Second time I go to this hotel. Overall I really like it. Two things that disappointed me this time: 1/ I specifically asked for a one big bed room and they said it was available, then they gave me a different room and 2/ they didn’t fill the body soap when it was almost over, we had to use the hand one to shower.
Good hotel with great services!
1. You can reserve a shuttle from here to Airport(MEX)
2. Give a try for the restaurant Daikoku at Floor B1
Overall nice place to stay
Especially Premium Levels
The hotel's location is very safe and convenient, and it is close to major tourist attractions. The view in the room is pretty good, but the hotel itself is a bit old.
I like this hotel. Very conveniently located. Plenty of restaurants around. Easy to local transportation. Nice staff.

We really enjoyed staying there.
The food in the restaurant is delicious and the evening program is great.
It is very cost-effective among the all-inclusive hotels in the hotel area, but the rooms may be ordinary because of their age. The supporting facilities such as swimming pool, beach and restaurant are not bad.
Very nice hotel. food was very good at times. Pool is beautiful and staff friendly.
Nice hotel, large rooms, but small swimming area on the beach

It's new, clean, and tidy, with excellent service. The only downside is that the toiletries weren't fully stocked. I was very satisfied with the two separate sinks, and the separate toilet and shower were very convenient. The number of towels provided was ample. The restaurant service and food were both excellent, no disappointments. They even poured champagne at check-in, and there was also a complimentary...
It was a great stay however, we were a little bit disappointed about the service. Our room was not ready on the check in time, the pillow didn’t smell good, our luggage wasn’t delivered to the lobby even after an hour after checkout etc. I think I would pay the same price to stay at a different hotel with more pools and restaurants with a larger beach and better service.
I was disappointed that they no longer have bottle service in the rooms, only one bottle now and not really what we wanted (Jack Daniel’s), but the service was very good and entertainment was excellent!! That Queen impersonators were amazing.
We stayed at secrets the vine for two nights. The hotel is beautiful and the facility is well maintained. Staffs are all friendly and welcoming. We love the room with a great below of the Caribbean Sea. The restaurants are average with a bit poor air con. They only thing that I don’t really like is the fragrance that they used at the lobby. Overall, it was a good stay and we may come back in the future
We love this hotel. It’s clean and it offered a variety of restaurants choices from bar to cafe and fine dining. You can see the beautiful view of the ocean right outside of the swimming pool. We recommend this hotel
I recently stayed at this hotel and noticed a few areas for improvement:
1. There was loud noise from what seemed like an exhaust fan outside, requiring the balcony door to be closed for quiet.
2. The room was very humid, and I hope the hotel can add a dehumidifier system.
3. There were too few power outlets, and the ones near the bed were awkwardly placed behind the bedside table, making them hard...

A very satisfying vacation. The all-inclusive hotel is really comfortable. It is good for families and couples. It is the first choice for a two or three-day vacation.
The room is big, the sofa has stains, the room service is good, the housekeeper is useless, the restaurant food is good, there is an Italian restaurant. The sea view room is worth recommending.
It's a great place for a family trip. There are a variety of action programs, so you'll enjoy yourself without realizing how much time has passed.
Will I ever come back again in my life?
I'm glad I lived long and hard to find a place like this on the other side of the world from where I live.
It's sad, but I can't promise that I'll come back.
I hope I never forget this memory for the rest of my life
Great choices for breakfast and lunch and dinner.

Incredible stay. The staff goes above and beyond 110% of the time. The hardest workers I've ever seen. The atmosphere here is fantastic, fun and lively at night and a little calmer and more fun during the day. I wasn't completely impressed with the whole meal, but I ate very well. Lobby tacos for dinner are by far the best food. So good and the light green sauce was delicious. The spa had many...
Amazing! So glad to be back! Got this place for a fantastic price at .ᴄᴏᴍ I love this hotel and am very glad I stayed here for much less than I usually pay. There is a reason we return to this resort year after year! Service, food, drinks, rooms - everything is great. We've been here many times and stayed in many places, but there is no better family resort than Fiesta Americana Condesa Cancún...
Very nice hotel) mostly Americans, funny evenings, with musical classics of the late 90s. nothing works since 11 p.m., the bar is closed, only room service, we waited for almost an hour(
Great experience. Great food. The only complaint, but it did affect my stay there was how insane it was to order shots. I am 27 years old. I have the same ID bracelet as all the others who need to be of age to drink. Most bartenders would give me a shot after begging and pleading...they told me they were told to not give shots to anyone who looked under 45. What?!?! I paid just like the rest. I’m sorry...
Food: good variety and the Mexican food there is great, however American and Asian food lack flavor and effort. This resort was everything we hoped it would. A perfect balance of tropical but not jungle like, modern but not over the top where you don't feel like you're in Mexico. The staff were all wonderful to work with from the time we checked in until checkout. Was it perfect? No! They just reopened after a huge remodel of the resort. The usual opening hiccups but nothing that time won't correct. The...
The room was clean and felt very spacious. Our room had a great location, close to the kids pool. The staff were friendly, asked if I need anything before I even knew I needed something. My boyfriend and I just returned from Secrets Playa Mujeres and we have nothing bad to say about this place. It is beautiful with staff that is friendly and welcoming. We stayed here as a family of four and couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. We stayed 7 nights at Seadust. We chose oceanfront because it has jacuzzi in its large balcony. The room’s big but they should put some sofas in the room. The bathroom needs an upgrade. Although the facilities are a bit dated, they are quite well-maintained given their age.
Excellent service with a warm touch. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations. The restaurant service was impeccable, and the steakhouse for dinner was delicious. The breakfast area offers breathtaking sunrise views! Even though it was only for one night, I highly recommend it.
Family friendly, more kids activities.
The food was delicious, delicious, delicious – that's the main point! No reservations needed; you can eat at any of the restaurants. The service was excellent; even though I gave a tip, they weren't rude even if I didn't.

Room and staff were nice. The walls were very thin - I could hear everything outside and the tv / conversations of the people in the rooms next to me and whatever was happening in the hallway. Not ideal when waking up early for a flight, but the location was perfect.
The location is definitely the highlight of this hotel. They have an airport shuttle from terminal 2 that goes every 20minutes. Then there is a bridge to terminal 1 that is a 3 minute walk, very convenient.
The room was okay and the staff were friendly enough
I would stay here again for an early/late flight.
Great location
Poor service, poor room service (still waiting for a knife to cut my fruits, 5$ for a pod of coffee), poor reception service
Old furniture and carpet
Not worth its price
Good airport hotel it is directly connected to the terminal and has also a direct shuttle service to Terminal 2
It’s great location and very nice hotel
Excellent hotel, cannot fully evaluate it cause I couldn’t stay as much as planned, because of a delayed flight, but for what I could see is beautiful and has a perfect location in regard to proximity to the airport. If you arrive at T2, just take the airport trainer to T1 and you’ll arrive through a flyover very easily :)

The pre-booked meal was delicious!
The buffet, however, was just okay.

Best hotel ever….. everything was great especially Alfonso one of the butlers, he was very nice to us
No hot water for three out of four days.
Service was very very bad, the food was ok. Water tasted weird, not the best service & some rooms had issues too.
Perfectly located on the Cancun Hotel Zone strip, this resort strikes a great balance — close enough to the action if you want it, yet far enough away to truly unwind. The property itself is charming, not overly large, which makes everything easily accessible.

One of my fav spots during my time in Cancun and I stayed at 5 different places. Super fun vibes highly recommended and the rooms were magical the view unreal and the restaurants and shows perfect atmosphere.
We have had a lovely 10 day stay at Emporio Cancun. The food was absolutely fantastic. Prepared freshly and beautifully. We didn’t go all inclusive so can’t comment on the food etc, but the hotel and service we received was great, the hotel was very spacious and clean and had everything we needed. The private beach was wonderful and very clean. The location was perfect for us as we was far enough out of the hotel zone and only a bus ride away or 6 dollars on...
We stayed at Emporio Cancun with my wife and our 8-year-old twin daughters, and we were honestly surprised by the high quality of the hotel—it was well above what we expected.
The gastronomic experience was a major highlight. Being able to secure reservations at renowned restaurants like Fasano and Bacoli made our trip truly special; the food was world-class.
Another point that deserves special praise...
Good value for money. The hotel is close to the airport, and it’s very convenient since buses to supermarkets, malls, and downtown run frequently. I was especially impressed by how dedicated the beach lifeguards were—they clearly take safety very seriously.
There are quite a lot of stairs, which can be a bit tiring at first, but after a few days you start to figure out shortcuts, so it becomes manageable...
Its a great property with breathtaking views of the beach. We had the beachfront room with amazing view. A wonderful, clean, well-maintained hotel, especially the bar is excellent. I recommend it.
Every time I go on a business trip, I stay in a hotel with an OXXO store, a barbecue restaurant, a Japanese food restaurant, and a supermarket nearby.
It's about 7-8 minutes away from the exhibition hall by Uber. It's very convenient. The room is clean and the breakfast is rich. There are many places to eat near the hotel, including pizza and Italian food. It's worth recommending.

It’s a big scale hotel with all the facilities, swimming pools are nice. Service is just standard, welcome snacks are missing and we have to ask to slippers. Thought it’s pretty standard provision for the fees we’re paying. Great views from the rooms.
The breakfast buffet was abundant, and the room facilities were new, clean, and hygienic.
Magnificent resort in Cancun. Our dream holiday was perfect choosing this hotel. Super friendly and attentive staff, the pool is amazing and the beach area just incredible.
• Staffs are friendly, polite & helpful. I like the quiet and avoid the crowds of tourists from the all-inclusive hotels. Best choice for couples.
• Breakfast is delicious with a variety of choices.
• The beach is clean & beautiful.

Great hotel at a great location! Walking distance to many must-see Mexico City places such as Templo Mayor Museum, Constitution Plaza, Palacio Postal, Palacio de Bellas Artes, etc. Roomy room with toilet and shower in separate rooms. Nice breakfast with many food choices.
Just completed a wonderful stay at the Hilton Mexico City Reforma! The room I had appeared to have been very recently renovated or, at least, was clean with new fixtures. hotel is new and clean. food and service is average. Beach is small and terrible, too many seaweed. Very windy as well.
The room was great, the food was good. But despite high price and paying for the preferred VIP package there was a push for upselling dinner meals, excursions, and day beds. We tried room service twice and both times the order was wrong and took 1.5 to 2 hours so we didn’t try after that. The kids club and kids park was amazing the staff was good for that. But for the high price and understaffing,...
I was looking for a reasonably priced, newly built, all-inclusive hotel and decided on this one. I chose this hotel because I wanted to stay at the hotel and use its facilities, so even though it wasn't in the main hotel zone, I was okay with it. Everyone was friendly, the food was decent, and I had a great time!
In general, it is good. But there is one weird thing when they promote the preferred club, sometimes 185usd / 135usd / 85 usd / 65usd
Although I made a reservation for 4 nights, when I arrived at the hotel, I was not able to stay in the club floor room due to the air conditioning not working properly, and was forced to stay at a different hotel. The alternative hotel did not meet my requirements.

Upon arrival, we discovered our room was a side sea-view room. The cost to upgrade was too high, so we opted not to and actually switched hotels for the remaining days of our trip. We also felt that their premium...
Spacious and clean, but you have to shout to be heard, and the layout is a bit odd.
Overall, it's pretty decent. This was the second hotel we've stayed at in Cancun, and while the first one was pricier, leading to a slight downgrade, it doesn't overshadow this hotel's strengths. Its affordability is definitely one of its major advantages.

Hotel Cristal | Cancun, Mexico
If you’re looking for that "1990s Spring Break" nostalgia mixed with a view that looks like a literal postcard, Hotel Cristal is your time machine. It’s not the sleek, ultra-modern glass tower your influencer cousin stays in, but it has a certain retro charm that I actually dug.

Fantastic atmosphere and dining, though rooms need a little TLC
We had a lovely stay at this resort. Our first impression was very positive, and the reception team made us feel welcome right away. The off-season is truly amazing – fewer people and a great price. The Caribbean really lives up to its reputation. As for restaurants, the buffet is actually the best. Definitely avoid the Japanese restaurant (unless you manage to get a teppanyaki booking), and the Italian one is just okay; the desserts have a strange artificial flavor. The room was in serious need of updating. The toilet paper holder was falling off of the wall. The mirror had large black streaks down it where the plating came off the back. There was one time the world cafe took a long time to seat me, when the restaurant wasn’t full and I didn’t have much time. That was my only complaint thus far, other than that, maybe more cabs should be available to get from the beach to the gym.
Great place overall. Food 8.5/10 if that food wasn’t too good. Rooms were okay clean but something sure enough bit us up in that bed.
Rooms were clean, a little dated. Restaurants were good & staff at these restaurants were great. However our experience with the staff in the world cafe was hit & miss. The preferred club staff on the beach were amazing — saturnino, Marcos, Laura, Salvador, Guadalupe, all the staff were fabulous

At check in we were told we would be given an up grade, when in fact the room had only one bed. We specifically stated that we needed 2. No apology, needless to say we were downgraded.
We loved the hotel and entertainment team. Food was a bit disappointing at times, but the drinks and entertainment were great and the beach beautiful.
