Lovely place, staff is amazing. Food is okay in the restaurant, breakfast is yummy. The massage staff are friendly. Saunas are tiny and there are only two of them so not amazing. This hotel is situated close to many attractions which are in the area. A quiet place. Rooms aren't cleaned every day. There is no hot water in the bathroom. The front and back garden should be better maintained. Breakfeast is tasty and full of many dishes but only at weekends during weekdays you have to be early in the morning because later there is nothing to eat. I wouldn't go there again

Beautiful weather, mountains, delicious food - this is how holidays should be spent! The rooms are ok, modestly decorated but well-kept, clean and the bed is very comfortable. The water park turned out to be a nice surprise, I recommend the sauna and jacuzzi after long mountain walks. Food - delicious and tastes like home! Very large selection! We will definitely come back.

Fantastic hotel with extraordinary location, friendly staff and amazing breakfast.

We had 6 days here.( 2x couples).The breakfast was lovely and the access to the thermal baths was great as we could go early or late afternoon which seemed to be the times to avoid the crowds. We didnt use the included suana area as you couldnt wear swimsuits in there (just a towel). We didnt have a car and the walk up the hill to reception is quite steep if you are a liitle less able. .....be warned...

Good place overall. Pros:- place is nice, pool is very good. They have lazy river, low safe amount of chlorine levels. Very good water temperature. The staff at the Vivaldi were very courteous and very helpful. More than happy to answer any questions we had like where certain things were in the city or to get a bucket of ice after hours. The facility was very clean and well maintained. We paid for the breakfast buffet for the entire week that we were there. It was good but was the same every day. Some changes from day to day would have been nice

Recommended Excellent hotel that surprised me in a positive way. I got a designer-room with a round bed - very nice indeed. Breakfast excellent. Internet was also excellent, fast and easy to connect to (which is rare in European hotels). The restaurant was also excellent at fair prices. Several tramlines very near the hotel made travel easy.

A good place to stay at, good service. The shower head needs a bit maintenance, but overall is OK, quiet at night, good sleelp. Food in the restaurant is also very good with nice service.

Always staying here for business trips. Rooms are simply enough, there is everything I need - an electric kettle, tea, bottled water. I think the only con is definitely a shortage of outlets - you can't charge your phone while lying in bed.

IIt is a wonderful hotel. Everything is of the highest standard, the staff, cleanliness, location, meals, and the SPAHi, which is the best we have ever experienced, and we travel a lot. It says there is air conditioning in the room but it’s not true. It was 28 C outside and very warm in the room, we were told that it’s not a season yet for the AC! We had a lovely family stay at Zakopiański Dwór. The hotel is quiet and peaceful, with convenient on-site parking. Rooms are simple but comfortable, offering everything we needed.
