My friend struggled to get service (blankets, food etc) after it being promised. Bed wasn't that comfy and AC seemed to not work on the second night. Was okay and seems to be fairly cheap, but it's a bit below expectation. Reasonable but not great, except the location is quite good.

A very good place to stay if you are flying the next day or have an overnight transfer in Warsaw. Frequent transfers to and from the airport making this hotel the best choice out of all airport hotels in Warsaw.

I booked a room at a higher rate so it allows cancellation. Then my son got sick and I tried to cancel but they got me with a fine print which said cancellation was only possible the day after I booked. I had not come across such ridiculous, policy entrapping customers. Will not consider Marriott again.

Great location, but poor Wi-Fi and room equipment. Tea during dinner costs extra. The sauna area is located on a different floor than the swimming pool, which is inconvenient. We had a family gathering to celebrate our mum's surprise 70's birthday in Sadova hotel, and spent there 4 nights. The whole reception team was involved to keep the surprise alive and they were amazing. We had a blast, and most amazing Easter we could ever imagine.

I did not enjoy that we had to go outside building number 9 to be able to use indoor pool. It would be nicer if we were staying in the same building as swimming pool, especially on a cold day. Also room was very small for the price paid. My family hardly could fit. Not good value for money.

I just realized that I’ve never left a review despite staying at this location for almost 70 nights in total in 2 years! Great tyical Hilton hotel, service, food, room and amenities as you would expect from a Hilton excepitional. Location not ideal as you need a taxi to venture as a tourist into Krakow, the aproach road is in very poor condition. However transport is very affordable in Krakow so just order a Uber.

This is a very conveniently located property. We used the parking lot in the back for about $15 which made it easy and worth it. They have a nice jacuzzi spa area downstairs to use. Room was pretty spacious. Blackout blinds could have blacked out more. Only woken up twice, at 2 and 4 by drunk people outside but it was a weekend.

A nothing special hotel, very central and good check-in. Room was a decent size and bathroom clean but a bit on the small side. The curtains were not block out which was not very good when the sun was rising around 4 am. There was also a lot of noise in corridors and from above floors.
