Great overall and outstanding breakfast

I've stayed there for one day with my wife it was great, location, rooms, service . Breakfast was a proper feast, amazing.

What a lovely and very different hotel. Stayed 3 days, 2 nights. This a hotel that takes you back to the 1940s, in a nice way. The rooms are big, furnished well and everything has the look and feel of a bygone era. A nice change to the modern style of hotels today. Hotel was spotless. Very clean. Staff super friendly. Has unique character and excellent breakfasts

We often stay at this hotel in Bialystok and are always extremely satisfied. But this time we got a room that had a stench that was impossible to get rid of. The hotel has a great location, friendly and helpful staff and a wonderful varied breakfast!

The M29 is beautiful ,clean and spacious hotel where the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The location is perfect only 15 minutes to the main square. We would certainly use this hotel again .

This hotel is in a good location and is immaculately maintained. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. There is a choice of cooked breakfast plus a buffet. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. We didn’t particularly enjoy the evening meal in the restaurant and the bottle of red was expensive. Very easy to leave luggage before check in and after check out. Definitely recommend

We stayed here for three nights . Great location so easy to get to all parts of the city on foot or by tram. Our room was on the top floor so only roof lights which was a shame but the rest of the room was fab, lovely bathroom, well stocked mini bar and water replaced daily . Breakfast was amazing great continental choice and the cooked choices were fab and huge portions . The staff were all lovely...

We had a triple room great size large king bed and sofa bed . Room had tea and coffee making facilities and if you run out of milk just ask reception . The breakfasts were brilliant all the usual but you also get options for cooked breakfast , we tried them all and I can honestly say best hotel food I've had ! Hotel pod Jedlami is a cozy and welcoming place with a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The surrounding nature adds a beautiful touch, making it a great spot for a quiet getaway.

Comfortable one night business stay. Parking next to the entrance. Easy walking distance to the centre. Good breakfast, although serving it only from 8am is a bit too late.

The Location is perfect with great views from the balcony. There is also a star watching at night which is a great touch. Not to far from the center. The staff were great. Also it was dog friendly. 100% coming again!

It is very average hotel as for its price. They speak only Polish, the breakfast is included, but it was too average as well. The views are magical, but the territory around is small. The room was with the great view and clean, but the toalet was broken and at random moments it was flushing. We weren’t provided with clear information about the barbecue zone at the reception that was key point for us...

This is a hidden jewel. The view of the surrounding mountains was beauty full. The breakfast was really far above average,it was great.

It was a vey nice stay, the food was amazing and definitely one of the best, the rooms were clean and the service was perfect. We benefited from the sauna and swimming pool which were clean and had fresh water. And as a plus the views were beautiful, we could enjoy the mountains from every angle. We will definitely come back.

Excellent place with a magnificent view. Went here with my family and was totally worth it, breakfast was delicious, fresh and had a lot of options. The rooms are well thought and clean. A new building which includes a small swimming pool, a sauna and a vapor room, all three of them were supebr. Food is incredible and so was the friendly staff who helps you. Next time I will be in Karpacz, I know...

Hello ! The hotel was very nice and peacefull. You could even go for a swim at the coverd pool to relax and also to the sauna. I enjoyed the room and view to the garden.

Great hotel! Very recommended if you need to stay a few days or even if you want to rest more. Next to Koszalin and Mielno (beach). It's very familiar, modern and full equiped rooms.

The nite porter was excellent and really put the effort for us

This rating is only for the coffee since we did not stay here. We visited the small.car museum and had a quick coffee. The hotel looks very nice and luxurious, but I can't really say. The service was very professional and friendly for sure. The cafe latte was very good, but I am afraid I can't say the same for the espresso. It tasted more like a moka, which doesn't really work with the short brew...

Very nice hotel. Good bed and clean bathroom. Very, VERY, giod breakfast. All you can wish for. Recommended!

A good hotel for the price. The rooms are quite spacious, and considering its star rating, there are even more amenities than you would expect. The location is generally quiet, and most importantly, there is an elevator. Parking is available right behind the building. We arrived in an expensive sports car, and I didn’t like that anyone can enter the parking area since the barrier opens just by pressing...

We were lucky to have a room at 22.30 in the night. We only transited Lodz for a night. Good enough breakfast. Don't expect to much. Decent hotel with decent prices. . Staff was helpful. Rooms clean but too much parfume. I recommend the place.

Everything was wonderful. What I didn't like is the food at the restaurant, better to eat outside. The breakfast was more than ok, but the food of the restaurant needs improvement.

Wonderful hotel, food is delicious. The chef is the best! Not in the centre but that' s not a problem, not far from it.

Very nice 3 stars hotel. Very openminded and friendly staff. Much better than expected and much better than first sight from outside. Would definitely recommend the hotel.

Very tidy, clean and most importantly great staff - allowed for us to stay longer than the checkout time free of charge so as to avoid standing in the rain prior to going to the airport. Reception staff always answered all questions with a smile on their face and went out of their way to help us with transport/ironing etc. Great value for money - would recommend any day!

Very nice and quiet place to stay

This was my third stay with Hotel Crocus and each time has been an enjoyable experience. The rooms are clean, staff friendly and helpful. Highly recommend the restaurant that is in the hotel, many choices, even provide vegan/vegetarian options. The Hotel is located not far from the shopping/tourist district and the ski lifts and cable car to the top of Kasprowy Wierch, which is a breathtaking experience...

The exterior and location are great, but the rooms are dated. The pool and Spa are very good. I'd recommend it to families.

Hi. For price what i paid is a nice option in Zakopane. Dinner was ok, location near main street (15 minutes walk). Rooms: clean, with bottle of water, Coffee and tea. Design - so so.... Swimmimg pool - nice, clean. Jacuzzi - 1st day - ok, water was hot...2nd day...water was cold...sauna was good. Breakfast- standart. Thanks for services

Great location in Zakopane with an underrated breakfast buffet and spa. Great value! There’s a lovely stream on the property and easy access to restaurant and spa. The rooms are nice enough for the value. Staff was warm and friendly during our stay.

5/5 very close to the seq , tasty food, I would recommend everyone who want to visit Kołobrzeg and spend time nicely. On breakfast there were lot of food, really fresh bread from local farmers, no doubt food was the main source of my satisfaction

Great location , just 250m from the sea, You can relax in spa , go to the gym , play squash or swim in the pool / relax in sauna so there are a lot of possibilites to spend time. Actually there are a lot of hotels in Kołobrzeg but i felt the i'm paying normal money for quite good hotel.

Not a couple friendly spa hotel This hotel was good if you bring children, but not for couples: Bad food! Really not worth the money - we bought dinner included but only used it once. Breakfast was not good either. The pool and the spa was too cold (a spa should be min. 35-36 degrees, not 33). The cleaning included no bed-making and no vacuming. The personel was not service minded and half of them...

Poorly! The food was terrible - I pointed out to the waitress that one of the dishes was sour and inedible... so she turned around and left, the rooms - and I was supposedly in the best apartment - needed a general renovation. The carpets are so dirty that you can't even stand in your socks. The furniture is battered, the sofa is impossible to sit on because it slides open immediately. Unmotivated...

The surroundings were very beautiful. The food was ok, but unfortunately there wasn't a big selection for children.

We had a privately rented apartment and it was very clean and nicely decorated.

Super stylish decor. Mix of modern and traditional designs. Amazing bathrooms and we have been upgraded to a lovely suit!

Clean room. Staff were a bit flat considering we were there for Christmas Eve dinner, it was not treated as if it were anything special. Dinner was really very disappointing, breakfast options were okay.

Great hotel located in Krakow Old Town. The check in was fast and the room was clean with two large single beds. The spa was very cosy and in a fantastic basement setting. All staff were very friendly.

Perfect location right on Kupowski Street. Staff were wonderful and extremely friendly and helpful. The room was larger than expected with a large en suite bathroom and balcony. Spotless throughout and serviced daily. Loved my first visit to Poland and will be back to the Sabala very soon.

Loved everything about this hotel. From arrival to checkout it was perfect. Lovely rooms in a central location. All staff were perfect and helpful. Only stayed two nights as a group with two rooms but everyone loved it and we will all be going back for longer. Can’t wait to return.

Excellent location, beautiful wooden alpine style hotel. Food & drinks were great, the breakfast is fantastic lots of choice. Hotel facilities were good also, nice pool & sauna. Highly recommended hotel.

The staff, the premises and the overall atmosphere are simply outstanding. Though breakfast was not free, I gladly paid for the meal. The food was prepared the way i liked and the variety was outstanding. The reception staff and security gentleman were always pleasant and helpful. \i highly recommend the Hotel Sabala and its very convenient location.

Very nice rooms, quiet and clean

Everything was very good, except one thing, the blanket for sleeping stunk, so much that i woke up at night and i had to turn it.

Hotel is amasig, breakfest with nice local food( meat especially), as hotel has SPA/pool it woudl be nice to have batrobes already in room closet. I wanted to use SPA just before closing and went there robed with towels- which is not convenient if you wear only swimsuit.

Nice hotel, very good breakfast, not many people in the morning but a lot in evening( it was private event) so if was hard to get parking . Otherwise nice. Nice room with enough space, bathroom could be a bit cleaner. It is a bit of the city centre.

The hotel is well-designed and cozy, suitable for business travelers. The surrounding environment is beautiful, and the lobby is lovely.

The hotel is a historical building with a very interesting design. It is located right at the entrance of old Town Torun. The rooms were spacious and modern, but there is only one outlet per room, in our case was located where the desk was. Consider this if you need a Cpat because there would be no outlet near the bed. The breakfast room has a great view of the river and the food was good.

I stayed at 404 room for two night. 1. Breakfast: excellent. 2. Location: very good for sightseeing in torun. 3. Service and Room condition: unsatisfied. Airconditioner does not work properly. Complainimg it and front desk told me that it had fixed, but it was not when co.ming back from my tour. Second day morning, manager promosed me either fix it or change the room. After coming back from my schedule...

my room half ceiling, because under stairs,...and the window dont have curtain....stay this hotel 4 stars , but no amenities .........

Nice size rooms Very modern white lobby Very good Breakfast Turon is a beautiful city with great restaurants, cafes, etc. Big on gingerbread here. Cute museum that you can make gingerbread and take it home. Great for kids too.

We had a perfect stay! Starting with the welcoming broad smile of the receptionist who served us so nicely! Like all the other staff - the bartender and the servers during breakfast. The accounterment of the rooms have nothing left to wish for.

The location of the hotel is an absolute dream! Staff friendly and professional. Definitely will stay there on my next trip to Poznan in October.

Great location Great location with super friendly and helpful staff. Our rooms were fine just need updating as the carpets were very grubby and shower just leaked all over the floor. The leafy foyer where we ate breakfast was delightful

Excellent dining in and close to local options, such as Wiejskie Jadlo. Room is cute. We didn't notice our double bed was outfitted with a twin duvet and our bath with only 1 towel, so we had quite the laugh over it. I'm sure had we noticed earlier they would have been all to kind and quick to remedy. The people are lovely! The service and food 5 star.

It was probably very nice once a long time ago. The photo of this hotel has to be from 30 years ago. The staff were lovely and helpful, but the property is run down and in need of some refurbishment.

Great week we all had. X A very nice hotel in a very great area at the centre of Poznan. The staff were great and helpful. Just one thing: if you order a drink or food you need to sign the bill not just give a room number. Anyone can give your room number without your permission.

Great location close to the old town… short walk to restaurants and places of interest. The room was clean and spacious for a family with three kids. Buffet was clean, not overly rich in food choices, but enough to grab something quick. One area where we were a bit disappointed is service, both at the front desk and the restaurant…. Employees there seemed annoyed with our presence and short in...

Ja siitä joutui vielä jopa maksamaan erikseen. Hotellin nimi on hieman yliampuva kylläkin

6/10! It's a ok 👍 hotel 🏨 but far away from center. The spa 😍 isnt included 😔 & cost 10€/h. If this was written from before we would never reserve it & several of the saunas were closed

The hotel is clean and the service is good.

Polite & helpful staff at the reception & in the dining area, excellent choice of good quality food and clean and comfortable room. The only disadvantage was the fact that the hotel is located near a busy road and so the traffic noise can be a bit of an issue at times.

A very nice hotel in a great location. Friendly staff who speak good English should you struggle with, or know no Polish. A supermarket underneath the hotel is a massive bonus.

Fabulous hotel with fabulous choice for breakfast, hotel situated just off the square , only a 1 minute walk to the old town, there was a supermarket and pharmacy out the back of the hotel and there was plenty bars restaurants and cafes on your door step, perfect location

I would give it 6 starts if I could. Extraordinary team - very helpful, kind and attentive. Comfortable beds and a great breakfast. It also has its own parking and is conveniently located.

Great place for the family to stay!

We stayed at this hotel for one night while passing through Warsaw. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the staff at the reception desk were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, cozy, and warm, with two separate beds featuring comfortable mattresses and quality bedding. The bathroom was also spotless and well-equipped. The breakfast exceeded our expectations: the oatmeal was delicious...

Pretty nice hotel. The breakfast was good (average coffee). The sauna and pool are great! Bedroom doesn’t look amazing, but the bed are comfy. The shower has low pressure. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would recommend.

Really nice place to stay 👌 Rooms are comfortable and clean with perfect views 😊 Restaurant its really nice, good menu, everyone got choice.. nice terrace 👌 The Spa place also nice and clean, well maintained 👌 The only thing I didn't like was the speed of service.. as we were the only guests at the time.. we had empty glasses on table for 15 minutes 😬 Can't forget to mention the play place for kids...
