We have stayed at other Namrom properties (Xela and Nest in Tulum, and La Valise in San Miguel de Allende) and all feature caring and attentive staff, great locations and well appointed rooms. We had planned to stay again at Xela, next door to Encantada, but it was booked for a wedding. We stayed for a week and had a marvellous time. Encantada is small, eco friendly and luxurious. The beach is beautiful and the staff are kind and make one feel very at home. They will arrange outings if one wants but we enjoyed lying on the beach beds, reading and sipping margaritas! The upper ocean view room is wonderful. It gets windy but the view is spectacular.

The property was better than expected. It was very relaxing, the site is gorgeous and being surrounded by so much nature was breath taking. Staff was very friendly and since there was not much traffic this time of the year we had quick access to a lot of places. Super recommended.

I liked the place, a lot. It’s private, and the staff are phenomenal. I went to them with several questions, and always got good answers. I talked to one of the owners, and complimented him on the staff. I recommend staying there. There is a cenote on the property, that has been incorporated into the hotel grounds.

The hotel design is excellent and very aesthetic but it is not the “luxury” experience that is advertised. The rooms are a little basic and are tired in some places (wonky cabinet doors, cracks in flooring, cheap broken roller blinds on the windows). We booked this hotel for a reduced price and think the reduced price was fair given how expensive Tulum is but would not recommend booking without a discount

Kan Tulum is an absolutely beautiful property. It felt like an oasis every time we arrived back at the property. The staff were all very kind and helpful with anything that we needed. Lovely bungalows right on the beautiful white sand beach. I received an upgrade from a partial sea view room to a full sea view suite on arrival, which was a nice surprise! Bungalows were clean, facilities were good, staff were helpful and friendly. All in all a relaxing few days!

Our retreat with our local Pilates studio was AMAZING here. From the arrival till departure they made sure our experience was top notch. The food was spectacular. We had an excellent stay at Amansala after a tricky start to our holiday. Wonderful staff in a dated themed hotel, but excellent for money for those on a tightbudget, you get what you pay for.

The room was very clean and there was a pool, so I was very satisfied. The Wi-Fi was fast and there were no problems. There were times when the shower did not have hot water.

The hotel has what you need and is close to restaurants and pubs. It is a cozy area to walk around and look around. There are two restaurants connected to the hotel. A cozy pool where you can order drinks. The only minus I can think of is that the wifi did not reach the pool.

Good welcoming , nice service but the water is not too hot

The staff is impatient and has no desire to satisfy and please the customer. They resolve everything by simply letting us know we can make a "complaint." The pool is under construction, which isn't communicated before booking. There was only one outlet for the TV and another in the bathroom, and none near the beds.

The service was very good. The location is excellent for my needs, as close to the bus station. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and shopping nearby. The hotel restaurant has a very friendly staff. The food is good too.  It was my 4th stay at the hotel and I would stay there again.

I did hours of research wanting something chill, safe, beachfront, and actually giving jungle vibes. Delek nailed it. Bare in mind, this was our first trip to Mexico. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The front desk helped us to atrange airport transport and a tour. The room was clean and well cared for. We have stayed at this resort several times, and we continue to love it. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and the location — toward the South end of the hotel zone —offers a quieter, more relaxing beach experience. I would come back to this property, next time I’m in Cancun, and atayed in a lagoon view balcony room. The room amenities were nice (full kitchenette, 2 bottles of water + coffee + tea, stackable laundry in room, etc.) and the view was of part of the lagoon, lots of palm trees, the back of property pool (quieter) and the Flow Rider surfing machine, which operates on limited hours. We stayed as a part of our vacation club ownership. All the staff was very helpful and friendly, special shoutout to our assigned concierge representative- Brenda, I also enjoyed activities (HIIT, water aerobics) with Geromo. They have multiple pools on property, direct access to the beach. Also both the sports bar and the Sea &Stone restaurant were very good. We enjoyed our stay.

The food options were very limited and complicated. They need to have basic meal options and pump up the quality of the items. We had to travel to IHOP to eat a decent breakfast. Their Buffet was terrible. Food was dry and sitting too long. No variety. They would close 2 pools in the evening and all guest had no option than to all be in one pool , but they advertise 3 pools. Nice resort to relax and swim. Pools are fun. Main pool is in the sun most of the day but there is a lot of shaded lounge chairs. Food is average and not a lot of options. During summer the seaweed is bad and you cant swim in the ocean. Beds are nice and room was great. We had a balcony with ocean view, a kitchen, and washer/dryer. Bus stop is easy to walk to and close by.

We stayed here and honestly loved the time we spent here. Staff was super friendly, good variety of food for breakfast and the room was super extra clean. Would love to book with you again and again!

This is hidden gem in Tulum, it has a lot of charm. I go diving with Infinity2Diving and they are around the corner from this hotel. The staff is ver accommodating and friendly. The chef there is ready to serve you a great breakfast. I will definitely stay there for all my upcoming diving trips. Thank you Strabon!!

Loved it Had a wonderful stay. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Had to book a cab early in the morning for a tour. The time for pick up kept changing. And the front desk was awesome in helping me. Highly recommend. Everything is within walking distance but if you need a cab it's easy to do. If and when I come back to Tulum I will def stay here again. Great for the price.

You are not allowed to bring your own alcohol beverages. They will charge you, the hot has a tub is part of the spa and it hourly charge!

Very disappointed. They did not have room we reserved, it was VERY loud from 5-7 with Libby noise and film crew literally outside our window. Good vibe but not a good value! Expensive and not maintained well.

The Condesa Hotel is within a quiet, tree-lined area of Mexico City with a very local Mexican, not touristy feel. Our terrace was lovely just outside our glass-walled bedroom!

Only problem is that the water for tub is barely warm, so it’s impossible to take a bath, it’s very odd, by the time you fill the bathtub, it’s cold again, which was a let down because I waited all week for that bathtub moment, and they have a coffee maker in the room but provide no coffee for it which is confusing. When I booked my vacation stay, I didn't realize it was all-inclusive. Imagine my pleasant surprise when the cost of the hotel room included all meals and unlimited drinks, including alcoholic beverages. From existing reviews it may be hard to gather a good overview of this property. Our recent stay was our second in 2 years. We have found this property perfect for families with kids 12 and under. The hotel is very nice. If you book the Sens, it's best to eat there to avoid queuing at the Grand Palm. Also, be aware that the à la carte restaurants close at 9 pm, so you should arrive earlier to avoid missing out on a good dinner.

This is a paradise on Earth. Rustic, eco cabanas by the sea, no noise, no fuzz, just the beauty of the jungle and ocean waves at your front door.

What a treasure! Nima Local is truly a home away from home. The staff and surroundings are a combination of comfort, cozy, and luxury. Casa Nima is an exceptionally lovely small hotel on a beautiful street in Roma Norte. The staff is outstanding and the rooms and other accommodations are beautiful.
