Beautiful hotel, very close to the old town. The staff were all lovely and helpful. There was a communal water dispenser on each floor, which dispensed both still and sparkling water, which I thought was a nice touch. Stayed at this hotel for a long weekend break in Krakow. Room was very clean, nice little bathroom and a very, very comfy bed. Hosts were kind and pleasant helping me to find an open chemist when I had an allergic reaction to something. I am only marking this down one point due to renovations being undertaken in their restaurant which woke us up early every morning.

This is an extremely pleasant in the Kazimierz district and a great base from which to explore the city. The rooms are a decent size. The food is good enough. The hotel was clean comfy beds and pillows but the breakfast was not the best. The coffee not great and the fruit juices offered at breakfast were very watery and didn’t taste nice. The cooked breakfast was not of a great standard. The toaster didn’t work and just warmed the bread.

Very clean and beautiful resort. Great for families with kids. Big aquapark with slides, wavepool, and a wellness for a small extra cost. Nice little town and good hiking trails. Just the road from Czech boarder is very narrow and winey. So if you have kids that get car sick, prepare.

We visited the aquapark at Sandra SPA and had a great experience! The water was warm, everything was very clean, and the whole place is well-maintained. It’s perfect for families with kids there’s plenty for them to do but also great for adults thanks to the quiet zones where you can relax and unwind. I've been staying in Hotel Raymont even breviously. It is a little bit aged hotel but a good budget hotel. Nothing fancy, just a dated room, but nice and clean. It's not a Sheraton, but you only pay 1/8th (or even less) of Sheraton night. I've never tasted their breakfast, because there is a fridge in the room so I manage my own breakfast. "spa" is a pool and sauna but the biggest issue we had was the room being too hot. No AC, no fan and radiators permanently on. Hotel is cheap but very dated. Heating issue not resolved and was offered to move room but that was too little too late.

Amazing breakfast buffet, but the main course of dining was a bit disappointing. The cocktails and local beers are worth trying. It’s nice to take a walk or rent a bike to explore the nearby lakes. I think this website lists that there is no lift but there is one which was a nice surprise.
