Very respinsive staff. Maintenance is completed promptly Air Conditioning soaked the floor and damaged our clothes. Someone was aware of the situation as the put a towel outside our door, but didn't report the issue. Didn't appreciate that. We lost two pairs of shoes.

All the workers were friendly and very helpful, making the experience even better. One of the days we were there, there was no running hot water and made us wait later in the day in order to shower.

The environment and food were generally good, nothing particularly outstanding, but definitely passable. The hotel's own entertainment activities were a highlight; they organized group activities for guests at the bar, by the water, and on the beach.

The room was spacious, and the sea view was absolutely beautiful. The all-inclusive services were also excellent, and the food in the restaurants was delicious. It was a very pleasant vacation experience, and the price I paid for booking in advance was very good value for money!

Family of four (including 2 teens) stayed at the Conrad in room 3307 for one week. We had an ocean-view, 2 Queen room and opted for the Ceiba Club. Beautiful property and wonderful service. The hot tubs were not heated in multiple areas and the hot tub on our balcony was not working. The food was OK, but not as good as what we have had in comparable resorts in Mexico.

We had a fabulous time. The staff was so cordial and professional. Every restaurant and poolside area was beautifully maintained. Food was superb and prices reasonable for a resort. Daniel the boss of the beach and pool areas was delightful and so helpful and kind. The car service and luggage guys were great and the room stewards were fabulous.

Incredible place, sophisticated architecture and exceptional service! We went with God's children and had a very pleasant time, they loved it! The only downside is the extra costs for food and drinks, which are quite high!

We had a good time staying here. The beach was so beautiful and I could see it from my room. The food was very good. The service for cleaning room can be improved. Overall we enjoyed the time at this hotel.

I read some reviews saying the rooms were a bit old, but it was actually better than I expected. The view is absolutely stunning, and the all-inclusive dining offers a great variety of options. Some of the restaurants require reservations and have a dress code. Overall, it's perfect for a relaxing vacation.

The rooms are comfortable. The dinner at Seders bordered on inedible. The ceasar salad dressing was flavorless on lettuce that was near frozen. The packaged croutons on top did not redeem the salad. Housekeeping rang the doorbell before 8:30 am two days in a row. The front desk should inform housekeeping when someone checks out. Or the restaurant could inform housekeeping when guests arrive for breakfast...

Our stay at the JW Marriott was very nice. But I wanted to give a special shout out to Marianna Pineda, Guest relations manager. We met her at the club lounge and she went out of her way to make us feel welcome and appreciated. Marriott is very fortunate to have such a charming, warm, kind and interesting person working for them. She truly made us feel that her home is our home.

Very good!!! The service is humane. The hardware is absolutely 5 stars. Breakfast is 8 points. The location is great if you like high-end communities.

I loved all the breakfast choices. Get there early because it can get crowded. Parking was really easy because it’s below the property and secure.

The room was very nice. The beds are very comfortable. They were clean. They were able to accommodate us to have connecting rooms last minute. I would say the only negative thing is you hearing belligerent people yelling at 11:30 at night. That only happened our last night there. Other than that, the stay was very pleasant.

Hotel is looking tired and so are the rooms. Upgraded to a master suite and while it was quite spacious the room looked quite old and tired. The main bathroom was a tiny inspite of it being a suite. I had a great stay at Hard Rock Hotel Guadalajara. The hotel is awesome with a cool rock theme, comfortable rooms. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything felt clean and modern. It is a bit pricey, but it is totally worth it for the experience and extras like the spa, gym, and great location near shopping and attractions. I would definitely come back. Nice hotel and restaurant. Went for the atmosphere of the rock n roll restaurant. Would've been nice to visit the pool side bar at roof, but it was reserved for non-existing hotel clients. Restaurant was as always with HRC quality. Staff is polite and try their best at Hard Rock Hotel.

Hotel feels tired. As far as I know, it’s new but furniture and overall rooms are damaged. Security is very overwhelming. You don’t feel welcomed or secure, but harassed at many times.

I stayed at Sofitel for three days. It is a good hotel in the area. The facilities are relatively new, the bedding is soft, the breakfast is quite rich, and the location is very good in the city center.

The room is very big and beautiful, facing the Angel of Independence Square. The breakfast is very rich, you can order, and the service is very good. There is a 711 convenience store next to it. There is a Chinese restaurant across the street, which is very convenient.

When we checked in, the “fabulous” Mitzy, noticed that one in our party was having a birthday, two days in to our stay (was very observant in looking at the passport to pick that up!). Once again, I stayed at the Hyatt. The location, the rooms, the food—everything in general is a 10 out of 10. I’ve stayed at other hotels before and I’ve always regretted it. Whenever I go to Guadalajara, the Hyatt is the best option.

We had a good stay in general. Loved the Regency Club amenities. We were very disappointed to not room service until after 3:00 pm the first day. We were very tired and wanted to rest. They advertise a heated pool, each day it was cold outside in the afternoon. The hallways are very dark. The shower does not have an assist bar and the shower floor is very slippery.

The highlight was the delicious daily breakfast buffet. Karen provided exceptional service. We will definitely be back.

Everything was great until the day we were leaving. The company “Lomas Travel” attempted to scam their way into some money by not letting us know when departure was supposed to happen. Four seasons has consistently superior service. The rooms are a bit outdated but very comfortable, clean and quiet. The hotel is under going renovations so I assume the rooms Will be exceptional once completed. The courtyard and dining options are excellent. Staff truly go above and beyond.

I had the worst allergies in the room because of the carpet and dust. Our lights and black dust around the lantern covers. The rooms are definitely run down and I don’t think it’s worth 1k a night. There’s better newer hotels in Mexico City you can stay at for half the cost. Service here was also mid which I wasn’t expecting for a four seasons

Public space is nice, along the lines of what you would expect at Four Seasons. Similar experience at check in/out. The rooms I found to be 3/4 star. Bathroom felt almost cheap. Furniture needs upgrading - cabinet drawers didn’t work properly, desk had wobbly legs. Unremarkable overall.

Great stay. However, I found UBER "Black"much less expensive than hotel transportation option for trips during our stay.

Located in a beautiful place in Mexico City, easy to find, with very easy access, it looks good, and everything was super clean. The staff was nice. The room was clean and comfortable, all super clean. The Wi-Fi is useless; it's better to use your data. The gym is super complete; you'll find a lot of equipment for your workout. The pool is small but really pretty. There are a lot of amenities.

Since it was a Sunday, the roads in front were closed for bikers and runners, which meant no traffic at all such a great experience. The hotel is not up to W standards. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is good but basic, the spa is very small, the rooms are old.

Normally I don't comment, but at this price, you must avoid the W in Melbourne. I paid almost 4️⃣oo🔪, and when I complained to the front desk that the price and room did not match, the front desk said they received 2️⃣2️⃣o🔪. The middleman's fee is too high. Even if the price at the front desk is much better, you can choose the Hyatt next door.

Convenient location, suitable for business travel

It is two levels lower than the W Hotel in China. The safety of the wealthy area is beyond doubt. It can only be said that Mexico has its own national conditions.

The value for money leaves much to be desired. The rooms are smaller than those in other hotels of the same category. The service was generally slow. The spa experience was extremely disappointing. They didn't provide the full service; for example, since the massage ended at 8 pm, they were in a hurry for us to leave; they had already turned off the steam rooms for both men and women.
