Clean, Comfortable, Good location, Helpful staff

We stayed yesterday in Copernicus Hotel Torun, and we enjoyed very much from everything. The room, the meals, the swimming pool, the location of the hotel - close to the old city of Torun and mainly, We enjoyed the assistance we received from Kinga, a member of the hotel's reception team, on every issue we needed. We felt from her timely and relevant responses that we were in good hands. Shimon Lior

Home if Copernicus Overnight stay on our way to Warsaw. The old town is within walking distance with quaint eatery s. You can tour the town in about 4 to 6 hours.

Super hotel in Torun, with very nice view on the river Weisel, very close to old town of Copernicus, just 10min walking distance. Parking places are available. Swimming pool in and out are great. One minus, the Sauna is very little, and there is no room to relax. You need to go back to your room to do so. My recommendation to the hotel management. I stayed at the hotel with my partner for one night and overall we had a very good experience! To start off, we had a bit of an unfortunate situation that we mentioned to the reception staff and they were so quick and kind to resolve it immediately! Soon as you walk to the room there is this smell,I've been there 3 times and smell was in every room.Hotel needs updating ,small tv ,and no usb in every room.The only good thing was the breakfast .

Lovely seaside hotel with large and breezy rooms. We had view towards the sea which was excellent. Our rooms had balconies and it was nice to sit outside and cat h the breeze. Breaks fast is plentiful although crowded at the weekend. Nice restaurant too

Slightly disappointed. Apart from exceptional location, the rest is actually quite average. The room was not very cosy, the mutual area not very much inviting either. The service however was correct. Friendly and attentive staff. Good venue for a short stay, but not memorable.

Fantastic views and property is very nice but they need to invest into the garden more. The staff at the restaurant were very nice, Victoria, Agnieszka and Dominika in particular but everyone was friendly- the room service shuts down too early, would be nice if they stayed open longer or have 24/7 food for the room

Great hotel, located at the sea, professional staff. Room was rather small but comfortable. The best point are hot thubs and pools, both indoor and outdoor are available, all great. Good sauna area but some was closed due to maintenance. There is also relax room with sea view, adults only. I would visit again for sure.

Good location, nice breakfast, cosy room

We loved our stay at Hotel Swing. The staff are exceptionally helpful and the facilities excellent. This is a perfect break for young families, mainly for the proximity to the water park.

Good hotel. Pretty comfy beds, friendly staff, ok. choice if it comes to a breakfast menu. Coffee not the greatest - the one from the machine is watered down, and the one order a la carte not much better. They need to work on that (4 star service rating for mediocre coffee). The hotel is beautiful! Polite and kind staff. Comfortable clean room! Very tasty breakfasts and a large and varied selection of food. There is a spa - and this is a nice bonus, where you can relax after a walk around the city. There is a shopping center and a transport stop nearby - it is very convenient. I loved the location of the hotel. It was a walking distance to downtown and other landmarks, including Kasprowy gondola. The hotel has a nice buffet restaurant and the swimming pool. Staff was very friendly and clean rooms.

If you are looking for a quiet resort away from civilization this isnt it. As a matter of fact, if you are looking for a quaint mountain resort, Zakopane is not your town. The hotel is very kid friendly, however the age bracket stops at 6 years old. Check in was ok. Room accommodations not prepared with separate twin beds, but quickly corrected. The property very attractive, and family friendly, but a lot of kids. It was very noisy and I wanted to enjoy the pool and hot tub and could not visit during the hours. I was very disappointed.

Beautiful brand new resort. I would highly recommend staying here except that it’s more for families as opposed to single adults who are looking for a peaceful getaway.

It was a very pleasant stay—clean, comfortable, and convenient. The 24/7 check-in was smooth and hassle-free. We stayed for only one night and would definitely recommend this place for quick access to the airport.

Needed somewhere close to the airport. Staff were nice. Room was spacious and very clean. Dinner was nice although we had to go searching for staff. Breakfast was overpriced but the porridge was incredible.

A nice hotel on the outskirts of Krynica. The only major disadvantage was a lousy internet link. The rooms were shiny, bed linen was clean. One could eat in the restroom.

The location is convenient, close to the beach. Perhaps because it's winter, there were fewer guests, but the sauna was always busy. Winter rates are quite reasonable, and the quality is good! I would visit again.

We were here for a vacation for 11 days and I do really reccomend to stay here, it is like 150 meters away from a beach, so that is a plus. Location of the hotel is good. The hotel itself is quite big and comfortable. I could find everything necessary in the room. And an important thing for me, it was quiet there. There was a variety of products for the breakfast, so you may have a good meal in the morning.

Comfortable beds but there is no privacy in the room (door in the bathroom didn’t work and the acoustic is poor). The prices in the hotel info left in the room were different from reality :/ Nice swimming pool opened from 7:00 am. Two external jacuzzi but one of them didn’t work. Superb coastal location with a private entrance to the beach that's accessed via a lovely pine forest. A five minute walk away from the port and the town centre. We’ve stayed at many five-star resorts, and this one fell just a little short of expectations. The location is excellent, but a few areas could be improved. The gym doesn’t quite match the standard of the property, breakfast can feel overwhelming on busy mornings with not enough staff, and the rooms are on the darker side with only showers, small closets, and no iron/ironing board unless requested...

The room was clean but there was no phone, so it was inconvenient to communicate with the front desk.

Just very goofy with the woman in the blond ponytail marching around with a broom and turning up the the lights while we were dining. I could have done without that. The hotel was large. The breakfast was good. The room was clean but a few things needed replacing like the drain plugs in the sink. Also around the bathroom mirror needed replacing as it was black. These issues didn’t present a problem.
