It's good for a night or two. Basic but comfy and with breakfast included. The bees option for a fast business trip.

Overall the hotel is nice. Where it falls down it the breakfast. The food is edible, but not great. There is room for much improvement. I have stayed at multiple One Hotels, and this has the worst breakfast of all I have stayed in. A second point is the noise from the highway. Get a room on the back side of the hotel if you are a light sleeper

Excellent staff and accomodations.

I think I have stayed at this property maybe four or five time, only one stay was not so great. I had a room that faced the highway, and the truck noise kept me up. After that I always took a room on the opposite side, something the staff was always happy to help with, and I slept like a baby.

The hotel is on the edge of an industrial zone so a bit of traffic is nearby. Nothing unsettling.

I do not recommend this hotel if you like coffee in your room (the machine didn’t work) or a clean bathroom. There were fairly big hairs on the floor and where you put the soap in the shower, the water stunk, and there were rust stains on the floor. The vibe was absolutely blah all over this hotel. Blah.

I will be very frank and objective, the stay is good, the staff service is excellent, the facilities are good, but the bed is terrible, terrible in capital letters, to the point of sinking without any comfort in it, and that does not allow you to rest, which in general is the primary objective.

Staff were extremely courteous. Cleaning was not done properly. When some of the used glasses were left on table, they continued to be there and not replaced with new ones. Water in the shower is not strong and door for bathroom could not be easily closed. We were supposed to get free breakfast. The hotel has been nicely remodeled since my last stay there about 9 months ago. Very nice enhancements without losing its charm. Such a lovely relaxing resort just outside of Merida. The rooms are spacious, very clean and very calm. I was lucky enough to come when the resort was not very full. The large pool is great and cocktails are even better! The food is pretty good as well as drinks but they are expensive.

We were warmly greeted and accommodated. Our room was charming and felt like home. The property is well maintained and gorgeous! From the seashell filled tiles to the hidden air conditioned registers this structure was beautifully architected. The staff are exemplary and above standard in my opinion regarding the hospitality industry.

Great all inclusive hotel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and there was so much to do during our stay. The room was amazing as well as a good selection of food/restaurants - will definitely come again.

After reading other people's reviews, I finally chose this all-inclusive hotel. The food there was not as good as I expected. It was just average. The daily courses arranged by the hotel were organized by the hotel staff as coaches. There were basically not many people taking the indoor courses or they were directly cancelled. The activities in the outdoor swimming pool were very popular.

Everything was good, but I experienced racial discrimination at a Mexican restaurant, which made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

On my first day living in the sink, the water couldn't flow down, so I had to exert a lot of effort to open the sink! I live on the seventh floor and it happened to be raining and there were two leaks! I don't want to trouble them! I use trash cans and towels to keep out the water. The facilities were very good. The buffet meals were good, but too crowded, especially at breakfast: queues to get in, queues to get served. The two outstanding restaurants were the steakhouse and the French restaurant. The check-in queue was incredible, an hour's wait. Royal Pedregal is always a guarantee of cleanliness, comfort, excellent service, accessibility, privacy, and friendliness. This is the third time I've stayed there with my children, and we always leave happy and satisfied. I definitely recommend it!

Amazing views from the suite. The only issue we came across upon check in is a cash only hold instead of a credit card. It was inconvenient as we had to go withdraw 3000 as a deposit for the room in order to check in. They had no atm on-site and we had to walk about a block away to a nearby atm.

The hotel is in a good location, the new district is relatively safe, the rooms are relatively spacious, it is very close to the exhibition hall, there are shopping malls nearby, and travel is convenient. It is a good choice for business travel!
