Amber hotel did not disappoint. Very speedy check-in, clean room with new and functional amenities. I liked that windows can be opened to air the room if necessary, and radiator temperature can be regulated. Nice tea cups with electric kettle - just what I needed after a winter day out. If you're coming to Zakopane for outdoor, the location of this hotel is perfect, right at the bottom of the Tatra NP. I'd say the room needs to be remodeled. Except for the room condition, everything was fine. The swimming pool was very clean and the sauna was a great place. Breakfast was delicious. If the room were remodeled I would like to come again.

Our room was a little tired, and so was the mattress. However, the food was very good and the pool, sauna and gym were excellent. The water was great for working out. It's not too cold and not too warm. Perfect for swimming lengths. I'd like to visit Pirat in the summer. It's right on the lake, and there are lots of things to do on the water.
