It was a vey nice stay, the food was amazing and definitely one of the best, the rooms were clean and the service was perfect. We benefited from the sauna and swimming pool which were clean and had fresh water. And as a plus the views were beautiful, we could enjoy the mountains from every angle. Hello ! The hotel was very nice and peacefull. You could even go for a swim at the coverd pool to relax and also to the sauna. I enjoyed the room and view to the garden.

Hi. For price what i paid is a nice option in Zakopane. Dinner was ok, location near main street (15 minutes walk). Rooms: clean, with bottle of water, Coffee and tea. Design - so so.... This was a lovely hotel with a great restaurant! Room we stayed in was very big with a cute little balcony but bed was very small. I think this website lists that there is no lift but there is one which was a nice surprise. There is a spa/jacuzzi but you can only use it between 17.00-22.00 and you have to pay to use it outside of that! It’s not really close to town but there are a couple of restaurants...

Perfect location right on Kupowski Street. Staff were wonderful and extremely friendly and helpful. The room was larger than expected with a large en suite bathroom and balcony. Spotless throughout and serviced daily. Loved my first visit to Poland and will be back to the Sabala very soon.

Loved everything about this hotel. From arrival to checkout it was perfect. Lovely rooms in a central location. All staff were perfect and helpful. Only stayed two nights as a group with two rooms but everyone loved it and we will all be going back for longer. Can’t wait to return.

We stayed here for 3 full days as a couple. Hotel has amazing territory with your own beach where you can swim in a lake, rent bikes, volleyball etc. Rooms are old, they have see better times better to get one with balcony. WiFi was also bad in our room during the most time of the day. Location is 10km from Mikolajki so far is a need

Very nice and quiet place. It was so peaceful and quiet even when there was a wedding downstairs. Clean and contemporary rooms. Great breakfast. There was only one minus - the road from city is not suitable for cars with low suspension. So, I suggested to go there only by car which will be good for wild roads... However, apart that (and maybe therefore) - you will spend very peaceful time there.

Great location and view from terrace on the 15th floor. Friendly personnel. Breakfast and dinner were fine but not equal to 4* hotel. If its hot outside you cannot get easily fresh air in the room and there is no AC. Don`t expect 4* quality at this place (maybe at the time when it was built few decades ago).

Hotel Mercure Krakow Stare Miasto is well located in the city, just opposite the mall, good connected with train station, coach terminal and tram. It is just 10 min to the old town. However, the place felt a bit like a ghost town—abandoned, with no reception in sight. We have just returned from a 4 night family break in Krakow. We had 2 triple rooms on the 4th floor. Our rooms where spotlessly clean and beds where comfy. Our room had a bath/shower combo and the other a quite tight shower cubicle. Beadkfast was ok, but room and space very tight. All the staff where friendly and attentive. My only advice is ask for a room at the back as the noise from the street...
