We have booked this hotel for 1 week to spend here our holiday with my wife and daughter and we were very satisfied here. Very good meal, nice place with lot of posibilities for children every day - whirpool, sauna, pool, billiards, making of pizza, barbecue, playgrounds (inside, outside). I can recommend it here.

Staff not taking care about COVID restrictions. All guest are walking without masks. Play room for kids is very small, games for xbox are ~10 years old. In general I strongly dont recommend this object in high season as you will wait for everything ages (elevator, meals, playing room, swimming pool, etc).

We visited the hotel for 2 nights and I was very very satisfied. Top notch food, great wellness facilities including saunas, swimming pool and hot tubs. There are many beautiful nature walks nearby or a half-hour drive to the town of Ústroň. I have nothing to complain about.

This is our third stay at Hotel Copernicus spanning 20 years, and it was another exceptional experience. Solid 3,4 star hotel in great location. Hotel has nice pools for kids and outdoor arrangement for parents. Right out of it start walking paths to local attractions. Larger swimming pool and slides is few hundred meters away.

Everybody is very polite, cleaning lady is very kind, second day of our stay they gave us all new towels and made the bed even if we didn't told them. The hotel is quite isolated outside the city of Wisła, which can be reached on foot about 5 km, or there is a bus stop near the hotel. Perhaps the highest quality stay I've ever enjoyed anywhere, + wonderful location and setting. In stark contrast to these positives is the appalling "captive" WiFi system that the hotel provides for its guests. I'm aware that other guests have complained about it too, and am at a loss to understand why the hotel's management is so reluctant to change it.

The staff was very friendly. Cleaning could be better. The food was nice and there was a good variety of food. We preferred a la cart. The hotel is located close to the center of the town, but also surrounded by nature.

We had the most amazing time at Hotel Stary right before Christmas time. The hotel is located right in the center of the old town walking distance to all the sightseeing spots. The hotel is clean, staff very welcoming, rooms are comfortable and food options are great for everyone. We absolutely enjoyed our time there and definitely will be looking forward to coming back when we visit krakow again

I can give a good rating, because I believe the hotel is trying to be accommodating to families and tries to provide to everyone. However, we booked as a couple to go skiing nearby, not to spend the time with kids there. Hotel has amazing territory with your own beach where you can swim in a lake, rent bikes, volleyball etc. Rooms are old, they have see better times better to get one with balcony. Very nice and quiet place. It was so peaceful and quiet even when there was a wedding downstairs. Clean and contemporary rooms. Great breakfast. There was only one minus - the road from city is not suitable for cars with low suspension. So, I suggested to go there only by car which will be good for wild roads... However, apart that (and maybe therefore) - you will spend very peaceful time there.

This place had its prime in the 1990’s or so, and not much seems changed since then. Not really deserving of 4,4 stars as its average rating. It’s clean and quite well kept, basic needs met, but lacks charm. Mainly retirees staying. Indoor pool was the main reason we booked it, as it was a rainy July.

The location is convenient, close to the beach. Perhaps because it's winter, there were fewer guests, but the sauna was always busy. Winter rates are quite reasonable, and the quality is good! I would visit again.

We were here for a vacation for 11 days and I do really reccomend to stay here, it is like 150 meters away from a beach, so that is a plus. Stayed here many times. Yes It's a bit dated, but it has a charm to it and is perfectly clean. Staff are very helpful for special requirements and the added bonus of the waterpark.

It looks like a Soviet luxury. It's time to upgrade both the rooms and the water park. In the room, running your hand across the surface of the furniture collects a solid amount of dust. That says a lot too. The hotel is saved by extremely kind staff, food both at breakfast and in the a’la carte restaurant, comfortable beds, especially warm water in the pool.

Location-wise great place to be, Staff is helpfull and welcoming and the service is nice as well. Rooms are a little worned up but really good overall. Underground parking is heated as well so winter time is great.

Great hotel. I stayed in the executive room which had good space and a comfortable double bed. The bathroom is a good size, with an excellent shower. The rooms are quite quiet, even though they are close to a busy avenue. The hotel's location is excellent, close to the bus terminal and within walking distance of several tourist attractions. The kids corner in the hotel is very relaxing not just for kids but also for the parents as kids can safely play there, while the parents have a cup of coffee.
