I stayed in a sea-view room, which was incredibly spacious. The room was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The sea view was absolutely stunning. The hotel's dining options were also excellent.

This hotel offers great value for money, especially considering its location in Zone 7. I wouldn't recommend the all-inclusive package, as the food is quite mediocre and not all restaurants are included – some require a multi-night stay. The beach, however, is lovely and has relatively few seaweed issues.

This hotel is right in the middle of Cancun's Hotel Zone. It's not a huge resort, so there aren't tons of entertainment options. The buffet selection was decent, and the suite we booked was really spacious.

The room facilities are old, but still convenient to use. It is a suite with a sofa bed in the living room. It is convenient to travel around.

Room service came very late (5pm). The room was large, but poorly maintained. The carpet was stained and in poor condition. All the furniture was very old and scratched.

This is a really beautiful newer hotel in Oaxaca. It’s away from noise but easily walkable to the city center. The rooms were quiet and had an amazing shower. Beds were super comfortable. Staff was very nice and accommodating. Food was good, but there are better options. The only thing I wish they had was a male therapist at the spa But a really great hotel.

Elegant and immaculate. Friendly and helpful staff. Didn’t try the restaurant or room service because there were so many excellent dining options nearby.

We received an upgrade for our room, it included free breakfast and free beverages and food in the afternoon. The room was very comfortable. The beds amazing.

Fabulous hotel. Expensive but worth it - staff were fantastic and really helpful organising anything we needed, room was very high spec, breakfast was excellent with an amazing number of options albeit it was expensive. ******* offered dog friendly room, which was more expensive than normal room. When registering, hotel staff indicated that dog friendly room does not include pet fee, so they charged an added cash fee.

Everything was good I just wanted to say the shower faucet didn’t work properly.

I liked that the hotel appears to be soundproofed—the rooms are spacious and clean. However, the small windows in each room can make it feel a bit closed in. That said, the restaurant, pool, and surrounding amenities contribute to a comfortable and cozy stay.

Some amenities a bit outdated, but would come back for the lovely stuff, and nice food and drinks.

The hotel d environment is comfortable facing the beach, and the restaurant breakfast established rich like to wake up to see the sea in the beach can roam freely. But the hotel facilities are more dusty.

It was nice to spend a vacation. We stayed in the ocean front view room, so we just stayed in our room the whole day. Some of our room's amenities were not working at all... the scale and stand right.

Amazing resort for families. The water park is cute. Amazing little beach. The photographer on the beach was phenomenal. The difference in sides is weird. I stayed here for 10 nights. There are clearly different standards of rooms as the one I stayed in was incredibly clean albeit very dated. I spoke to someone else who had a much more modern room with usb charging points and touch on/off lights/mirrors etc. My room had none of that. Good staff. Concierge was especially friendly and chatty. Convenient restaurant. Spacious room (Corner King) with wonderful soaking tub. Not enough places to hang towels, tub drain was confusing, and we couldn't get the TV to work, but room was otherwise nice. This is a beautiful hotel. We stayed with our little fur baby and had a wonderful experience. There are two parks nearby and a pharmacy as well. We absolutely love this hotel and stay here every time we visit Guadalajara.

It is a very noisy hotel, that beautiful inner hall in the middle of the building serves as a sound amplifier for everything that happens at the bar & restaurant, terrible any day of the week. If you are light sleeper this is not your hotel. For the rest, good food, friendly staff and clean. Great location if your visiting the EXPO.

Great value hotel with amazing staff. I knew multiple members of staff by first name by the time i left. They made a 4 star hotel feel like a 5 star. The hotel is in a central location and had easy access to ubers to get anywhere in the city.

The experience wasn't great. The hotel is quite old, and the facilities are outdated. The room had a musty smell; we stayed there for eight days and slept with that musty odor every night, which I don't think is good for our health. The air conditioning was also old, and the ventilation system was poor. I suggest the hotel make some improvements.

The hotel offers airport shuttle service, but it's difficult to find the shuttle bus from the airport. The location is a bit awkward, halfway between the airport and the city center. The room is spacious, but I wish the coffee cups were ceramic instead of paper cups.

The breakfast is fantastic. I always stay here when I'm in Mexico City. The service is excellent, and there's a shuttle to the airport. The restaurant has been renovated and is quite nice, and the prices are reasonable.

WiFi connection needs to improve and they do not have a work center or a place in the room for you to work. The staff was very friendly and they offered me a table at the restaurant but it did not have a place to plug in and the WiFi was terrible.

Very good location, beautiful view and large gardens that are worth exploring, in my opinion the only thing I would add is a gym. From there everything was excellent, we loved it and of course we would stay there again.

Very much enjoyed my stay at Be tulum. Staff was attentive and polite, rooms were as shown very spacious and secluded. Area around resort was safe and walkable to several other properties as well as eating shopping and convenience store.

It’s a nice hotel with beautiful rooms, but I don’t think it should be rated as a 5-star property. They lacked some basic amenities that most hotels provide, such as slippers, and we had to ask for toothbrushes and toothpaste twice before receiving them. The property is immediately annexed to the Galenia Hospital where we went for our annual checkups and so it's extremely convenient to stay there, as a corridor leads straight from the lobby to the hospital. The beds are comfy, the amenities are fine. There are nice restaurants and shopping centers that are nearby. The towels are terrible and the bathroom stalls look like they need better cleaning...

The pool needs a complete retile and was a bit slimy. Bed was comfortable but pillows were old, flat or lumpy. Hotel is clean and quiet and staff were wonderful. Breakfast buffet was quite good and staff were very accommodating. Not a walkable area but Uber is cheap. All in all, a pleasant stay

The location inside a jungle was very attractive and athmospheric. In the beginning, we were somewhat lost because the parking was located on a different location rather than near the entrance. However, the rooms were very clean and thought about. All was good. The experience was fantastic And we took pictures of the garden. Hilarious!

The hostel was reasonably located in the hotel zone however a bit far from downtown. The amenities were ok - kitchen was ok, it also had a lounge and cinema room and cafe was in the reception. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Made great friends. Have to put in effort to socialise there as it’s quite big. Beautiful location and property. Female only dorms. Really cool wildlife. However, Beds are creeky and don’t have guards on the top bunks to stop u falling on marble floor. Lockers sound like you’re scraping metal across the floor and wake everyone up. Not amazingly clean. Great location, super close to the beach, good facilities, pool, bar and Great Lake view. Slightly dated in the bedrooms, no curtains on the beds and the rooms could have been cleaner, I think there was som confusion as to which bunks were used and not. I had an issue but the staff were quick to respond and move me to another room quickly.

Selina Hotel offers a great quality-to-price ratio. The location is excellent — everything is close by, especially the supermarket, which is perfect for breakfast options. The hotel is also about a 10-minute walk from the beach, which is very convenient. Considering the price, it’s definitely worth recommending. Friendly staff, good Wi-Fi, and a comfortable stay overall. Highly recommended! 👍

The buffet food was delicious. It was a shame there weren't many specialty dinner options besides the buffet. Overall, the staff were friendly. I really appreciated the free room upgrade. It's my favorite hotel in Puebla. It's a beautiful hacienda-style hotel in a very private and peaceful location. The facilities are gorgeous, the service is excellent, and the staff is very friendly. Is a Nice renewed hotel, but they dont provide toilerys at room and charge for a low cost tooth brush and a tiny toothpaste even that I am an HiltonHonnors member
