Hotel is outdated smells terrible. Food was on not the greatest kind of bland. There is only one elevator which you had to wait forever. The shower was cold I told the front desk couple of times still cold. I should have listened to the negative reviews they are on point. Almost all the staff didn’t speak English which All that together was frustrating especially on vacation. The only thing that was...
This hotel is a 3-star for me. So, it's very expensive for what it is. The building needs a refresh. The rooms don't have toiletries, and the pool is tiny. The beach isn't like the pictures on the website. The air conditioning broke down. In short, I'm disappointed. Because Trip.com advertises it as a 4 or 5-star, I was hoping for at least a minimum level of comfort, especially for the price I paid...
The hotel has good infrastructure and is conveniently located. However, it's advisable to improve the signage, given that it's two connected buildings with somewhat unusual architecture. I found the service to be very good; the food provided is generous and available practically all day; the rooms are clean, as are the facilities in general. It's recommended that the bathrooms be modernized to make...
The only bad thing was that we spilled a drink in the room and there was no one to help us clean it up. We even had to go down to reception to get rags to clean it up.
Is definitely a 2 . Nothing to get excited over. It is like you think it could be for 2.5 hotel. All inclusive means cheap food, cheap food.
Although it is called an all-inclusive hotel, the dining time is not synchronized with the hotel check-in and check-out time. The buffet lunch I booked could not be eaten at all. I asked to check out at 12:00 on the 28th, and the lunch did not start until 1:30 pm. The hotel ignored it. Although Ctrip refunded part of the fee, the entire itinerary plan was ruined and the fee was not consistent.

We had an incredible room with an incredible view for an incredible moment ! They where very kind with us as we came there to celebrate our engagement.
The only missing point is the food
Royal solaris is a good option if you want just a resort experience but its little far from the main hotel zone.
Nice place to relax during vacation, staffs are friendly and kind.
The rooms were clean and the staff's service was impeccable. The restaurant staff, in particular, provided very attentive service.
Rating: 10/10
Excellent all-inclusive resort in Cancun with outstanding service.
We arrived early in the morning, and the staff kindly allowed us to use the buffet right away, which was a very nice and welcoming touch. Throughout our stay, the staff was always friendly, polite, and helpful.
Our room was cleaned very well every day, and everything was kept neat and comfortable.
On the day of departure...
Nice hotel and helpful staff, with convenient access to the beach and lovely views throughout.

This was an overall nice property with nice location, beautiful beach and pools. The food truck and tacos by the pool were hits for our midday lunch/snack. The buffet always had something we could enjoy. Disappointed in their process for getting into their restaurants and that their room service ends promptly at 11 pm. Their drinks also never tasted like quality alcohol. For those reasons we’d likely...
Food was good, clean, great entertainment.. Swimup bars great service.. Kids activities were awesome. Great customer service..
Enjoyed sitting by the pool. Not a swimmer, but refreshing to just get in the pool. The staff was all very helpful and our room was maintained well while we were there.
The beach is absolutely beautiful. The hotel is also beautiful. The food and drinks definitely not the best and service was very slow. We had a great time as a family, but I definitely expected better food quality, and better service.
I recently stayed at Iberostar Selection Cancun for my friend’s wedding. The property is beautiful, with stunning ocean views and a clean, well-kept beach. However, while the setting feels five-star, the experience overall was closer to a solid three-star stay.
Some staff were friendly and professional, while others seemed tired or disinterested. Communication could be tricky with a few employees...
Fantastic Stay at Iberostar Cancun! ✨
I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Iberostar Cancun. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, always going the extra mile with a genuine smile. They truly made the atmosphere welcoming and relaxing.

The hotel is an architectural gem, centrally located and with parking. The staff is excellent and very friendly! The super-comfortable beds provide a great night's sleep. We'll definitely be back!
The hotel itself is very nice and the service is generally good. The only problem is that it doesn't have hot water. We had to report it three times, and we had a small child with us. They had to change our room, and the water was more or less lukewarm. The area is very central and pleasant. Recommended if you're traveling on business or visiting, but not at all recommended if you're traveling with...
First, I'd like to highlight Pablo's kindness. He helped us choose the various tours we took in the area. The hotel is located somewhat far from the city center. The room is very spacious, but not at all cozy. It's uncomfortable and cold.
The hotel is very large. It's a bit outside the city center, but you can reach it relatively quickly on foot. The lobby is great. The room and bathroom were large and clean, but I felt like I was in a barracks outside. The price was OK. It was OK for one night.
This hotel is well-located, about 10 minutes walk from the Centro Historico. The rooms are spacious and well-kept, quiet and pretty. There are beautiful views from the balconies, and the pool is just beautiful. Although they do not currently serve food, there are nearby places to eat. Pablo was particularly helpful and knowledgeable.
Great place. Very friendly and helpful staff. It was our anniversary so they upgraded us to a suite. Food at the hotel was great. Located near some nice shops and dining establishments.

The hotel staff is very attentive and provides excellent service. The food in the hotel restaurant is of high quality. Rooms are ok.
Cleaning staff did a good job and the restaurant was good for breakfast.
The staff was great and always greeted us with smiles. The room was not good unfortunately. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, it was as hard as sleeping on the floor. The first day, the water heater was not working and we had to shower with cold water, but the next day it was fixed.
The staff were excellent and the food was good. The rooms were ok. The beds are hard which made sleeping uncomfortable. No fridge or microwave in the rooms. Bathroom was small but got the jobs done. Also they don’t sell snacks. They state in the room booklet that they exchange money in the hotel yet they wouldn’t exchange money both times I asked. Disappointing. Other than that the hotel was ok a bit...
The good:
Extremely pleasant and helpful staff. They quickly learned my name and room number and always greeted me with a smile.
The hotel is located in a nice and safe area, with plenty of restaurants, stores and public transportation within walking distance. No, no tourist attractions nearby, if that is what you are looking for but public transportation can get you there through Mexico City's traffic...

The hotel’s location is beachfront, which is perfect for travelers. The room is well-ventilated. The only problem is the parking logistics.
The entrance in the hotel is the most strange entrance that I ever seen. They provide a QR code that suposed to unlock the door and an acces turnistle. This doesn’t work at all.
Pros - Beautiful property with rooms that look like treehouses, right on beautiful sandy beach with private area with sun loungers. Rooms were clean and spacious, good WiFi and free offsite parking. Execellent property in terms of looks.
Cons - While the looks were great, we were not satisfied with the stay. Although the staff was lovely, there was a severe shortage of them, all around the property...
Hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, hotel is very unique right on the beach, breakfast and juices are wonderful. Check in process needs improvement.
Our room was great, but some amenities could be improved upon like having a coffee maker, clothing iron, and blow dryer inside the room. The staff was great, however having more personnel on site would make the manager’s job a lot more simpler.
The hotel restaurant was also overpriced for the quality of food received.
Hotel is location is perfect, with beech front access, with plenty of bars & restaurants within walking distance. Room was good with a very cold plunge pool & separate seating area to relax. Unfortunately due to shortage of staff, bars located by pools were not open, therefore no ability to get drinks or food there which was a bit disappointing. Glad I didn't listen to the bad reviews, food was good, rooms were clean, felt safe with small children. The only downside is the app for booking a la carte restaurants just did not work at all for us. There was quite a few times we were in a long line for food. There is a bit of pressure from the "concierges" to attend their "special" breakfasts to celebrate some made up event. Avoid its some confusing...
Check in: stood in line over an hour and then stood in line another hour to get room
Room: when you have 4 people, why are the beds pushed together?? No privacy (bathroom door not full and if you turn the bathroom light on, the whole room lights up
The app never worked for us to make dining reservations
Evening shows were excellent
During my stay at this hotel, the experience was disappointing and far below expectations.
The bathroom door scraped when opening, which is a basic issue that should have been resolved with minimal maintenance. The pillow was uncomfortable, directly affecting the quality of sleep, which is unacceptable for a hotel that presents itself as a comfort-oriented option.
The biggest issue, without a doubt...
Overall it’s crowded. Long lines to the buffets, not all the restaurants Included. Only beach is nice for the kids, but no activities for the kids.
housekeeping expectations were not communicated earlier. Cleaning is done every other day, but was not communicated when we checked in.
Restuarant options are limited. But the ones that are there are good.
The hotel front desk and staff were proactive and enthusiastic, and the food was decent. Although the hotel has been living in a high-rise area for a long time, the rooms have a moldy smell and outdated facilities. The swimming pool and sea view are small and crowded, with noisy noise. The physical examination during check-in was not satisfactory.

My husband and I celebrated our honeymoon at Papaya Playa and the experience blew us away. The staff’s service was exceptional and they made us feel right at home. Specifically, I would like to mention Santos, who went above and beyond to make our stay special. The property is quiet and tranquil, and the party on Saturday was the best time I’ve ever had! 10/10 would recommend
Everything was amazing! It was the best of both worlds being able to walk in the Mayan jungle on property but also being right on the beach. Property is absolutely gorgeous, multiple pools overlooking the beach, great service. Jay ass super helpful during our stay!
Cool room, great views, calm vibes. Staff is some of the best I have experienced!!

We had a great stay at PPP! Super relaxing, great service, food, and location. We took a morning yoga class as well, which was very pleasant. This hotel is far from the beach and definitely showing its age. Not a large property n has seen better days. Still, the staff try their best, are friendly and really the saving grace of the property. Breakfast variety is somewhat limited
The room was excellent, exceeding our expectations, and the restaurant was delicious. The only downside was the abundance of mosquitoes, probably due to the rainy season. We were grateful to the front desk for providing mosquito repellent.
Meh, very comfortable bed, nice TV, good air conditioning and nice room. On the other hand, apart from the restaurant, no service, no housekeeping after 8:00 p.m., no one there in case of breakdown. Our sink was clogged and the manager had to try to unclog it because no one else was there. There are lots of mosquitoes and flies that bite around the pool.
Lovely place and super close to the heart of the Tulum! I'd recommend everyone to stay here. breakfast is also wonderful.
The room facilities are good, the bed is big, you can also borrow bicycles for free, the business center service is also very good, the overall experience is very good👍

Best customer service, rooms maintainly neat. friendly staffs. Salute to Chef and kitchen, prep and servers, food is healthwise and we love it! Shout to the cool bartender, Jesus., Enrique and Manuel on dining. We enjoy our stay, Thank you so much
Overall we enjoyed our stay at Ocean Spa hotel, it was clean, well kept, and safe.
The ocean view was pretty but the beach was more of a harbour beach as other reviews have said, not really for swimming.
Pool was very nice but lots of seagulls. It would been good to have someone constantly serving at the pool to pick up food etc to keep the seagulls away.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful...
Overall, a nice place to stay.If you're not expecting too much. The beach area is small and not really what you think of when going to Cancun, it is more like a harbor beach. We only found one bartender that could make good drinks. The restaurants were decent, but the menu descriptions did not always match the food, especially in the dessert section. One comical story was when we ordered a canoli,...
The staff were very considerate and attentive to my specific post surgical dietary requirements. Gracias 🙏
The Ocean Spa Hotel was clean, affordable and nice for smaller scale hotel. It was wonderful to be on the beach side of the zona hotel , it was close to transportation to Isle Mujeres and public transit stops.
The buffet had great food and the ala carte restaurants were good to try something different.
It would have been nice to have access to the included activities of bicycles, paddle boards...
This was a nice place. Very mellow and quiet. Reminds me more of a family kinda place with kids. Food was not the best. I left every meal hungry still. Everything was great. A little outdated but worth the money. Other thing is they should mention you can not go in the beach water at this resort which ******.

The service is good, but the location is terrible. You can't relax because you're right next to a nightclub called Arena, and on the other side is Papaya Playa. You also can't use the sea because it's full of sargassum and rocks. During our stay, there weren't many of the food and drinks listed on the menu.
If you want a rave, it's a good place; if you want to relax, it's not.
Hidden paradise in the jungle .
So relaxing good food .
Thankyou Alexis -Arturo- Diego for the amazing food experience.
Wished we stayed here longer than the last spot we stayed at. This place is a getaway from the hustle and bustle. The staff are great and accommodating in every way. This place is heaven on earth!
I had a wonderful experience and the service was above and beyond. Every staff were absolutely amazing. Special Thanks to Hannibal in the front desk and Andres for the breath work and sound journey experience. This is my 3rd Habitas experience and I will continue to support this company.
Rooms were clean and people were very friendly. Very relaxing place just we weren’t able to enjoy it due to construction next door, ( I know they can’t control that but would've been nice to have known in advance),
Food was ok, just very limited small menu and not available certain items.

We quite enjoyed our oceanfront room.
Stayed here in June. Staff was kind, room was clean. Unable to swim at the beach at that time of the year due to sargassum but they also have pools. We had the suite with a pool on the rooftop and it was worth it. Property was quiet and we only saw 2-3 other guests during our 4 night stay which is what we were looking for. Peaceful place.
Beautiful hotel and helpful staff
The staff was great and the hotel was like a healing getaway while being close enough to town. It was also very easy to find off the highway.
Still a beautiful place to stay, secluded and serene. Hopefully La Palapa will be replaced. The kitchen was closed for renevation but they upgraded me to a room with a private rooftop pool.
Nestled north of Tulum, this hidden haven wraps you in stillness, where the whispers of the scenery dance with golden light. Each morning unfolds like a love letter, breathtaking views pouring through the windows, painting dreams across the sky. Private and soulfully cozy, it cradles you in nature’s gentle hush, as if the earth itself is exhaling peace.

The staff at the resort were excellent , as was the food . The spa was nice but way over priced . The whole place of Tulum was way overpriced and dirty streets . 10k a week for a room - I could have lived 10x better in Cancun or any other island in the Caribbean . Also we got robbed by the police . That was the last straw and we left early
5 day getaway, excellent service. Staff is friendly and accommodating.
Loved the staff and property itself. Our room and conditions were amazing. Only downside was the seaweed issue on the beach front - other wise beautiful stay.
