Nice hotel in the center of Szczecin. The room was spacious, with everything you need. The bathroom was a decent size. The hotel pool is great for relaxing, the sauna is good. The breakfast is varied and delicious. Malwina at the reception is wonderful, helpful and very kind.

Location of the hotel is good. The decor is ok, but dated. Breakfast offering and service were good. The one thing that was lacking was the cleanliness. Bed side cabinet had glass marks from previous guests that were not cleaned during my 2 day stay, bathroom/shower were not clean properly. As my room was overlooking the street, trams were very noisy but there is not much that can be done about it

On the Brda River, very convenient

Property visibly worn out a bit. Obviously seen the better days. Worst one: air conditioning not working in my room. After unseasonably warm, sunny day the southern exposure room was really hot and stuffy. Because of that I could not fall asleep before 3 am when the room finally cooled down thanks to open windows. Not the kind of trouble you expect from $100 (quite steep for provincial town in Poland...

We stayed in an apartment, a huge one but poorly furnished and decorated - needs more touch :) The car park isn't big but able to accept a good number of cars. Breakfast pretty tasty except for coffee that was terrible. Overall, ok but there are cosier hotels in the city

Nice hotel, big pool, good stuff, great breakfast, just a bit expensive. Anti covid restrictions are not forced by the stuff, that is the reason fot one star down.

I think the Mercure is one of the best. It's a fantastic, large hotel with underground parking, a large pool, a spa, and a fitness center. The rooms are large and clean. The only issue is breakfast. Because of the coronavirus, you can't grab what you see and want, but you have to tell the waiter, and they'll bring it to you... It's a bit inconvenient, but the waiters are very nice!

Lovely area , the personel very friendly, breakfast quite nice. But room had some missing bits for being a 4star hotel. No body lotion in the bathroom. Towels in super bad shape. Small little things that makes this a 3 star hotel. But overall we’re happy.

The hotel is located just a few steps away from the beach. The restaurant serves good food, also breakfast was great - incl. fresh fruit juices, vegetables, etc. The room was spacious, equipped with tea and coffee facilities. Just positive points.

Good place near downtown, the service and atention of people working there quiet correct and really easy to park around if you go by car. But it is also true that my room needed urgently a renovation. It didn't match with a four stars facilities.

The single rooms are in the old part of the building which is a different experience from the new. Still a comfortable stay and good value.

Lovely renovated hotel, family friendly. Lots of space in family appartement. Only swimming pool looked a little dated and a bit too small but rest top nodge.

Very basic hotel - Air conditioning did not go below a certain number and it was boiling in the room - pointless having it! had to ask for a fan considering it was 36 degrees. This hotel is very basic, much like a travelodge. There are alot nicer/good location hotel to stay in for the same price. We only stayed here as easyjet would payout for a 3 star or less. Great location and view from terrace on the 15th floor. Friendly personnel. Breakfast and dinner were fine but not equal to 4* hotel. If its hot outside you cannot get easily fresh air in the room and there is no AC. Don`t expect 4* quality at this place (maybe at the time when it was built few decades ago).

Friendly, efficient, accomodating staff who are always happy to help and offer advice. The hotel is perfectly located for access to he old town and Christmas markets. The rooms are kept spotlessly clean. The food in the bar was really nice, with a good selection. Breakfast can be a little chaotic but still enjoyable. Modern well presented hotel in Good location for exploring city centre. Was particularly impressed by the way one of the reception staff handle a complaint from a very rude self centred client. The client showed persistent agressive behaviour but they were handled politely and patiently by the receptionist.

Rather a solid 3 than a 4. The hotel is new, but far from the center, there is not even a refrigerator in the room.

We had a great two night stay at Hotel St. Bruno. The room was large and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The spa facilities were good and the staff friendly - particularly the younger guy who I think was the manager.

A little information for those who want to stay in a Deluxe room, in our case it was on the first floor, near the entrance door. During the day, the curtains do not block the light, as we traveled with a one-year-old child, he needed a daytime sleep. Wonderful experience , hotel has old castle style. If you don’t like brick walls, wooden beams and squeaky floors then it’s not for you. I loved everything about it. However, we booked as a couple to go skiing nearby, not to spend the time with kids there. 2 hair dryers were in one bathroom and both did not work. Aside from that, the wifi is bad, constantly disconnecting and being slow. The rooms themselves are nice and cozy, but you’d expect those amenities to at least work.
