We came in after check in time and our rooms were not ready for another two hours. This delayed made it really difficult as we were traveling with young kids. The staff tried to make it better by giving us four voucher drinks. However they failed to let us know they were not for mixed alcohol drinks. That’s all the staff did. The room was amazing, the staff did an excellent job at making us feel welcomed and part of the family. There were personal touches that made the stay feel like paradise and an experience we'll never forget. A historic hotel. The facilities are somewhat dated, but I had no problems staying there. There are many restaurants nearby, and the Cheonsang is within walking distance. I was very comfortable during my stay, but overall, the bathroom ventilation and drainage were a bit lacking. Other than that, it was a pretty decent stay.

The location was good and the rooms were spacious. It's a long-established hotel so it's a bit old, but it wasn't inconvenient, and the lobby and displays throughout the hotel were like Disneyland, which is what you'd expect from such a historic hotel. Not just here, but everywhere, amenities are minimal, so it's best to bring your own treatment, toothbrush, slippers, etc.

The hotel is wonderful but lacks maintenance and cleanliness in common areas because it takes away points from a place with so much history.

I really enjoy staying at this chain, it always meets expectations and makes the stay super comfortable and pleasant. There was no hot water for the bathtube but I didn't call to get help as it was already too late. However, the service at the reception, room service, wi-fi, restaurant, they are all amazing employees.

The property was beautiful. The pools were very nice and the beach was well maintained. I loved the water exercise class. Our room was GORGEOUS! It well exceeded what I was expecting. VERY spacious and luxurious. It was nice to have a washer and dryer as well. The only thing I disliked was the lack of evening activities. Not a lot to do for families with teen/college kids.
