2 hair dryers were in one bathroom and both did not work. Aside from that, the wifi is bad, constantly disconnecting and being slow. The rooms themselves are nice and cozy, but you’d expect those amenities to at least work.

Everything was great during my stay. The hotel was very comfortable and the service was excellent. The only thing that was not entirely clear to me is how the security deposit will be refunded. I would like to know how the refund process works and how long it usually takes to receive the amount that was requested upon arrival.

Stayed there for a family reunion. Location is stunning, an old castle/palace + outbuildings in a beautiful park. Location and spirt of this place will bring you back in time. Absolutely spectacular place and lovely maintained gardens. I never believed that I could stay in palace. It felt amazing and the breakfast made me feel like royal.

Unfortunately, I stayed in this hotel only for one night. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room has a pretty goog size and comfortable. Hotel is in a prime location. I really liked that hotel provides a drinking and sparkling water for free. It clearly demonstrates that the hotel takes care of the guests.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room had a spectacular view of the castle and river. It was clean, with a lovely soft deep carpet, decent storage for clothing, comfortable bed, and bathroom with good lighting, a magnifying mirror and lovely toiletries. Temperature control kept reverting to a high temperature, not great for sleeping, but that was the only negative.

It is my understanding that this hotel very recently, underwent a renovation. That being said, when the room was booked, we booked a king. Kings are no longer an option in this room post-reno, so we dealt with a queen. This information was not relayed to us and no other options were provided. The room was TINY. A constant scent was sprayed into the room from somewhere and it wasn't exactly subtle....

Short City Break Hotel was clean and comfy. The reception staff were always very helpful. We booked our trips to the salt mine and Auschwitz through the hotel. View over the castle and river was amazing. Probably one of the best hotel room views we have ever had. Hotel is only 5 min walk from the old town.

I stayed with my friend for 2 night and we had a very nice time in the hotel. The view from the room is amazing, the breakfast is simply excellent with a lot of choices. We loved the welcome cake as well. The sauna and the spa area is also very nice and clean. I can only recommend this hotel to everyone :)

From the moment we arrived... everything was faultless.. It is an absolutely beautiful boutique style hotel with amazing decor! The rooms are stunning - all different. Quality bedlinen, towels, fitments etc and the bathrooms are gorgeous! The rooms feel somehow dated but they are clean and the bed was comfortable. We were surprised with an upgrade to a larger superior room, very much appreciated! It’s far to walk to/from the city center but cabs show up very fast and are inexpensive. We enjoyed the spa area which is clean and relaxing. The breakfast is comprehensive although coffee could be (much) better.

Since we traveled by car, the location was convenient for us, and having a parking area was a great comfort. Although cleanliness could have been better, the condition of the rooms was generally good. The breakfast offered a sufficient variety, but it would have been nice to have more local specialties and pastries included.

We had a great time staying here in Zakopane. Got upgraded to a room with Tatra Mountain View was quite a positive surprise. With the price there’s also complimentary swimming pool, sauna and jacuzzi and they are opened 9am-9pm and I can feel that staff takes care of the area for good hygiene level. A stunning location overlooking a lake with lush flowers and gardens cascading down. Room with terrace was lovely. BUT, receptionist spoke only Polish and was not competent regarding the use of credit cards. The bathroom was very simple and small. The hotel is ok. I don’t understand the four star rating. Rooms and bathrooms are small, equipment is very average. The spa needs to be reserved in advance so if you stay for two nights you will not be able to use it. That was my case.

Lovely, friendly and warm staff, excellent English. Very affordable - we had a large and spacious room for less than half what we pay in larger cities. Decor is dated but quite clean, lights automatically turn on/off everywhere which made for some dark hallways. Across the street from the train station, easy walk to many historical sites. Truly a great place to relax and enjoy Utska! It’s about a 10-15 minute walk from the waterfront of Utska depending on where you go. The spa here is great, boasting talented massues, an infrared sauna, and a peaceful salt cave. The rooms are nice. There is no AC, but there is heating. We are on a trip through the north of Poland. We stayed one night in the hotel. We found this Hotel in TripAdvisor. The room was big enough, clean and everything was working. The Internet (cable) was perfect. There are several parking slots close to the hotel. The staff was friendly and efficient. All in all a very pleasant stay in this hotel.

Lovely location in walking distance to the centre. There was a filming crew at the hotel which took over the outside space on our one full day there byt other than that it was a good stay

A nice boutique hotel. I have to compliment them for a really high quality breakfast buffet, with gourmet smoked hams, fish, salads. The room I had was on the top floor and was a little hot, I had to keep the window open to avoid stiff air. Wifi is acceptable (though not great). Overall, a very good experience.

We loved this hotel. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was so quiet and the sauna was very nice. We loved that this was so close to the bus station and the local bus to go to the mountains or thermal baths. We will definitely stay here again. Amazing hotel!

Staff here are very nice and accommodating- especially Barbara who greeted me upon check in. My stay was last minute as I drove from the nearby Thermal pools and it was too far to drive back to Krakow. Dinner was amazing, the beds were comfortable and cozy and check out was flawless. Place is on the shore of the lake, the view from the balcony is very scenic. While it might be a bit outdated in todays standards, but everything was clean, prepared nicely and would definetely comeback if in the region. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel has an amazing view. It's very clean and the food is amazing. Most of the personnel is very nice and listens to you. Overall it was a great experience. We were there for 4 nights. Its a little bit outside of Krakow but easily accessible by tram which is only a 10 min walk away. What a lovely hotel with lots of character.
