value for money options in the area, it is in a shopping plaza, which makes its location better.

Staff were extremely courteous. Cleaning was not done properly. When some of the used glasses were left on table, they continued to be there and not replaced with new ones. Water in the shower is not strong and door for bathroom could not be easily closed. We were supposed to get free breakfast. This was my 2nd time staying here. The hospitality is on point and I love the way they assist in helping me practice the language.

Be aware that this really is more of a Spanish speaking hotel than an international business hotel
The breakfast was a buffet, with pancakes, yoghurt, cereal, bread, fruits, eggs, sausages, bacon, juices, coffee and tea. You always had a good start to the day. Nearby is a huge shopping mall, lots of stores. Easy to drive from here to other areas inthe city. Always an empty spot for your car.
The room is top notch, and so is the services.
Good to Drive out of the City without Traffic Jam
the service was really good, the only thing to improve is to have room service on premises and not from external restaurants. The other thing is to have a microwave available in the room.

Bed is comfortable, but they advertised falsely a refrigerator in the room and double charged my card, and kept the deposit hold for 3 days.
