Lovely place, staff is amazing. Food is okay in the restaurant, breakfast is yummy. The massage staff are friendly. Saunas are tiny and there are only two of them so not amazing. This hotel is situated close to many attractions which are in the area. A quiet place. Rooms aren't cleaned every day. There is no hot water in the bathroom. The front and back garden should be better maintained. Breakfeast is tasty and full of many dishes but only at weekends during weekdays you have to be early in the morning because later there is nothing to eat. I wouldn't go there again

Convenient location close to my place of work and great room and staff. Appreciated the over the top care I received to make my extended stay enjoyable. Especially, appreciated the ability to get bag meals on the days I couldn’t stay for breakfast.

Pretty okay It was okay. We went during the off season so the elevator was undergoing maintenance. The public area hot tub was pretty small, it only fits 4 people. Not the greatest for a winter stay and a long walk from the town center. Several small stains around the room, but overall fine.

Average Nice and updated hotel but Rooms are a little outdated. No A/C but had standard heating.They do have a spa with facial massage. They also have a restaurant. Restaurant staff speaks limited English and could be more friendly.

Unique view of the lake. Friendly German-speaking staff who are happy to help with any questions / problems. Boat rental directly at the jetty - even a rowing boat. Really good to relax. Unfortunately there was no possibility to lie at the lake and have a drink or enjoy snacks, because the bar was closed the whole day. Breakfast was really good. There was something for every taste. We love polish sausage and meat. Goralski smoked cheese the best. Coffee and home baked polish ciasta after makes good start for the day and hikes.

The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. To be honest I didn't really enjoy this hotel. The check in was quick. We were given a room on the 5th floor with a balcony. Beautiful weather, mountains, delicious food - this is how holidays should be spent! The rooms are ok, modestly decorated but well-kept, clean and the bed is very comfortable. The water park turned out to be a nice surprise, I recommend the sauna and jacuzzi after long mountain walks. Food - delicious and tastes like home! Very large selection! We had 6 days here.( 2x couples).The breakfast was lovely and the access to the thermal baths was great as we could go early or late afternoon which seemed to be the times to avoid the crowds. We didnt use the included suana area as you couldnt wear swimsuits in there (just a towel). Good place overall. Pros:- place is nice, pool is very good. They have lazy river, low safe amount of chlorine levels. Very good water temperature. We had a lovely family stay at Zakopiański Dwór. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, with convenient on-site parking. Rooms are simple but comfortable, offering everything we needed. This hotel is in a good location and is immaculately maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. There is a choice of cooked breakfast plus a buffet.
