The hotel was large. The breakfast was good. The room was clean but a few things needed replacing like the drain plugs in the sink. Also around the bathroom mirror needed replacing as it was black. These issues didn’t present a problem.

We only spent 3 days here, but our experience was perfect. We have never seen so much variety at breakfast, restaurant is simply amazing. Kids had so much fun in the pond and when it was raining, the indoor kids area was ready for them. Dogs were very welcome as well. Nice rooms and spa area. We bought a package with half pension and got really lousy food and bad service in the restaurant. Big polish breakfast buffet that was quite alright.

We have booked this hotel for 1 week to spend here our holiday with my wife and daughter and we were very satisfied here. Very good meal, nice place with lot of posibilities for children every day - whirpool, sauna, pool, billiards, making of pizza, barbecue, playgrounds (inside, outside). I can recommend it here.

Staff not taking care about COVID restrictions. All guest are walking without masks. Play room for kids is very small, games for xbox are ~10 years old. In general I strongly dont recommend this object in high season as you will wait for everything ages (elevator, meals, playing room, swimming pool, etc).

We were there twice during the pandemic. Unfortunately, the food was delivered to the room, portions bbb large, but very average. The first time there was a bar with billiards available, then... a dream. Unfortunately, not for twice. There was a swimming pool, which was definitely the biggest attraction of the hotel. Breakfast Workers staying at the hotel come to breakfast in dirty work clothes. I suggest starting breakfast half an hour earlier - 6:30, because there are often no free seats.

We are on a trip through the north of Poland. We stayed one night in the hotel. We found this Hotel in TripAdvisor. The room was big enough, clean and everything was working. The Internet (cable) was perfect. There are several parking slots close to the hotel. The staff was friendly and efficient. All in all a very pleasant stay in this hotel.

A nice boutique hotel. I have to compliment them for a really high quality breakfast buffet, with gourmet smoked hams, fish, salads. Perhaps the highest quality stay I've ever enjoyed anywhere, + wonderful location and setting. In stark contrast to these positives is the appalling "captive" WiFi system that the hotel provides for its guests. I'm aware that other guests have complained about it too, and am at a loss to understand why the hotel's management is so reluctant to change it.

We had the most amazing time at Hotel Stary right before Christmas time. The hotel is located right in the center of the old town walking distance to all the sightseeing spots. The hotel is clean, staff very welcoming, rooms are comfortable and food options are great for everyone. We absolutely enjoyed our time there and definitely will be looking forward to coming back when we visit krakow again

I can give a good rating, because I believe the hotel is trying to be accommodating to families and tries to provide to everyone. However, we booked as a couple to go skiing nearby, not to spend the time with kids there. This place had its prime in the 1990’s or so, and not much seems changed since then. Not really deserving of 4,4 stars as its average rating. It’s clean and quite well kept, basic needs met, but lacks charm. Mainly retirees staying. Indoor pool was the main reason we booked it, as it was a rainy July.

Stayed here many times. Yes It's a bit dated, but it has a charm to it and is perfectly clean. Staff are very helpful for special requirements and the added bonus of the waterpark.

It looks like a Soviet luxury. It's time to upgrade both the rooms and the water park. In the room, running your hand across the surface of the furniture collects a solid amount of dust. That says a lot too. The hotel is saved by extremely kind staff, food both at breakfast and in the a’la carte restaurant, comfortable beds, especially warm water in the pool.

Location-wise great place to be, Staff is helpfull and welcoming and the service is nice as well. Rooms are a little worned up but really good overall. Underground parking is heated as well so winter time is great.

Great hotel. I stayed in the executive room which had good space and a comfortable double bed. The bathroom is a good size, with an excellent shower.
