Wellness area is really small, the jacuzzi is still full with people mainly because of its funny size (like 3 people). Sad but truth.

We had a good time at this hotel, but it’s well overpriced, parking with an extra fee which is no giving a guarantee of space. I can give a good rating, because I believe the hotel is trying to be accommodating to families and tries to provide to everyone. However, we booked as a couple to go skiing nearby, not to spend the time with kids there. Stayed at this hotel for a long weekend break in Krakow. Room was very clean, nice little bathroom and a very, very comfy bed. Hosts were kind and pleasant helping me to find an open chemist when I had an allergic reaction to something. I am only marking this down one point due to renovations being undertaken in their restaurant which woke us up early every morning.

This is an extremely pleasant in the Kazimierz district and a great base from which to explore the city. The rooms are a decent size. The food is good enough. The hotel is quiet on a night, but rather noisy after 6:00am. I think it’s the staff setting up for breakfast. The Wi-Fi is excellent. We would definitely stay there again.

The hotel was clean comfy beds and pillows but the breakfast was not the best. The coffee not great and the fruit juices offered at breakfast were very watery and didn’t taste nice. The cooked breakfast was not of a great standard. The toaster didn’t work and just warmed the bread.

2 hair dryers were in one bathroom and both did not work. Aside from that, the wifi is bad, constantly disconnecting and being slow. The rooms themselves are nice and cozy, but you’d expect those amenities to at least work.

Unfortunately, I stayed in this hotel only for one night. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room has a pretty goog size and comfortable. Hotel is in a prime location. I really liked that hotel provides a drinking and sparkling water for free. It clearly demonstrates that the hotel takes care of the guests.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room had a spectacular view of the castle and river. It was clean, with a lovely soft deep carpet, decent storage for clothing, comfortable bed, and bathroom with good lighting, a magnifying mirror and lovely toiletries. Temperature control kept reverting to a high temperature, not great for sleeping, but that was the only negative.

It is my understanding that this hotel very recently, underwent a renovation. That being said, when the room was booked, we booked a king. Kings are no longer an option in this room post-reno, so we dealt with a queen. This information was not relayed to us and no other options were provided. The room was TINY. A constant scent was sprayed into the room from somewhere and it wasn't exactly subtle....

Short City Break Hotel was clean and comfy. The reception staff were always very helpful. We booked our trips to the salt mine and Auschwitz through the hotel. View over the castle and river was amazing. Probably one of the best hotel room views we have ever had. Hotel is only 5 min walk from the old town.

Perfect location - near the railway station and public bus/Flixbus stops. 15 minutes on foot to the town centre, 17 minutes by bus to the local thermal spa. Rich breakfast, I think everyone can choose something. Nice and helpful staff, the room was clean and spacious, with a TV, small fridge and hairdryer. This is a hotel belonging to the bronze series. The hotel is relatively quiet and friendly. A big plus was the beautiful and rich breakfast. A big minus is the polish reality, when something is presented as open and available, and in the end, the hotel actually offers only half of everything that is presented.

We had an amazing experience! The staff were all incredibly friendly and spoke very good English. From reception to the waiters, their attention to detail really stood out and made us feel welcome during our stay. The Spa was very relaxing and well maintained. I stayed with my friend for 2 night and we had a very nice time in the hotel. The view from the room is amazing, the breakfast is simply excellent with a lot of choices. Truly a great place to relax and enjoy Utska! It’s about a 10-15 minute walk from the waterfront of Utska depending on where you go. Staff here are very nice and accommodating- especially Barbara who greeted me upon check in. My stay was last minute as I drove from the nearby Thermal pools and it was too far to drive back to Krakow. Dinner was amazing, the beds were comfortable and cozy and check out was flawless. Place is on the shore of the lake, the view from the balcony is very scenic. While it might be a bit outdated in todays standards, but everything was clean, prepared nicely and would definetely comeback if in the region. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We were there for 4 nights. Its a little bit outside of Krakow but easily accessible by tram which is only a 10 min walk away. What a lovely hotel with lots of character.
